Should have known when the menu is listed in meals!!! Ordered the chicken goujon meal. Better off going to Iceland as they are better quality! Pre bought, pre cooked, frozen, over seasoned, hard and as dry as the Sahara. You would expect a chip shop to make their own goujons. Chips were OK and not big portions. Definitely not be back.

I ordered for delivery a chicken kabab which was cut up chicken nuggets on a bed of cold chips an old salad, the kabab sauce was missing, a curry chip which had very little curry sauce an was cold and a fish that was 3 millimeters thick tastless and cold. Not what you'd expect for the price of it all. I rang up to let them know the sauce for the kabab was missing and they had it delivered by which time the already cold chicken nugget kabab was inedible. They offered a £10 credit but it's very unlikely I'll use. Best avoided I reckon.

I can honestly say I've never ate out of any chippy on this island where the food was even a fraction as bad as this stuff it's all I can call it as it wasn't fish and the chips I'm sure would've been nice when there where cut maybe a week ago. You pay for decent food it should be a given you get good food but no not here. And if you do go for something to eat here and you see for yourself how bad it is pointless complaining as the man behind the counter with a serious attitude problem will just get on like a Duffus thinking he's rocky (even with kids there) and the young girls working there just laughing. Just don't go near plenty other decent places to eat in the town.

Chips were cold with a sprinkle of cheese & like a spoonful of the coldest thickest gravy. Got an extra tub of cheese and gravy which was cold & thick as well. Fish goujons were horrendous!

Gorgeous food, generous portions, reasonably priced, quick service and friendly staff.

We have been going to eastville chip shop for long time. Tonight 10th of march my daughter took us out for dinner. It was very poor and expensive asked for two pasties suppers and got a plate of chips and one small pasties. The last time we got two. They said that it was a bigger pasties but there was no difference. My mum got cod bites they where cold and covered in grease. Don't go there.

From Antrim but was in the Ballymena area stopped by and the food was amazing got lunchbox deal with popping chicken and the chicken strip meal, fast service friendly staff highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Very good takeaway with sit in facilities offering a great selection from their menu.

Lunch Specials and breakfast menu is my go to but always forget my drink in more less every order not a big deal but when your waiting for that and don't get it what's the point in advertising

Had fish and chips and single fish from Eatsville on the 16th April and how it has gone down in quality. Paper covered in grease and the fish and batter poor. Never there again

Ordered from here tonight and it took over a hour for delivery. I got a call 45 mins after ordering where they told me that they didn't have the rIght thing i ordered and would That I would have to wait another 20 mins. The food was overcooked and not the warmest either.

Placed an order for 2 items and a drink. Order was wrong and no drink. The person I spoke to was actually going to send the parts of the order "as soon as we can" meaning the rest of it would be cold. Absolute joke. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. The correct order was actually on the receipt, you need to a special kind of incompetent to get a three item order wrong.

Have to say it's the best place in the town to get pizza

Local waiting time for food to be delivered, up to an hour plus. The Food not great was over cooked. The batter was hard, nearly broke a tooth. Oil needed changing,everything tasted the same. Food not very warm. I don't know where they get the cooks from. One day I went to sit in, the staff not the friendliest they never smile or say good bye. Not very welcoming and the appearance of we girl she had loads of makeup on serving at the tills she was clueless. She got my order wrong when brought it to the table. I got over charged always check your change before you leave. The atmosphere not nice people look down your throat when their waiting on their food. No air conditioning inside big glass windows and the sun beaming in they should have a screen up or blinds to make place alot more cooler. The eating area not the cleanest and chairs and tables needs a wash and the tiles regularly. I don't think I'll be back unless it improves and the menu.

Friendly staff, good food and big portions

Called in on a whim this evening. Staff were all so pleasant, served us quickly. We sat in and the lady brought us our cutlery and our food was served really quickly. The food was beautiful, I couldn't even finish mine it was such a big portion. Definitely get your money's worth. The girls were fantastic at their job, they were so busy. Phone constantly going and 3 delivery drivers on shift that we seen while we were there. They worked very well as a team. There was one lady in particular think she had short blonde hair and tattoos, she was so lovely. Credit to you all.

have eaten in here as number of years. usually when visiting customers in the area. great to sit in or take away. the quality has been steadily declining to such an extent I won't set foot in the place. not even worth my time commenting more on it.

Ordered a jumbo sausage and chips waited ten minutes then when got home only had five chips and the jumbo sausage. Five chips was represents a portion would hate to see a cone. Not impressed!!!!!!

Place has a good range of food and with the pizza place upstairs thats a very big range of food you can have delivered. I got Chicken goujon meal with skinny fries. Very big portion. Food was good but the gravy, well it was more of a block of jelly really.

Have been eating from Eatsville ocassionally for 9 years now. Over that time the standard of the food just gets worse and worse. As I order for 5, usually something on the order is wrong. I had the chicken fillet burger with bacon and cheese, the fillet is hard, and the bacon cremated. My daughter had the fish, which is 70% batter and definitely not cod but at cod prices. The chips are bland and just about cooked, as well as usually being hard ends. Disappointing and when it costs over £30 for 5 it is not cheap.

Called in here on the way through Ballymena. Staff where very helpful and the chips where so tasty. Best ive had in a long time. They where crispy on tge outside and light and fluffy in the middle. You wouldn't get better chips in a 4* restaurant

We tried this place a few times. It has never been good. More often than not the order takes a very long time and the order is wrong. The food is of poor quality especially the battered fish..its thin more batter than fish and definitely isn't cod!!The chips contain more hard ends than actual chips. I wouldn't go here again,there are better places available for the same price in the town.

Decided to get a takeaway from here tonight as this is our 'cheat night'. I placed the order at 16.53 and at 18.05 our order still hadn't arrived so I rang them. After a few mumbles the girl said that our order had left, she sounded quite inconvenienced by my request and didn't even apologise for the delay. Finally out order arrived at 18.25. Me and my fiancé had said if the order didn't come by 18.30 we would be cancelling it as the children were starving. My order was disgusting, I ordered the zinger burger which was processed and by no means fresh, the amount of mayo on it wasn't even enough to disguise the taste. All in all it was a waste of £20 and a waste of a good cheat meal.

I am not one to put up negative reviews but felt I had to share this . We get a takeaway from here most Saturday nights , sometimes we collect and sometimes delivered. The wait is usually up to an hour which is understandable on a busy Saturday night. So tonight I ordered at 5.18 pm and waited just 50 minutes , paid the food and delivery charge . The rest of the family already started theirs but my order was wrong. I rang and spoke to a member of staff to explain and asked for a replacement. I was told they were busy and asked to collect it ! I thought the point of paying a delivery charge was to get it delivered? I was then told they couldn't give me a delivery time ( we live about a mile away ) even though it was their mistake . I now have waited over 2 hours since my original order ! Phoned several times and told it was "on its way " !Finally arrived at 19.40 ! Ridiculous way to treat regular customers ! Now ex customers! !

Dry chips, poor quality factory fare, not fresh at all. Thinnest fish fillet I've ever seen, coated in the greasiest batter. Scooped the fish out and left it. At £6.30 it's terrible value.

Eat in this chip shop regularly and it's the best in town... food is amazing and well priced... staff very friendly and helpful... its also great to have the option to sit in while paying chip shop prices .. really good size portions... not the poshest place in the world but very clean and tidy and the food is excellent and for me that's the bit that counts

Thought I'd give it another go as I was in the area. Yep, no change - tables still not being wiped. It's obvious no-one has taken a blind bit of notice of my last post which was last year. Kitchen may have a 5 hygiene rating but eating area needs a bit of work!!!!
