Called with family and found service poor. Server Reece more interested in conversation with other staff. Tables were filthy as was the floor. Toilets locked and should have stayed that way as they were disgusting. Management need to get a grip on this place. Food and staff used to be lovely but not anymore.

Went today 10th first time met a couple of friends only to find out no hot drinks due I was told because they had no cups. Hard to believe wondered why there was no one there now we know must have lost a lot of business

12 Thomas StreetOrdered food at 12:50 am and they said 40 mins to 50 mins still charged me and can't get a refund when phoned was told on it way 40 50 mins been 2 hour still nothing and can't get refund and shut off there phones

The Meadows Shopping CentreVisited with family. We waited 30 mins for our meals, by which time tea/coffee was cold. The food was poor overall. Eggs were like rubber. The curry sauce was ok. Some of our party couldn't eat their meals as they were horrible. Staff are pleasant enough, perhaps they need an extra pair of hands or two. It is cheap but would rather spend an extra pound or two for a good meal. Won't be visiting again
