McDonald’s in Belfast

Today was probably the fourth time in a row where they have forgot to put dips in that they ask you for when you order. There's a word that begins with R and ends in D that I'm very close to using.

I should honestly just give up on ordering an extra burger patty and save myself the money because 99% of the time it’s just not there, despite there being a HUGE sticker on the box - I don’t know if it’s laziness or lack of basic reading comprehension but it’s getting annoying now. I should probably just be grateful I actually got the burger as they also love to constantly forget entire items from orders too. I don’t know what’s going on in this McDonalds but they could do with training staff to read labels.

I got a meal deal and got a mayo burger, with only the chicken, and they put in mayo and lettuce. They also thought we were eating in when we picked takeaway. Don't recommend.

Food took to long to arrive, is I just me but the order is always wrong.

Absolutely horrendous McDonald's

Mcdonalds as per. 75% of the time this mcdonalds gets the order wrong. But if you raise a grievance through the app you typically end up with 2x free meals. Take this advice however you want.

Everytime I go without fail there is always items missing from my order like how hard is it to look at a screen and get the right orders into the bags. By far the worst mcdonalds for there organisation and service.

if i could give it less stars, i would. the place will be empty and they’ll still make you wait 20+ minutes for your single item order and even once waited 30 minutes for one milkshake alone, constantly getting things wrong more than they get things right, items arriving cold, underfilling drinks, drowning their burgers in sauce and having them completely lopsided, coffee tastes of just flavoured water, employees are too busy sitting on their ass having a laugh or prioritising delivery, which they also frequently get wrong. there have been times where we’ve ordered something and gotten a complete opposite order, leaving out half of the order, poorly substituting items without notice etc etc, you get the point. do not come here unless you hate yourself and whoever you’re buying food for.

Terrible store last 3 orders messed up. No nuggets in the happy meal? No burger in the order! Double checked my receipt to make sure the patty was on it and how can you mess up a burger? By not putting the burger in? Bunch of clampets. Glue heads

This place never fails to forget items from my order, this has happened to me like 10 times as it becomes the automatic option of McDonald’s when ordering off the app, I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but the last straw was when they forgot my Big Mac from my Big Mac meal…. The staff who packs the food is clearly incompetent and needs fired as they cannot complete their job properly any managers reading this….ether fire or train your incompetence staff it’s becoming annoying….especially when your the only near McDonald’s in our area.

It is what it is. Fast food from a generic fast food chain.

Quite possibly the worst mcdonalds in the country, food never right...always a long wait even when it's not busy, night time it's like a youth club with rubbish everywhere

Took four attempts to get our order right- had to return after getting home as wrong item given. Then the McMuffin was full of eggshell when they eventually got it right!

Ordered and payed for food and never got it

Not enough staff on to cope with a full shop and queues, took an eternity to get our food.

I didn’t get any chicken nuggets with my order when I order 6 chicken nugget meal raging swear to god had enough of this crap with McDonalds!!

As delivery driver, I have had the worst service by this Mac ever. To collect my order, it took me 35 mins.

Twenty minutes for 2 breakfast meals. There was barely anyone else in. They prioritise the drive through. I seen someone go up three times because the meal they received was wrong.

Very bad restaurant in everything and un respetable. As a driver, I don't recommend any driver to go there.

Took 30 minutes to give me a 3 for 3 meal, fries, and a donut. Didn’t even get the nuggets I ordered. Went up to the till and no one came up to me, waited for 10 minutes. The staff in the kitchen just looked and ignored me. Still raging about the nuggets 3 hours later.

Awful do not recommend, stay well away from here!! So it was around quarter to eleven last night and me and my boyfriend had just came in for a quick snack as we were heading home from my parents house. My boyfriend ordered a Big Mac without cheese and I had a quarter pounder burger with extra cheese, me and my boyfriend also got a chocolate milkshake and a cappuccino. I ordered at the desk as I only had cash with me and the staff members were nothing but rude, after she handed handed me my cash I heard her making a racist comment to her coworker about my boyfriend who is of colour, I called her out for it obviously and she denied it. As we left I was so shocked by what I had just heard. As we got into the car we checked the food for the fries to be cold and half out the box, my boyfriend’s cappuccino cold too and and my Quarter pounder to have no cheese either. As we went back to complain, they said basically told us that it wasn’t their fault and where to go. Will 100% not be coming back here in a hurry!

absolutely disgusting meal!!, I would never get McDonald’s again. It’s the worst. usually my orders come completely perfect but this time LOOK AT IT!! Although service was nice.

