The best restaurants in Northern Ireland

Ten of us dined in the Bar and Grill in Seafield hotel yesterday, and it was one of the worst meals all of us have ever had to endure. Now it was very busy as it was Easter Sunday,and we would have no complaints about staff or service. I was charged I think €8 for chicken wings, in fact 4 of us had them, and they were to put it bluntly inedible. The main course was extraordinary €35 for a Steak that was as big and as thick as a good rasher, 1 small flat mushroom and a handful of chips. Only 1 person was happy with their meal, my wife had fish and chips and it was fine, everyone else was disgusted with what they got even the kids who only had pizzas which were undercooked and inedible. €450 we were charged, worst meal I ever had, absolutely shocking. 1 ☆ is too much.

if I could do minus I would, absolutely rude owner... what do you want.....is not the way to speak to customers.... the coffee was awful.. Avoid avoid avoid

Visited in December 2022, I witnessed the cafe supervisor refuse to serve an elderly man, telling him loudly that they were closed as it was “4 o’clock “, it was 5 to 4. 10 minutes after he had refused to serve this man, he served two other people. When the elderly objected I heard the supervisor threaten to have him removed from the store . Shocking behaviour and not the first time I’ve heard him behave this way although it’s usually towards the young female staff.

The worst experience, ordered two pizzas one vegetarian and one chicken, took them home and discovered the pizza base was raw, cost me £14.07

I was charged for an online pizza order on a day that the pizza place was actually closed. Our order on the website went through OK, my wife went to collect, to find that the pizza place was closed. The money was duly debited from my account, and I received an e-mail some time the following evening advising me that my pizza was ready for collection (approx. 24 hours later, at which point I no longer desired a pizza). I have tried e-mailing multiple times without response. The phone number listed on the website doesn't work. Next stop: Trading Standards.

Possibly the smallest and worst portion of chips ever . Ordered a fish supper. Wow. Bad experience as I think the fish was alive and ate the chips. The chips did not even the bottom of a small styrofoam tray. 4.20 worth. Robbers .to add insult to injury, a chicken fillet burger was 3.90 then charged 20p extra for lettuce and 20p for a slice of tomato. Never again. No wonder Pg is a millionaire. A whole lettuce is 50p. A whole tomato in a store works out at 15p.

Seems we were lucky by others reviews to even get our food however I’m 99.9 % sure the food we got contained pubic hair so maybe would have been best if we didn’t receive it

Just ordered from their website 16inch pizza deal with wedges. They delivered 7inch pizza and chips instead of wedges, I phoned up to complain guy said they don't have 16inch pizzas!? Even though it's dough and is rolled to a size! And I got multiple 16inch from them before. Basically claims it was impossible for me to have ordered 16inch even though I have screenshots showing the options. Dude on the phone was rude and offered no recourse so they basically just scammed me the price of a 16inch for a 7inch. Avoid!

Me dieron un vale groupon como un regalo que valen £35 por 'sabrosos bocados' (dos cursos para dos). La cosa más rara cosa era que había cambiado su nombre a 'sabrosos bocados', sin embargo el sitio web dieron era 'basilrestaurant.moonfruit.com' - la misma dirección; 155 upper Lisburn Road. Cuando llegué también pude ver que había un cartel en el restaurante que dijo "Bella Italia". Parece muy extraño que este restaurante cambiaría su nombre tan a menudo. Le dije al personal que tenía un bono groupon, y me dijeron que el cupón se canceló y tengo que contactar groupon sobre un reembolso. aún Tengo que volver a oír groupon, pero el personal no me dio razón por qué este bono repentinamente nula. todo parecía un poco extraño, y simplemente, mal negocio. El horrible servicio y muy extraño que ha cambiado su nombre tan a menudo.

Pensé que este podría ser un buen lugar para llevar a mis nietos a almorzar el otro sábado porque les encantan los juegos de mesa. Ojalá no me hubiera molestado. Dijo que podría no haber espacio ya que había una liga de Pokémon desde las 12. Eran las 12. 30) Le pregunté cuándo lo sabría. Dijo en unos 15 minutos. Le dije que podríamos jugar un juego durante 15 minutos. Dijo que ni siquiera comenzarías un juego en ese momento. ? ? ? ? Nos fuimos y almorzamos en otro lugar. ¡Hombre extraño! ¿Por qué abrir una cafetería y rechazar clientes? ? No volveremos

me and my sister were on a date and i was appealed by the disrespect from the staff. Johnny threatened to hurt me because of my beliefs and how i viewed my family.

This eating place is just rotten. It is canteen food at its worst. The food is overpriced and tastes like cardboard. The knives and forks handed out are quite dirty. Wouldn’t be back.

This cafe is a disaster Nipped in to for.quick spot of lunch with a work colleague. Quick didnt happen 35 minutes wait from ordering for sausage rolls. They could of saved themselves a bit of time in the heating process as they presented the sausage rolls well and truly burned. No more quick lunches here thank-you
