Domino's Pizza in Craigavon

This is the most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced, the employee was extremely rude, and our pizza never arrived.

If I could give this place lower than a 1 I would have done .I got chicken wings and chicken kickers .chicken kickers half raw .bq chicken wings as dry as anything where the bq coating .won't be bk.

I just waited 40 minutes to get a vegetarian pizza delivered from dominos Portadown branch only for it to arrive with pepperoni on it!! When I phoned to complain I was told the only thing they could offer me was to wait 1 and a half hours for another one or get a store credit, when I pointed out it was there fault I was basically told tuff, I said I wanted a refund and he’d the cheek to say they will have to call to get it back for a full refund, seriously like I’m going to it it as it has meat on it, he was so cheeky I asked to speak to the manager only to be told he was the manager, what a bloody joke, I’ll definitely not be getting from them again, ever!!! I now have it sitting out on the door step to be collected if they don’t come I’ll bring it back tomorrow myself

Absolutely Disgraceful prices, £30 for two pizzas which are a bit of bread, tomato sauce and cheese. Two portions of Fries and a can ok coke. Waited an hour on what was supposed to be 20 minutes and food was cold. Domino's are ridiculously priced.

Excellent service and pizzas were lovely. Well worth a visit! Pleasant, friendly staff and the nicest pizzas ever. Great parking too.

Terrible quality and wrong service avoid it at all cost! My order was wrong and it was terrible taste, I order from a lot dominos no problem but this in Portadown is the worst of all.

Pre-orded a pizza and some wings for after work as I was on the late shift. Not only did they arrive 30mins late but when they did they were ice cold and hardly worth eating. Makes a mockery of ordering in advance and my late night treat was ruined with inedible food that went straight in the bin.

Service is quick and the staff are generally helpful... The food is typical Dominos quality but sometime too much oil is used and they can be soggy