Bunch off space cadets alway get your order wrong or it's under cooked. (How do you give someone a regular meal when they ordered a promotional meal over charging and no care in the world)

Always missing something from the drive threw

Walked in,ordered our food, we were 3rd in line, 3 customers altogether, 32 minutes later got our food, and order was wrong. Staff seemed like they were concentrating on drive thru orders, definitely not a fast food restaurant here in Ballygomartin McDonald's.. Definitely giving it a miss from now on,

The smell off the drains coming from mcdonalds outside is horrific it's going right up to the traffic lights would make you sick been like this for weeks

Great McDonald's, best McDonald's hot chocolate in the UK (90% of the time). Lovely friendly staff, most managers are highly prepared for busy times and things run smoothly and the food is made perfect even with customizations. At the odd time everything is wrong but they are very quick to fix it and accommodating. The Google opening times are not accurate for this restaurant. They close early many nights so do not expect Google to be right.

No urgency from staff, food cold after waiting for collection

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I literally would but the incompetence of staff is not normal I don't know if the staff are not trained or just don't care. Between not sending the correct orders, the bag being opened and rifled through or just not paying attention to notes stating allergies and intolerances they are going to put someone in hospital. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever used. Sort it out 🤬🤬

If you eventually wait long enough you will be very lucky if you get the correct order, if you not frustrated enough to ask for your money back! Stay clear they are so slow n badly managed

they constantly get orders wrong & leave things out, it's honestly ridiculous at this point how many reports have had to be put into just eat. People with allergies and or eating disorders exist, or they simply just don't like certain things. I've just received a wrap with tomato's in it & a completely flat drink; I now can't eat the wrap because the tomato's have touched the chicken & the wrap.

Waited 30mins on 2 double cheeseburgers at an empty drive through and they were stale and old obviously sitting for a while so why make me pull into a bay and wait?

Food is cold. Chips must be reheated. Does the temperature not be checked. The drinks have be flat in gas in the fantas. Please check food. Or the temperatures of the equipment.

Ordered food last night. For both my self and a friend. items was missing from my order. When I rang the shop to ask for it to me delievered out to me again, app they couldnt just get a driver to deliever a missing item that I was made aware was sitting there. Yet requested that I drive over and could get it. Which again would have been freezing + if I could of drove to get my order I would have but I had a little drink and simply refuse to drive with drink due to obvious reasons I had a drink. Not only that it was a mistake of theres as it was not put into the bag and how the girl dealt with it on the phone so unprofessional laughing in the background. Absolutely disgrace. So rude. Will never ORDER AGAIN!!

Not once have I received the correct order. Like how hard is it to read a docket. Its there in black and white. Dont kno why I continue to give this branch my money. Incompetent

Ordered 4 meals plus extra burgers and mozzarella balls order came to 45 pound and only recieved 4 drinks, 4 fries and 2 chicken nuggets and no one will answer phone. How hard is it to get an order right flipping morons

Yet again can’t get an order right in the drive through. Simple order of kids chicken nugget meal and a cheese burger (for my son) get home approx 2 miles away to find they didn’t even give him chips in his kids meal literally a box with 4 nuggets and a toy on it…. This branch is a joke!

5 minutes away from my house so have ordered here a decent amount, maybe 20-30 orders in total. I have got all the items just once

Relative ordered £10 worth of food and received only a burger and a drink. The correct order slip was on the bag but wrong food inside the bag so not the driver’s fault. If I knew he was ordering from this McDonald’s, I’d of told him not to. Lazy, incompetent staff that would get away with murder. Don’t know how management allow so many incorrect orders (take a good hard look at the reviews). Worst McDonald’s branch in NI and the worst staff. Congratulations.

The worst McDonald's in Belfast. Very very very slow service, staff loves to talk to each other a lot!!! Food not fresh and the portion of fries is ridiculous! When you go to complain they will just tell you that is how they measure them. Gosh! It puts me off McDonald's products!

