Subway in Belfast

My food was really quick to come which was good but My food was so cold I couldn’t even eat it asked for both footlongs tostied and it was near frozen spent £20 on something that was en edible

So I went to subway today and the man rudely ignored when I said excuse me then when I was talking to friends cool beans he stared at me rolled his eyes then I ordered a cheesy garlic slice and I was giving it with no cheese I sent my friend back to to say there is no cheese and he looked at her dead in the eye and said yes there is I was appalled at him as he laughed at her when she said this it was a waste of 99p and my effort to walk

Food was cold.. was not what was ordered neither.. clearly said no veg and lots of veg on sub.. cold food and clearly not the correct order.. please employ people who can read

i ordered a foot long and received a 6inch not the point point is i payed for the foot long

Subway delivery, ordered veggie supreme and was given some subway with meat in it, both ham and turkey, I think this is ridiculous and being vegetarian it has really put me off from ever getting subway. Need to be more vigilant in what ordered staff are packing into the delivery bags!

Twice I have ordered from here and twice they have sent the complete wrong order. Wouldnt order from here again. Its as if they just randomly pick what to send out!!

Bread was dry and hard, shambles. £25 down the drain

sandwich not cut, given wrong bread, no salsa on nachos. everything else was good.

Horrible place to eat/take away food from. Not only were me and my GF left standing in the que for about half an hour while one lady tried to prepare these horrible sandwiches, but as they came out the bread was stale, hard, rotten and virtually uneatable. My footlong BMT was also not cut into two pieces, something which I’ve never received in subway before.I was sick with food poisoning and my GF also got sick the next day. We will never be back here again I would advise that you sack this woman immediately, and get new service in.

The last time I was at subway months ago, the guy serving made the sandwich with the same gloves he took money with.... disgusting 🤮

Food was freezing by time it got here. Considering the shop is within 10 minutes walking driver took a tour to get here. Bread was rock hard. Nachos were soggy couldn’t eat them been out in the bin.

Put the wrong filling into the wrong breads

Food never came said it was delivered I was charged and left starving. Thanks a lot this app is getting worse every time I use it.

ordered pigs in blankets, sent meatballs, called them and guy was rude and said they don't do pigs in blankets even though on menu. very rude

The order was wrong. Completely wrong. One sub had chunks of lettuce that hadn’t even been separated. Like have a lettuce chunk!! Absolute disgrace.

The delivery driver was so rude. He is the reason why I will not be ordering from here again

Asked for it toasted and it was either not toasted or was incredibly cold lol

Called in 5 mins before closing, food still out, bread still in the place it should be, oven on and told they were closed after being ignored for 2mins.

Love a sub very tasty and overflowing with filling good service great atmosphere staff very helpful and friendly

Asked for a wrap not a sub. The salad was uncut and upside down so all the sauce is on the lid not actually on the salad. Ordered. Moutan see you didn’t send one.

Ordered a order and it came completely wrong now I have to just accept that and not eat cause idk how to get refund or new food

Always send the wrong order better ordering from shankill or fortwilliam so you know its correct

Missing a drink and food came cold

I ordered a submelt and what arrived was a standard sub. In addition to this my nacho chicken bites were off. The smell was sickening as soon as I opened the bag.

my sub came with the wrong sause and my nachos had no salsa - when i rang to complain and get my order resent out i was told ‘yes i will get that too you’ - 40 minutes later i rang again and he told me he couldn’t replace my sub and told me to find myself a refund threw just eat - which i have not received 3 days later…

Nachos with no cheese or salsa just fry crisps and jalapeños and footlong not cut in half but looks hacked to pieces???

Undercooked and stale bread. Delivery driver drove past the house after ringing to say he was outside.

I ordered 2 pizza slices and 2 meat balls but only got 1 of each

I order the nachos and basically got cheesy Doritos not cheese no peppers no sauce or anything if I order the nachos I at-lest expect to get them not paying 8 pound for crips it’s a disgrace try to raise my concerns to the store but no one was picking up

Order was completely wrong… both subs were mixed up. I should’ve had mayo and vegetables on the tuna sub but it was plane. The ham sum should’ve only had ham and cheese they put mayo and vegetables on it. I hope we can resolve this.

Cookies were so undercooked that all 3 melted into each other - couldn’t eat them. Only one sauce added instead of the 2 I ordered and there was a strange taste of it. Unsure what it was. Delivery driver was nice though.

Delivered quite quickly but when I opened it I could see why. Order was all wrong missing items stale bread that I didn't want toasted. Left a note on the order that was completely ignored. Whole mess went straight in the bin!!

Half order was missing ! Bottle Pepsi and pack of crisps missing. The toasted subs were placed right beside a cold bottle of Pepsi.

Worse subway I’ve had in a while, the wrong bread and toppings on the sub

I ordered a dip with my chicken and I had ordered 2 bottles of pepsi Max withy food but I only got 1 7up sugar free. I informed the driver of this and he said "I no giving you this" I took this to mean that he didn't make the order. I called the store to ask about my drinks and they said that they didn't have any pepsi Max and that if I wet to the store I could get another drink sorted. If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn't have used just eat to order food. I won't be b ordering anything more from this store.

Didn’t give me the right crisps and messed up the salad

Put far to much sauce on it and made the sub all soggy and sent wrong cookies

I want a refund I didn’t get half off the stuff I asked for no lettuce I didn’t get any sauce on it I got the wrong cookie aswell

Did the driver have some sort of food heater in the car. Never had a subway so hot but instead of toasted it’s soggy. Even the salad is red hot and soggy. It’s been warmed up somehow whilst wrapped up all of it has sweat and now it’s just a mushy wet sandwich Straight in the bin.

The bread was over cooked and hard, and the tuna had very little filling.

Got wrong order completely am so upset

Worst salad of My life. It was missing tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, jalapeños and spinach. Was pretty much nothing but meat, lettuce and pickles with a tiny square of cheese, barely edible.

Driver was very rude. Order was wrong.

What sort of shop let's you stand there in a line till the line goes down then tells you there's no bread f**kin joke of a place... what sort of shop runs of out bread anyway.

Most of staff are very friendly although like most retailers the few who aren't can make it a negative experience

If I could score a quarter of a star I would.... I bought 2 subs and a tub of meatballs as it was quick and easy. When I arrived home and put my baby in the highchair I realised that they put the 2 subs in the bags and the drinks but not the meatballs for whatever reason. I walked back to subway, I explained that I walked the whole way home to come back as the meatballs I had purchased weren't in the bag. With his excellent customer service skills he shrugged his shoulders and replied that someone must of put them in the bin because it wasn't there. I paid for meatballs and my baby was literally sitting waiting on her food and demanded meatballs. As he went to get a new portion of meatballs he told me there wasn't enough left for a full portion. I told him to give me whatever he had and asked if he could put cheese on top like the other one I had purchased. The guy put the lid on and handed me the half portion- no cheese. I had to ask him if he put the cheese on top to which he replied no. How stupid! The service alone in this store is appalling. I think the staff from this store should without a doubt go back to training and also have some customer service training as their job is a customer facing role. I'd be really really surprised if they had any. I would not use this subway again as the staff ruined my first experience... I'd rather go to town than use the local!

I felt disgruntled because the two staff members that have just done there eleven pus last week clearly can't run a subway. It's making sandwiches like. My subway was cold. My coffee was disgusting as the milk was off. Took 15 mins for 2 sandwiches. Clearly they where not with it. Didn't want to be there. Plus there was no brown bread
