Lady behind the counter blatantly ignored me 2 times.

What an absolute dive. Bread welded to the baking tray. Next to nothing in stock. Slow as hell service. Guy clearly didn't want to do anything

Sadly I don’t know if it’s still open. Website never works and any time I’ve been over they don’t have the basis like curry sauce or chips. Haven’t been since the start of the year.

food dry, forgot our sauce, picked it up on time and was already cold. tasted and felt microwaved

Just terrible. Asked for gravy chip, a man in a coat and scarf seemed to be making it, was like water with clots in, chips looked unappetising and it went straight in the bin. Avoid!

Waited 29 minutes for eggs on toast. Seemed like others around me were having similar wait periods. No apology when food finally arrived. Heard one customer complain about the wait. Shortly after, overheard a member of staff say loudly in the cafe area that when customers complain they 'give them a refund to get them to shut up'. Very unprofessional. Tables and floor are ridiculously dirty. The only positive thing going for them is the price of their food, but even that wouldn't entice me to go back.

Hospitality is good but that is about it. Food is substandard and unfortunately has made me unwell. Would not recommend here for chinese cuisine. All in all I rate this place a zero star

Family visit, kfc fries were worst I have ever tasted, like strips of soggy soap, second visit -both experiences aweful!!! where are the managers? Is this standard exceptable by the firm?

we went through the drive through and had asked for an item when the girl on the headset simply said “no”.. no elaboration. so then had to ask again when the girl bluntly said “can’t do that.” so then sat in silence for another minute, then had to ask again for why she couldn’t do that to which she eventually told us the options that we had. then we get to the drive through window and were dirty looked by pretty much all the staff, then practically got our things thrown at us when it was ready. anyways overall a very miserable experience and all i have left to say is to the staff and that’s ‘cheer up’.

If ever there was a place where a manager should be sacked it's here. Took kids today for lunch and 90% items not available. PATHETIC

Kfc Ballymena should be ! shut down ! How can a place run understaffed with zombie like worker's is beyond me. I waited in a cue for over 50 minute's and finally got my order through when my 4 year old daughter needed the toilet, so I took her into the men's toilet's to find faeces all over the wall's, I was horrified. I quietly let the cleaner lady know after for her to look at me as if I had two head's. The worst indoor dining experience I have ever had, whoever run's this establishment should be ashamed of themselves!

I just visited KFC in Connswater and I have to say that it was possibly the worst service I have ever received anywhere ever, my grandson ordered his meal from a big black guy who just walked off and never gave him a receipt, I had to wait a further ten minutes to order as a procession of Just Eat drivers walked in and were served straight away.... pissed off doesn't even cover my feelings,KFC give yourselves a good shake and serve customers as they walk in!!

I was second time at burger king even I said after first visit I won't be back ever again but my son was asking for a treat.. Food is expensive, small portions that looks that was throwing together quickly, doesn't look delicious. Staff is ignorant, unprofessional, no manners. Won't be back ever.

Ordered Nachos, chicken wings, pizza and wedges. Arrived cold and poor quality. The Nachos went straight to the bin . The pizza was horrible. Any of the other pizza places in Enniskillen are far better. They let the name Dominos down, Domino’s in other towns are fantastic.