Gave me two knives to eat my pancakes.. maybe they were short on forks. apart from that it’s spot on.

50/50 whether your order will be correct even when you collect it yourself. Don’t even bother with this as you’ll be disappointed.

Belligo Martin McDonald's stay away from the food is always cold even if you go in store. You're lucky! If it's lukewarm and once in a blue moon, you'll get hot chips to get it delivered from the just eat app. Your food's cold every single time. The burgers aren't actually in Burger form. It's all over the box.

Hadnt used this McDonald’s before but was in the area and needed something to eat. Asked for a LARGE double cheese burger meal and a mcflurry, no mcflurry, fair enough it happens, got a cheese and herb bites instead, told to pull up to the window and waited 5 mins, pulled up to find the burger drowned in ketchup, falling apart, no sauces which I asked for and the tiniest portions of chips, heck that wouldn’t even fill a small bag of chips, see photo below. Don’t think I would be rushing back!

Third time using this one. First time I was given a mcmuffin with only brown sauce... Didn't realise until I got home Second time, let me order a chocolate milkshake the gave me vanilla and told me chocolate had rún out. Third time, took over ten minutes for a cheeseburger at the drive thru. Worst mcdonald's I've used, I won't use it again

Always get an incomplete order. Pieces missing. Always cold. When I call no answer. Why is the franchise not seeing this? Also can't contact them. They must know why.

Seems to be busy with kids messing about annoying staff. Have been a few times and order mostly right. Cleaner is always busy doing their work. Staff always seem busy in the back (good thing). Over all a good place to get a McDonald's

Ordered from here a few times, don't think they've ever gotten the order correct. Trying to fix the issue and they'll just send you to fix it with someone else. Terrible.

Everytime I try and order from here my order is missing an item or has an incorrect item, also when you go into the store there is no one at the counter serving and I always see the employees in the back on their phones and you can hear their conversations which most aren't appropriate if a child were to be nearby. Also when they take your order their attitude makes it feel like you are inconveniencing them

Don't give you what you pay for. Always leave items out of your order, either incapable or can't read, who knows?

Restaurants hours are completely wrong or not followed. 3 separate occasions restaurant has been closed when website and restaurant window/door says. Management need looked at!

Every time I go to this place, there is always something missing. It ranges from dips to burgers. The customer service is shocking, no manners what so ever. Don’t get me started on the “fast service” I’ve never been here and not been told to go to the next waiting or bay 1/2. Honestly one of the slowest and worst McDonald’s in Belfast.

I find this macs very good, its the best ive been in n i come from Braniel to eat here as its spotless n the staff are very intentive n helpful n plesant yes the balkygo iste est yfar.

with the addition of this mc Donald's the car park at tesco ballygomartin has only got more disgusting. granted its the mc Donald's customers that drop there rubbish onto the car park but this has added to the seagulls and ravens RATS walking in daylight 😳 and mice in the entrance to tesco. surely someone should clean the car park ? or is prophet more important than appearance.

Absolutely pathetic service in this place. The orders are always wrong or there are items missing and you have to drive back down to it as there is no phone number to contact them. You are asked to drive to a bay to wait for your food even when the place is empty and its takes an eternity for them to bring your order out. If I could o would give zero stars

Went to McDonald’s today the till was broke at drive through so me and my sister went in we went to the till got our order and they got it wrong so I said I’m sorry can we get this order fixed they went to fix it and they were making comments so they came back order was still wrong so I said again this still isn’t correct so a woman worker came over with complete attitude and said well this is what it said on the app order so we have done it right I said to her you don’t need to be so cheeky I customised this order so then she said get me your receipt will so I give her my receipt and I was correct they just kept getting it wrong so then she just went on in and fixed the order I didn’t appreciate the rudeness of this staff member I spoke nicely and all I got was rudeness

Order was missing food on delivery. Store has no phone number so my Husband had to walk over half an hour one way to try and get the missing items. Disappointed!

Every time I order through just eat the order is always wrong so much so I actually put in delivery instructions (please double check order to insure all items are there) and it's still wrong or something is always missing and when you ring up they blame the just eat drivers when they are the ones that pack the bags a seal them so how is it the drivers fault??? They definitely need to review this as it seems to be a running theme through the reviews and shore road isn't much better
