Pensé que este podría ser un buen lugar para llevar a mis nietos a almorzar el otro sábado porque les encantan los juegos de mesa. Ojalá no me hubiera molestado. Entró y encontró una gran mesa vacía que se sentó a esperar. Nada. Fui al mostrador y le pregunté al hombre si podíamos almorzar y jugar. Dijo que podría no haber espacio ya que había una liga de Pokémon desde las 12. Eran las 12. 30) Le pregunté cuándo lo sabría. Dijo en unos 15 minutos. Le dije que podríamos jugar un juego durante 15 minutos. Dijo que ni siquiera comenzarías un juego en ese momento. ? ? ? ? Nos fuimos y almorzamos en otro lugar. ¡Hombre extraño! ¿Por qué abrir una cafetería y rechazar clientes? ? No volveremos

Very disappointing. Took my son and his friends here. Customer service terrible. Waited nearly an hour for main course to then be told there was a miscommunication, our order wasn’t placed by our server. We got up an left. Definitely would not recommend this place.

This cafe is a disaster Nipped in to for.quick spot of lunch with a work colleague. Quick didnt happen 35 minutes wait from ordering for sausage rolls. They could of saved themselves a bit of time in the heating process as they presented the sausage rolls well and truly burned. No more quick lunches here thank-you

The chicken burger was over cooked and thin, the chips were unpeeled and tasted horrible, I couldn't eat them.

I asked my daughter to go get bubble tea for us and the staff suggested the most disgusting combination. Milo, peach pudding and popping bubbles? I have never in my life put something directly in the bin before. The staff were probably just trying to get rid of unwanted stock. For 6 pounds per drink I absolutely will not be back.

Awful service from 2 trannys in black nero tshirts served a family that came in after me gave me bad attitude and Awful service apparently 1 of the trannys is the supervisor waow

The staff are immature to the point of annoyance, and have little time for customers, chatting in a group is far more rewarding to them it seems. Service is awful as a result. Lastly and the chips were greasy mush. A shambolic business if ever I seen one...

Disgraceful facility ……. Absolutely filthy, with tables, chairs and floor caked with the remains of pastries etc spilled by previous customers. If the staff can’t keep the front of house clean God only knows what the back of house looks like. First time visiting … and had to leave without ordering. Someone needs to get their act together!

If you are a potential drunken hen you will love this place. If you are there for entertainment I would advise you to think again. The MC thought that the louder he shouted profanities the funnier he was. The singer cursed her way through her set with her favourite body part being diddies which she also shouted at the top of her voice. The burlesque dancers gave the word mediocre a new meaning, but the star of the show was a lip sinker who mimed vibrato. In my humble opinion, all acts on show were cringeworthy and not fit for human consumption.

Order pizzas, spend £30, marked delivered but never delivered. No refund. Contacted customer support, never came back to me.

Le pregunté si sus bollos estaban frescos esa mañana y me dijeron que no, así que pedí Tostadas en su lugar. ¡Un suceso regular donde venden los bollos de ayer! Cortésmente pregunté qué días los horneaban frescos y un miembro diferente del personal dijo todos los días. Cuando le dije que me habían dicho que eran de ayer, fue a comprobarlo. El miembro del personal de la calle 1 entonces se acercó a mí para decirme que estaba siendo grosero! Me dijeron que estaba siendo descortés otra vez diciéndoles cómo manejar su negocio, que era un negocio comunitario! Con tal actitud hacia los clientes, evitaré en el futuro.
