Called with family and found service poor. Server Reece more interested in conversation with other staff. Tables were filthy as was the floor. Toilets locked and should have stayed that way as they were disgusting. Management need to get a grip on this place. Food and staff used to be lovely but not anymore.

Went today 10th first time met a couple of friends only to find out no hot drinks due I was told because they had no cups. Hard to believe wondered why there was no one there now we know must have lost a lot of business

Got a delivery and was waiting about 40mins-1 hour which I had no problem with as I know how busy it can get but then I got a call from the Uber driver saying that subway refused to make my order which isn’t their decision to make considering I paid for the order!. Really disappointed

4 Central Way Rushmere Retail ParkUsed their drive through today 29/11/2024 placed our order when it came up on the screen it was wrong we had to sit and hold up the que until the order taker came back on speaker, we corrected the order moved to the pay station and noticed they still had the wrong order we corrected it again then we had to park and wait. Finally the order arrived the fries were cold and the burgers were wrong all we wanted was no cheese on the burgers how hard was that to do what we got was a bun and meat nothing else so we dumped the lot, this place is crap run by morons.

The Meadows Shopping CentreVisited today with family. The wait was unreal, almost 30 minutes. Tea was cold by time lunch arrived. Eggs were rubbery, meals overall not great quality. It is cheap but would rather spend a bit more for good food. Staff were pleasant.
