Got a delivery and was waiting about 40mins-1 hour which I had no problem with as I know how busy it can get but then I got a call from the Uber driver saying that subway refused to make my order which isn’t their decision to make considering I paid for the order!. Really disappointed

Rude female staff member, small portions. Had to ask twice for more lettuce and peppers literally got 3 peppers. Think it was coming out of their own pockets the veg!!

Avoid at all costs. Queue for 30mins only to be told they don’t have half the breads and ingredients they should. Just had to walk out. Close the place down and give to a licensee that knows what they’re doing

Every time you arrive here about 45 minutes before closing girl behind counter on phone, everything is already put away. Just looks at you and says I’m closed, when asked it shuts in like 45 minutes well I want to go home. Bad service avoid the one near motorway Lurgan. Go to one in town always friendly and will do anything they can to help

If I could give this place a 0 I would!! Received my order with items missing! Ok mistakes happen, so I rung the store to inform them they had forgotten my items and the girl who answered the phone give it to another girl who greeted me with ‘what is your problem’ shocked at how she greeted me I then went on that I have paid for it and I have the receipt here and she then said well go and ask for a refund online, I said but it’s for the child who now has no lunch could I just get one sent out please, her reply was ‘what do you want me to do drive to your house in my car’ I can’t find anywhere to apply for a refund online and now have a very hungry upset child

Delivery is atrocious, always late or getting the order wrong/ missing part of the order. Very annoyed with them. Picture is from deliveroo, 2 hours after we first ordered. Absolutely unacceptable.

Order 467 only half of it correct n we don't eat meatballs so we had a 6in between 2! One of the cookies was also wrong. First time ordering n saying it took an hour n a half to come up the road, very disappointing for price

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment we received when subway actually forgot to send our full order!!! They admitted that they forgot to put the full order together and actually had sitting in front of them the rest of our order. Bluntly told us to get a refund no willingness to fix their mistake whatsoever. Even had the gaul to tell me I can come collect it. If I was able to collect it I wouldn’t have requested delivery!!! Their customer service is zero definitely don’t put their customers first. Will never order from them again I’d rather starve

Order from here normally once/twice a week. Waited three hours on delivery for it to be cold & burnt messaged page and got no reply, won’t be back. When called to ask where food was, got told we give another address when we didn’t. Would advise taking numbers and calling the customer back to make sure order and address is correct.
