Five Guys Odyssey Arena in Belfast

On Saturday 19th we had a busy and wonderful morning with my husband and my baby, at lunch time after being running around all day we ordered our burgers, Michael at the till was very polite, kind and extra patience!!! Thank you!

Pretty pricy, but the food is worth the price! Loved the drawings on the board thing

Was a few bites into the burger when I realised that without the dressings there would be no flavour to the burger. It was just plain, unseasoned, greasy minced beef.

Got to counter and ordered as per normal with fast food restaurants, proceeded to pay with cash and was abruptly told "card only" ,I said I've only cash and the girl at the till said no cash, just card and obnoxiously commented about signs being obvious (of which they weren't) and proceeded to ignore me so I turned and left , Crazy that a company in belfast refuses to accept cash and would rather turn custom away

good food with somewhat friendly staff, the fries were salted so much but it was delicious, the price is mad because its Five Guys

Called in here after seeing a movie. My son had a Bacon burger and I had a Bacon dog both with salad etc. The chips were fried skin on and there was plenty supplied for the both of us. They were very tasty too. Our selection was cooked to order and was ready very quickly.

Not great. Arrived at a quiet time and not a single table was clean. Had to go back to request forgotten drink. Hygiene issues behind counter. Burgers seemed good but chips were overdone. I wouldn’t be in a rush back.

BURGER Tasted ok, but too greasy, the burger buns is so soft when greasy they disappear. Cheese on burger was cheap. The chips were so bad, just peal the potatoes, and use better potatoes. £5+ FOR DRINK WISH UP. £42 for 2 people last time I be back.

Quick tasty food, can't go wrong with five guys burgers

The worest burger i have ever eaten. Best thing was the nuts. Absolutley horrible food. 2 adults and 2 kids. 53 pounds! Ill Never be back again.

We have been to five guys before but the food was terrible.

Burger and Fries excellent you get absolutely loads of Fries price on the steep side but worth it.

Disappointed with our visit to five guys. Highly recommended five guys to our group and chose this place in the Odyssey after our great 1st experience in the Victoria Square branch. There was no bacon for the burgers and no milkshakes available. Went to get our mayo dips and there was no cups for the dips or mayo available. General cleanliness and tidiness was very poor. If this was our first five guys experience we would not eat here again. Disappointing experience

AVOID FIVE GUYS AT ALL COSTS (GREASE) (TOILET) (BURGDOG) We came up to Belfast for a Family Holiday recently. We were hungry and were in search of a place for food. “Lets try out Five Guys” said my naive mother. Little did we know. As we walked in we were faced with two options. Outside in the cold, or boiling temperatures indoors. We perspired deeply as we piled the clothing off of us. You have TWO options in this kip. Burger or Hotdog. We told the story with our eyes, we were starving and had nowhere else. I ordered a hotdog and was APPALLED when I was told they RAN OUT of hotdog buns, and I had to eat it on a burger bun. The staff were very polite and apologised. When I revived MY BURGDOG, it was SOGGY in GREASE and ketchup. We had no choice but to send it back. The kind staff made another one and it was edible. We payed TEN POUNDS for chips, as for some unknown reason, 7 pounds is only enough for a hotdog, or shall I say, BURGDOG. £4.25 for a drink, £10 for chips to feed 3. TEN POUNDS OF GREASE. I wouldn't give it to my dog! I ran to the toilets to assess the situation, as I walked in, the "mirror" COLLAPSED upon me. I saw a boiler and toilet tank or whateve does be in there. Terrible toilet. (ONE toilet, boy, girl, mam, dad, uncle, aunty, non binary, newborn, cousin, grandparents) to SHARE. My food was borderline appalling. We payed over £50 for a SNACK. The staff were a saving grace. Never ever I'll I return to ANY five guys for that matter. Do not come here if you value your money.

PLEASE DON'T COME HERE!!!! You can go to a fancy restraunt for the SAME PRICE. My family and I decided to come to this 'resteraunt' because we were starving. We could either sit in the FREEZING COLD or the SCOLDING HOT. We had nowhere else to go so we sat inside. You can ONLY get 2 things. A burger, a hotdog (or both....) The atmosphere is HORRIBLE and loud. When the food was ready it was all shoved into a paper bag. When I got my food I was SCHOFKED. IT WAS COVERED IN GREASE. I had no choice but to eat it. My brother got a hotdog but they "ran out" of buns so he got it on a burger bun. BURGDOG SUCKS. I BEG nobody else to come here. SAVE yourself money and time by leaving here.

would have given zero stars if able to do so. disgusting food with burger buns soggy and dripping with oil. sent one back and it came back worse. burgers just about cooked and chips thrown into the bag covered in oil too and covered everything else. £49.70 for 2 burgers, a kids burger one chip and 2 drinks. absolutely horrible.

Tasteless, bland and to expensive.

Food-wise like Burger King but much more expensive. Me and my girlfriend drew some pictures and put them on the corkboard with the rest, went just right outside the restaurant to eat our food, then watched the guy who served us throw both of our pictures and some other pictures near the vicinity in the bin and didn't touch the other corkboard at all (there's 2). It wasn't the end of the day either, this happened around 5pm. It was completely deserted so it was obvious it was our drawings. I saw him rub his hands together and laugh evily afterwards too, which I thought was a bit weird. Give this maniac the sack.

Food is a disaster. Hastily made, everything swims in grease. Paying only by card also causes inconvenience.

Incorrect ingredients on burger, grumpy staff, dirty tables. All of which could be excused if it didn't cost as much as a nice sit down meal at a decent restaurant. At least they have plenty of accolades up on their walls for you to read whilst you eat your mediocre £20 burger.

I went to this Five Guys the first few weeks it opened and everything was fantastic. I went again yesterday and it was a disaster, the food was terrible. The chips were cold and greasy, the burgers tasted of ingredients I hadn't ordered and the staff were unfriendly. Worst Five Guys in Belfast, seems to be only popular with tourists.

Didn’t have: red sauce, baps for hotdog, straws, cutlery, only one machine had coke.

My son wanted to go here after a day at W5,so we went in and ordered.I had my cash ready but was dismayed and disgusted to be told that it was card only ( cashless) & apparently had been for a while. 🥺 The boy behind the counter wasn't particularly friendly either.I told him to cancel the order and that he had lost custom because my cash was refused.Will never shop anywhere that is cashless so unfortunately didn't get to try the food. #cashisking #keepcash

Never again 37 pounds worth of food in the bin burgers where just dripping with grease some parts uncooked and still very pink and the chips where the most horrible chips I have ever had

Ordered a cheese burger and it had no patties on it? Restaurant said it’s because they were ‘busy’.

I hate complaining but I got the burger it was nice (usually love five guys) but it was ruined because the chips were stone cold and tasted like they had been re-fried one to many times wouldn’t return to this branch.

So glad one opened at the odyssey
