Asked for 6" nacho chicken sub. Order refused as nacho chicken only comes as a side order. Despite me ordering this sub in the place a few times. Also despite the fact that subway are now advertising make subs 'your own way'

I love subway but this has to be the worst one I have ever been too! Unfortunately the staff don't understand what you want and the service is very slow. I have tried it 4 times now just incase it was a once off that the service was terrible. Some examples: I asked for a pizza slice sub, the man then started to make a subway sandwich with pepperoni I then had to stop him and show him the board with a photo of the pizza slice. I order the potato wedges slices (witch where very soggy) and I asked twice for a tub of South West sauce with them as a dip, I opened them at the till to see if he had placed the dip inside and nope, I then reminded him I need a tub of South West and he started to place the sauce all over the wedges. I also got given the wrong change and I didn't even bother saying as I knew it would take ages for the man at the till to figure out what I was saying and to figure out the correct change. This places needs serious help and some good staff in it are needed!!!!

Poor and slow service just now. Man at tills mask was below at his chin whole time. Took 20 mins to serve me and there was only 2 people in front of me buying 1 6 inch each. Very poor

Usually subway workers have always been fast when making sandwiches. But the supervisor serving me took forever to make a 6 inch Italian bmt. A massive line of people were forming behind me and people ended up giving up on the idea of getting one cause they saw how slow she was working. There were two people on but she had the other worker out back. I'd expect better from a superversior. And for her to at least know what goes into an Italian bmt. 🙄

I visit Mand S Sprucefield about once a year and make a point of visiting the main cafe. Every year I order an item of food which I'm Iinformed they don't have and the staff are usually surly to.the point of rudeness. Two young males didn't let me down this year. Oh and a wobbly table(uncleaned too) caused our coffees to spill. I give up and won't visit this cafe again.

Saintfield RoadI visit Dobbies on a regular basis& the garden center is amazing. But coffee /food getting worse than ever. Staff don't have any idea how to make a decent coffee, it is horrendous. Management need to invest in proper coffee training for the staff. I stopped ordering coffee completely and opted for tea. Also ordered some dinner for a child & chips must be cooked & reheated numerous times as tgey looked & tasted disgusting. It is getting very bad & puts me off ordering any food/drinks at all. Tyey need to invest in proper staff & training.
