Fryz Guyz in Belfast

Waited almost 2 hours for a pizza and a portion of goujons, when it came everything was cold, chips were like stones and the pizza was like cardboard. Literally inedible. never ever again

Always getting wrong orders (Not giving us items we paid for), never have items in stock and in general its very plain, bland food.

Got a burger ,worst burger iv ever ate.. grease dripping bap fell to bits half an onion lecture very wet, expience was awful. 100% not be back

Have been a loyal customer of fryguyz for a number of years, tonight was the last straw. An order for collection was placed at 4.50 and was still not ready at 6.30 after being told it would be ready for 5.30. A shame that once a great spot has went downhill big time.

My chicken wasnt cooked proberly

Do not touch this place with a barge pole. Chips are a disgrace and 4.20 a pop in a working class area is shameful

Waited a month for a refund after phoning over 5 times being told boss would phone me back never did until I phoned and said I would have to report them then next day he got back and sent driver round with money. Feel like if i didnt he would have happily just stolen my money. Didnt offer anything for the inconvenience. Wouldn't recommend.

I hope you are going to reduce the price of your fish as the last 2 deliveries we received have only batter with a very little fish inside , the price of the fish has went up but the amount of fish we receive has went down very badly , we will not be using you again , been buying from this chip shop for a long time , I know it has changed hands a few times over the years but it has never been this bad , too expensive for so little food we received!

I placed an order earlier today around 1.30pm. After not receiving my order for over 90 minutes I called the restaurant and they hadn't noticed the order, they apologised and said they will have it delivered ASAP. About 25 minutes later the food arrived but to my disappointment the order was missing a garlic and gravy dip, there was also no salt and vinegar on the order as was requested. Very disappointed with the service today unfortunately as usually quite reliable.

Ordered cheesy chip and chicken coujon supper after waiting for it for an hour it was delivered cold and the chips were hard it all ended up in the bin very disappointed
