Smoothie Factory in Belfast

Entered here at 11:15am and was the only person in the place, yet again it took over 10 minutes to make 2 smoothies. You aren’t even greeted with a hello at the till, they simply look at you. Once smoothies were made I was told there were no lids (I was travelling in a car so this was extremely inconvenient). As a resident of the Arc, this would have been a great place if ran correctly. After giving it chance after chance, I will no longer return. Definitely not somewhere you could run in on your lunch or before work etc - keep in mind numerous staff yet 10 mins or around that for a smoothie - minimum.

Great place to stop for breakfast on the harbourside. Friendly staff and fantastic food. We went three times in three days!

Had 30 minutes for lunch popped over and ordered an iced coffee and ceaser wrap was given a table number and took a seat. After 15 minutes and nothing arriving, a staff member brought me over an ice coffee that tasted quite bitter and told me he thought I had left. I was sitting with my table number in the middle of an empty restaurant how they missed me I don’t understand. A family who arrived 5/10 minutes after me had been served their food and I still hadn’t received anything. After 25 minutes from initially sitting down I asked the staff what was happening with my food order. I was told they would start to prepare it soon. And they had a big group order they had been preparing.I advised that group order aside, the kitchen staff weren’t working their orders properly if the family of 5 who ordered after me, were served before me and she proceeded to just stare at me and shrug. She then offered me a refund for the wrap. Which I took and left. They refunded me the exact change with no apology for my completely wasted lunch break and lack of meal. They have 6/7 front of house staff. Mostly disinterested teens and students. Absolutely pointless enterprise considering lunch for those working in the area are likely to be the majority of your clientele. Really sad as the Titanic quarter needs good lunch and food options, however this is most definitely not one of them. Can’t comment on the food, but the staff attitude and lack of customer service makes it 0/10. Avoid.

Although local was only half full, we received our orders (wraps + salad) slowly+subsequently. Smoothies arrrived after 40 minutes, only after reminder.
