Burger King in Craigavon

I was second time at burger king even I said after first visit I won't be back ever again but my son was asking for a treat.. Food is expensive, small portions that looks that was throwing together quickly, doesn't look delicious. Staff is ignorant, unprofessional, no manners. Won't be back ever.

Young girl at the till and manager very friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff is poor got order wrong and did not handle feedback professionally and refused to fix the problem, manager had to step in. We will not be back.

Cant say we would ever be back first time hear an have to say disgusted is an understatment all the kids were left wanting more food...

Hadn't been for a longtime (due to previous bad experience) but daughter asked to go as a treat after her school exam. Living local we opted to use drive thru. After waiting 2 - 3 minutes at intercom I was told to come back later as they were too busy.. Following drivers appeared to be told the same. Disaster of a franchise business. Won't be back!

I’m not saying I really care about the ice cream machine, but it’s always broken. Every time I have been to this Burger King, it had been broken. Another thing is that all the burgers are dry and don’t look anything like how they’re advertised. It was really disappointing, as i was looking forward to trying the delicious looking burger, but then receiving a dry, sad looking one.
