Sat at the intercom for 10 minutes with no order taken hade to drive to the garage the people work here just don’t care and there boss needs to have a chat with them because he’s loosing money they ignore you so they don’t have to take your order won’t be back Boucher road

The service was great and very quick, the male server was very nice. Food is great and will definitely be back in the future

Avoid at all costs they have a price list on here but theyre not the right prices they've got a menu on there window again they're not the right prices I ordered 2 items should have came to £14 was charged £20 apparently its the price increases which clearly aren't stated on many of there menus will not be back I did wonder why the place was empty at peak time on a Saturday night this is obviously due to others being stroked and so have avoided it and no wonder they always looking staff who in there right mind could stand behind a counter asking people for more than whats advertised on menu

worst KFC I have ever seen. Never have i been so disappointed in my employees. As the owner of KFC I have cordially decided to shut down this restaurant due to the bad attitude of the employees. And I have heard that jemma who works here hasn't been pulling her weight. So Jemma, you are permanently fired from the KFC corporation.

Food was ordered at 4.15 pm 6 o’clock still hasn’t arrived, rude person on the phone trying to say they delivered then went back on the statement food 1 hour 45 minutes late so I had to cancel as I was starving and was mocked for saying I’m hungry… terrible service. Never again I live a 10 minute drive from the restaurant

We had gone to see The longest yarn at St Macartan’s Cathedral Enniskillen, well worth a visit. We walked into town less than 5 minutes walked looked for somewhere to have lunch, found Leslie’s walked in a home bakery first walked further on to “cafe” I ordered “Homemade Vegetable Soup” + bap, glass water My husband ordered ham+cheese mini quiche & salad!! 1 tea in a one cup pot, a slice of apple pie with no cream. Tasting my soup it was straight from a packet there were 2 cubes carrot 1 ring of leek. Poor flavour 👎fresh bap👍 Mini quiche tasty👍salad 1 dessert spoonful of chopped lettuce 1/2 slice tomato 1/2 slice cucumber red onion chopped spread over the plate👎Apple pie 👍 Cost a few pence off £ 25.00 could not see prices, where food was, if there was it wasn’t visible to customers, at the bakery nothing priced. There is (1) Ladies toilet (1) gents toilet both could do with a deep clean and repairs, very fusty smell. A very disappointing experience

Quite possibly the worst chip shop I've ever eaten out off chips were reheated soggy chicken burger was dripping do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost had to throw it all away never again

recent visit to this establishment, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. service was poor. in fact to the point of rudeness, woman behind counter rejected the qr code I presented in such a condescending manner, she even asked had someone sent it to me, with the suggestion I had somehow hacked it stolen it I embarrassed, in front of my friends by this action, paid for all our orders. this was not an insubstantial sum for what turned out to be colder than expected beverages, and dry cake, we questioned the cleanliness of the cups presented s the outside appeared smeared. This has been a singular disappointing experience, other franchises in this chain having been delightful, but we shall never use this particular outlet again and I strongly advise other patrons to think twice.

Disgusting. Chicken filet overcooked and overheated and rock hard dried beyond belief. Donor kebab meat tastes like dried wood shavings. The most awful meal of my family life , which we all binned.

Ordered two meals them watched them walk around with thier masks around thier chins while rubbing thier noses and handling our food. Ask for a refund and got handed a mountain of change after we had paid by card. Supervisor offered no apology and did not then ask any of the staff to change behaviour. Disgusting
