Jade Garden in Ballymoney

Hospitality is good but that is about it. Food is substandard and unfortunately has made me unwell. Would not recommend here for chinese cuisine. All in all I rate this place a zero star

Best Chinese in town because it was beautiful tonight, other times not bad,egg fried rice out of this world

This has to be one of the worst takeaways the chips have been refried about 5 times and the curry sauce is so salty we couldn't eat it the whole lot went straight in the bin.

Avoid - chips reheated and curry just tastes of salt. Poor customer service. Food went straight in the bin

The staff working on the front desk on the 8th april had absolutely shocking customer service skills, my partner had phoned to get a delivery and the attitude of one of the girls was absolutely disgusting she laughed down the phone and hung up on two occasions. When my partner had asked to speak to a manager she said no one here speaks English. When tried to call back phone kept going straight to voicemail. My partner went down to jade garden to try speak to a manager as it was out of order how he was spoke to. The girls at the desk tried to shove off what he was saying so the chefs wouldn’t hear unfortunately for her they heard everything and he spoke very fluent English. Used to go to this Chinese all the time definitely won’t be back the place has gone to the dogs, staff are shocking and need an attitude change.

Orderd Chicken and pineapple for delivery. When food came pineapple was off and tasted horrible. Phoned up and they offered to replace it. waited another hour and the food did not arrive. phoned to ask where it is and was told i had to collect it. I had 2 young children sleeping upstairs and could not leave the house so asked for a refund and was refused. Will be reporting to trading standards in the morning.

2 and a half hours we waited.. yes.. 150mins for 1 boiled rice..1 egg fried rice, 1 chips, and 2 sauces... It arrived..cold and soggy..and was still...wrong. Never...ever..again.. I've given Jade gardens So many chances.. they always let you down eventually. Just avoid this place.. especially if you have any food intolerance or allergies..they will add egg to your vegan order and always promise to fix it...next time.
