Tesco Cafe in Craigavon

Visited today with family. The wait was unreal, almost 30 minutes. Tea was cold by time lunch arrived. Eggs were rubbery, meals overall not great quality. It is cheap but would rather spend a bit more for good food. Staff were pleasant.

Visited with family. We waited 30 mins for our meals, by which time tea/coffee was cold. The food was poor overall. Eggs were like rubber. The curry sauce was ok. Some of our party couldn't eat their meals as they were horrible. Staff are pleasant enough, perhaps they need an extra pair of hands or two. It is cheap but would rather spend an extra pound or two for a good meal. Won't be visiting again

I was in this morning with my children and had the most unpleasant experience. We ordered 2 of the ‘Bacon and egg brioche’ which is how it is worded on the menu. We received our order and there was onion relish, processed cheese and what I’m assuming was thousand island dressing. We do not like these items so I asked for new ones. The grumpy “chef” proceeded to argue with me that it stated that on the menu, I asked him to point out where and when he couldn’t as it doesn’t say those extra on the food he replied ‘oh’. Still then he continued to talk back to me saying was I seriously looking a new order!! Well obviously when we can’t eat this! Of course he huffed and puffed so I left it that it was clearly putting him out, even though the place was empty so il have my money back. We will not be back and I would advise others not to waste your time either!

Basic cafe type food but reasonably priced. Food seemed freshly made and was very hot. 20min wait was ok. Cafe was clean.

The food I had was possibly the worst I have ever had. Who owns and runs this place? They need lessons in catering. I had a small fry and coffee; it came to £3.50 and that was supposed to be half price! Every item was dire.

I have been to this cafe for the second time i should have learnt the first time the food was appalling, cold and definitely not worth the money. I ordered an omelette which was done in the microwave it was like rubber and mums was the same. wont be back!!!

Popped in for lunch after shopping, and I was disappointed. Was told we couldn't have chilli because not enough people wanted it and they would have to use a 4 portion chilli pack! One plate of food was only warm, hot chocolate was watery, chips were moderate. Only two women behind the counter who seemed to be struggling under pressure when busy. It was a shame as there's so much potential for these cafés.

What a dirty dirty place . Craigavon and portadown . No hairnets and handling food straight after handling money. I blame management. These cafes have went down hill in recent years

Was in today & it took over 1/2 hr to get breakfast. It wasn't busy. Only 1 man in front of us. Silverware was filthy. Cleaned a knife & used a plastic fork. Won't be back. Disappointing
