👎👎Yesterday i ordered 7 burger's & only 6 were delivered. I was in a rush to get back on road didn't checked the food they delivered. Selfservice as not working at all & food was good. Poor management & customer service 👎👎

Absolutely disgusting do not order from here. Staff are soo disrespectful and hang up when try to discuss

So I got a box male was a singer Todd male when I got back home I opened it on the burger has been reheated this is not the first time this is the second time on the monitor was on to night he was so rude he said it was not hated up but I told him I know it was hated up I used to work in KFC so I know when it's been hater

we ordered chocolate raspberry pie. I would have given it to my daughter right away, but I noticed that it expired at 12:26. It was 15:06.. we gave it back to the lady at the window, who consulted her manager, then brought another one, which, as it turned out, was the same, only the date was changed... :)

Ordené salir de aquí la semana pasada y me dieron lo incorrecto en el drive through, volví después de unos 10 15 minutos cuando me di cuenta de que era el pedido incorrecto y me negaron un reembolso o incluso una corrección de pedido por el gerente extremadamente ignorante e incompetente, volví esta noche y me entregaron el pedido incorrecto de nuevo por la ventana, por suerte nos dimos cuenta de que era lo incorrecto esta vez antes de salir así que lo corrigieron, pero la actitud del personal es de un servicio al cliente extremadamente pobre y que no les podía importar, es como si quien posee este específico nunca está allí y esto se hace dolorosamente obvio por la falta de respeto dado por el personal.

The interior downstairs is beautiful with a lovely bar, the barmaid was pleasant however we where pestered by a drunk man wearing a long black coat with a tattoo on his hand, he came over to where we were sitting and asked us what where we doing here he got rude and came out with unpleasant comments he then offered to shake hands with us we went along with it just to try and get rid of him he squeezed our hands in purpose to get a reaction from us, we just got up and left, this parasite is bad for business a truly horrible experience.

This is a review of the supermarket. Sainsburys are relentless about their drive to inconvenience their shoppers. At 7pm on the 03/09/24 they closed down the manned tills. This means that if you have a full trolly you have to check yourself out at the self check outs designed for customers with a basket of shopping. Firstly, I object to having to "check my shopping out" Secondly the facilities to check out a full trolly loaded with shopping is woefully inadequate. This is a cost cutting exercise by Sainsburys, they may say "it's the way the market is going" but that's their cost cutting excuse. By introducing this 7 pm change it discriminates against me when they still provide manned tills before this cut off. If they closed down all their manned tills, they would loose the majority of their customers. For me, that was the last time I will ever shop in Sainsburys, any Sainsburys. I've been shopping with them since this store opened.

A colleague and I went to the café for our lunch break today. The server area was poorly optimised, as the menu for food was located behind the drinks ordering area rather than where you order your food. This caused confusion. My colleague ordered a chicken roll and I ordered the pasta salad. After waiting a ridiculous 30 minutes the chicken roll arrived, but I was informed that the kitchen didn't have the ingredients for my salad. I was astounded that it took them 30 minutes to inform me of this and to heat up a simple roll, especially given that the café had only a small number of people. As a consequence of this we were running late for work, and I was forced to leave without my order. The only positive in the experience was the waitress, who was friendly and apologetic regarding the whole fiasco (none of which was her fault, the blame laying with the incompetent kitchen). I was offered a pre-made sandwich and a baked snack which I accepted in lieu of a refund. A terrible experience and to top it all off, my colleague described the chicken roll as tasting "like airport food". Don't go here, there are much better eateries nearby.

Pagué 14. Ayer 50 para una pizza grande y delgada con pepperoni y salchicha italiana. Lo llevé a casa y lo volví a calentar en el horno, para descubrir que era principalmente corteza, salsa de tomate y queso suficiente para ocultar la minúscula cantidad de coberturas. A lo sumo, había una pizca de salchichas italianas y ni siquiera una rebanada de pepperoni de sarampión por porción de pizza. ¡Incluso Domino's aquí es mejor que eso! La pizza es ridículamente cara en el Reino Unido en comparación con los Estados Unidos. ¡Domino's en el Reino Unido también ha comenzado a cobrar extra por la entrega, pero al menos no intentan disfrazar la pizza con queso para escatimar los ingredientes! ! Acabo de regresar de un viaje a los EE. UU., Donde puedes obtener una pizza grande de Little Caesar's por seis dólares. Papa John's también es una empresa estadounidense y debería avergonzarse de esta vergonzosa excusa para pizza aquí en el Reino Unido. Deben estar obteniendo grandes ganancias cobrando tanto por tan poco. Nunca más.

Ordered a medium iced caramel latte , a small was set out , usually I would never say anything as I don’t like confrontation but their small is very small and I did pay for a medium, when I said to the worker she didn’t even bother to say sorry or anything there was no customer service she took my cup poured it into a medium cup right infront of me and then just filled the rest of it up with milk. I work in customer service and am aware of hard days etc but that was plain rude and very uncalled for as I was very apologetic when asking if I could get a medium .

I come here quite regularly and it's always terrible but on this occassion it was a complete joke! It was lunchtime so there was a queue to the door which I expected but what a sham. I waited 15 minutes to get served. There seemed to be enough staff but they hadn't a clue what they were doing . There didn't seem to be any sort of system. The customer service was terrible - bordering on rude. The girl on the till should be fired. She was useless and rude. The food hygiene standards are also a joke. Nail varnish, hair hanging everywhere, excess jewellery etc. You need a new manager in this store ASAP

Order 2 items, I was delivered one correct item on wrong item, I phone them up and the guy came back straight away to collect the wrong item then came back 5mins later with the correct item. I don’t care who are where my food was but it was with another customer who had To open the box , same as I had to to see it was wrong. But to do a simple swap is not hygienic nor is right. The food should be taken back and fresh food made and redelivered to the correct house. I was offered discount Voucher for the next time (didn’t even get it)…. I asked for a fresh delivery and I was told they were really busy and they didn’t know how long it would be. I understand mistakes can be made and the young lad was pleasant enough but I do not agree with domino’s policy to collect and swap, people might say they didn’t touch it but you just don’t know.

Delicious, had the mega box which was perfect for us as a family to share. Quality of the food was good and the staff were pleasant too. Will definitely visit again

Had the worse experience today at subway, Limavady...went with my two kids after school to eat and the staff were rude, first the guy couldn't understand what I was saying because I have a Greek accent. I lived in London for 30years and working in costumer service ,but that guy couldn't understand me,making mistakes with my order, then the other two middle age women standing and staring and one of them came to the till when I was ready to pay ,take my money saying no thank u at all...the sandwich was not good either, chicken was bad as well everything inside it!!! No care or pride for making my order!!

Awesome! The square pieces of chicken should be a little more rubbery though.
