El personal de la puerta son muy agresivos y groseros, mis amigos y yo tanta cola en la puerta por casi una hora junto con unos diez a veinte personas, puerta personal no explicaron por qué o si estaban dejando que nadie. Varias personas salieron pero el personal de la puerta se negaba a dejar que nadie en y no parecía estar lleno, no una manera agradable para pasar una noche de sábado. Luego nos fuimos al bar público en el frente de la Ryan Dale, cuando conseguimos sirve eventualmente una advertencia cuente el cambio siempre en el bar porque el personal del bar tienden a cometer errores e intentar timarle. El personal en el Ryan Dale necesitan aprender a tener mejores modales y recordar que los clientes son muy importantes y que no habría un trabajo sin ellos. Mis amigos y yo viajamos bastante lejos para salir por la noche, que no tienes la oportunidad de ir a menudo y ahora esta experiencia ha puesto todos nosotros fuera; sin duda nunca volveremos, ni mis amigos!! Yo no recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera, evitar a toda costa!

This was by far the WORST meal I've ever had in any KFC. Our order was £41. The food was cold. The chips were soggy. I ordered the zinger box meal. My other half ordered a box meal too. The burger was literally the bap, the chicken, and lettuce. That's it. The sauce was on the side of the box. I took my burger up to the yound girl, I asked her could she fix the burger and make it how it's supposed to be. She looked at me like I had 10 heads. I asked her if she understood, she nodded but gave me the dirtiest look and left. When she came back with my burger she'd literally only changed the box and squirted a bit of sauce on it. Still no cheese etc. It was freezing. Couldn't have ate it. The worst experience ever. We all left hungry.

Pedí mi comida hace mucho tiempo. Pregunto si está lista y dicen que no está allí y que probablemente alguien se la haya llevado. ¿cómo diablos dejas que alguien más se lleve mi comida, los recibos no son una cosa ? ? ?

Kebabs were ok but nothing special but the price was shocking! A complete rip off. Not just a bit expensive but scary😖👎!!

Called with family and found service poor. Server Reece more interested in conversation with other staff. Tables were filthy as was the floor. Toilets locked and should have stayed that way as they were disgusting. Management need to get a grip on this place. Food and staff used to be lovely but not anymore.

Waited almost 2 hours for a pizza and a portion of goujons, when it came everything was cold, chips were like stones and the pizza was like cardboard. Literally inedible. never ever again

Horrible service, I ordered from them and food has never arrived, when restaurant was contacted they never replied and then delivery driver was contacted the call was declined and phone was switched off

Useless. Ordered online for delivery but food didn't on time. Phoned to enquire after 30 mins and order not even made up yet. Not be back again and I'll make it my mission to inform as many people as possible to avoid The Mirador. Brian Woodrow

The worst experience, ordered two pizzas one vegetarian and one chicken, took them home and discovered the pizza base was raw, cost me £14.07

if I could do minus I would, absolutely rude owner... what do you want.....is not the way to speak to customers.... the coffee was awful.. Avoid avoid avoid

Visited in December 2022, I witnessed the cafe supervisor refuse to serve an elderly man, telling him loudly that they were closed as it was “4 o’clock “, it was 5 to 4. 10 minutes after he had refused to serve this man, he served two other people. When the elderly objected I heard the supervisor threaten to have him removed from the store . Shocking behaviour and not the first time I’ve heard him behave this way although it’s usually towards the young female staff.

Just ordered from their website 16inch pizza deal with wedges. They delivered 7inch pizza and chips instead of wedges, I phoned up to complain guy said they don't have 16inch pizzas!? Even though it's dough and is rolled to a size! And I got multiple 16inch from them before. Basically claims it was impossible for me to have ordered 16inch even though I have screenshots showing the options. Dude on the phone was rude and offered no recourse so they basically just scammed me the price of a 16inch for a 7inch. Avoid!

Ten of us dined in the Bar and Grill in Seafield hotel yesterday, and it was one of the worst meals all of us have ever had to endure. Now it was very busy as it was Easter Sunday,and we would have no complaints about staff or service. I was charged I think €8 for chicken wings, in fact 4 of us had them, and they were to put it bluntly inedible. The main course was extraordinary €35 for a Steak that was as big and as thick as a good rasher, 1 small flat mushroom and a handful of chips. Only 1 person was happy with their meal, my wife had fish and chips and it was fine, everyone else was disgusted with what they got even the kids who only had pizzas which were undercooked and inedible. €450 we were charged, worst meal I ever had, absolutely shocking. 1 ☆ is too much.
