I called in just to grab some food. I had never been before. The place was spacious inside. It was well laid-out, and there were no hitches whatsoever. It was a good supermarket, all the food I got there was just fine.

Overpriced food not cooked properly staff are lazy and grumpy, tables are filthy cutlery isn't washed properly may I say any more Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs what a dump.

Ordered ham egg & chips. Asked for soft eggs and was told by a disinterested woman on the till that they were always soft. My husband ordered steak & ale pie. When the meals arrived, my 2 eggs were hard & crispy on the outside. Didn't return it as would have meant we would not be eating together. My husband's pie can only be described as atrocious! Looked unappealing & tasted worse! Pie contained 2 pieces of meat, was dry, mashed potatoes were tasteless & inedible. Cannot believe how poor both service & food were. I know it is not a restaurant, but there is no excuse for it being this bad!! Will never return.

Lovely ladies autumn clothing range in the Ballymena store for 2019. The s are always friendly and helpful and the carpark has been improved.

After the recent visit, I was served MICROWAVED AVOCADO! The bread wasn't toasted, stone-cold tea in a chipped teapot. The restaurant was dead and no staff available at the till point (had to knock the kitchen door).

The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade! Half of the menu unavailable and the blondie on the till doesn't have a clue what she's doing. Advertising milkshakes which are never available. COSTA ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD!

I was here with my son when we stopped off on a road trip. The boy on the till had no clue what he was doing. I ordered a sausage sandwich, got a veg sausage. Went up and the guy took it off me and said nothing. Took forever to get a new one. My son got a small breakfast and the beans were freezing. Wouldn’t go back

A large roomy restaurant with all hard seating. Not very inviting. Food dried and unappealing. Staff slow and inefficient, standing around with no clear job roles. Has potential to be great. Get the soft sofas in and serve some decent snacks. Few power points to charge laptops would also help. Not a good stop currently.

Called in for a spot of lunch to be told there were no baked potatoes! The restaurant is part of a super market how on earth is there no potatoes! Ended up ordering chips as there was very little left. The girl at the till and serving food had her hair hanging around her not tied up, had an unpleasant and unwelcoming face and didn’t want to be there. Chips arrived and they were cold not to mention the tea was cold waiting for the chips. Lastly the teapot and cups had cracks which in any other eating place would be seen as unhygienic and harbouring bacteria! Will not be back!

Ordered a fry up for myself and a cup of tea, the fry arrived the plate was cool, the toast was like stale bread white and no butter the sausage had been reheated probably in a micro the bacon was not cooked right one egg was done the other was half raw there was something else on the plate I don't know what it was but it had been reheated and was as hard as brick the tea had got cool I waited the that long on the fryThe women who took the order said take your tea now I am on my own and can't bring it to youShe was serving food with no hair covering and handling food with her hands My wife had Yorkshire ham chips and eggs again it was stone cool and uneatable I asked for my money back as I refused to eat the food The lady said can't five refundsI asked for the manager who she rang for and Told him what was going onAfter 15mins he didn't appear as we had to pick are granddaughter upAll and all it was a disgrace

I visit this store 2/4 times per week ....each time as last while the service is getting worse all I can say is thank goodness I wasn't having food as the assistant couldn't keep her hands from her mouth and hair...not a smile on her face ..my coffee was half full the rest was froth when I took it back up she completely ignored me ....the onli smile she had was when her bosses came into the cafe to get coffee ....plus the cake was stale..defo need customer service training ...and as slow as a snail...I'm shocked how she got through an interview

Called here for lunch yesterday- experience not good at all- the bespectacled Male was so much less than helpful than he should have been. Myself and my parents took a while to decide what to choose for lunch- not normally a problem in any cafe- especially when no one waiting behind! However Male at till was so disinterested and agitated by the pause he cut off my attempt at conversation and abruptly made it clear he wasn’t interested In even pretending to be civil-the food when it eventually came was less than mediocre.However, the female staff were so nice I let it go this time but told one of them I was less than pleased with Male at till. Will not return here due to said Male as he not suited to job in hand and regret going there for lunch

Try the soup and roll. Consistently good, served piping hot and the chicken and vegetable particularly recommended.

En comparación con otros restaurantes de supermercado en la zona se merece 5 estrellas para gran mejora y excelente pescado y patatas fritas. El personal parece más amable y alegre tanto en el café y la tienda. Por alrededor de £12 teníamos dos porciones generosas para el almuerzo y té y pan.

Was here today with family and my experience was terrible. there was bits of something red inside my chips and it made them hard to eat while on the mashed potato my aunt had she noticed hard lumpy yellow bits. how disgusting. they only serve Pepsi max as the version of coke and it was horrid it tasted like tap water. I do not see myself returning any time soon.

We visit here from time to time and for a very reasonable cost we are set down very good quality meals time after time always consistent and always delicious. Good selection of very tasty food highly recommended will definitely visit again

This dump served out of date food to me there where bits of blue on the mashed potato. also there was people sitting listening to me and my friends' conversation NOT IMPRESSED
