KFC in Belfast

Sat at the intercom for 10 minutes with no order taken hade to drive to the garage the people work here just don’t care and there boss needs to have a chat with them because he’s loosing money they ignore you so they don’t have to take your order won’t be back Boucher road

Chicken was raw pink brought it back to restaurant to be told nothing they can do that’s the way the chicken is now very unhelpful and unpleasant staff won’t be back

Waited inline to order a hot drink. Theres more staff in kitchen than on counter. The female and male on counter had not served any further customers. Messing up orders. There needs to be better staffing system. A staff member does need to serve and at least 2 more to do the orders up. This was my 1st time there and dont think id go back. I left without ordering.

I have been here before and it was ok but I have never had such a smaller meal in kfc like this. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and I left here still hungry. It was like they were selling budgies instead of chicken. I can understand 1 small piece but not 3. Overall I think kfc in general has got worse over here.

I ordered a three piece Colonels meal this time with sweet corn instead of a drink. The chicken was greasy and burnt a d over cooked. Only plus is it was hot compared to usual. Chips are non descript. Meal poor. Staff not bad. But not good this time.
