Called with family and found service poor. Server Reece more interested in conversation with other staff. Tables were filthy as was the floor. Toilets locked and should have stayed that way as they were disgusting. Management need to get a grip on this place. Food and staff used to be lovely but not anymore.

Went today 10th first time met a couple of friends only to find out no hot drinks due I was told because they had no cups. Hard to believe wondered why there was no one there now we know must have lost a lot of business

It was awful. Boys about 13 years old came up to our table, Started harassing took our food. The lady working told us she did not care as she was only there to pay for university.

Ordered food at 12:50 am and they said 40 mins to 50 mins still charged me and can't get a refund when phoned was told on it way 40 50 mins been 2 hour still nothing and can't get refund and shut off there phones

Visited today with family. The wait was unreal, almost 30 minutes. Tea was cold by time lunch arrived. Eggs were rubbery, meals overall not great quality. It is cheap but would rather spend a bit more for good food. Staff were pleasant.

The chicken cheese spring rolls are absolutely delicious. The main reason we order from here. The rice etc is lovely too
