Domino's Pizza in Dungannon

Order 2 items, I was delivered one correct item on wrong item, I phone them up and the guy came back straight away to collect the wrong item then came back 5mins later with the correct item. I don’t care who are where my food was but it was with another customer who had To open the box , same as I had to to see it was wrong. But to do a simple swap is not hygienic nor is right. The food should be taken back and fresh food made and redelivered to the correct house. I was offered discount Voucher for the next time (didn’t even get it)…. I asked for a fresh delivery and I was told they were really busy and they didn’t know how long it would be. I understand mistakes can be made and the young lad was pleasant enough but I do not agree with domino’s policy to collect and swap, people might say they didn’t touch it but you just don’t know.

I dont know whos getting caugh in a storm every delivery as everytime its like someone grabbed box and shook it as much as possible looks a mess! Amazing how cookies are always turned to coal for the fire too

Can never get delivery direct from them but tried just eat, when ordered domino's driver still delivered at a higher rate. Food is normally luke warm to cold and looks like a driver has sat on it. There is no care for the product but this may come from the people who run the place. Would avoid even just for the easy option.

Over an hour for a cold pizza which appears to be juggled by someone 😅 hard earned money spent for workers not give a fook

Food is good but about 7 out of 10 times can never get delivery service. Why also if they can open a gate how they can never seem to close it again.

Food was delivered within 30mins of order and excellent use of tracking app. Great taste and had great options on menu. Followed cover guidelines.
