McDonald's (connswater) in Belfast

Ordered out of here last week and got given the wrong thing at the drive through, went back in after about 10 15 minutes when I realised that it was the wrong order and was refused a refund or even an order correction by the extremely ignorant and incompetent manager, went back just tonight and got handed the wrong order again through the window, luckily we caught that it was the wrong thing this time before driving off so they corrected it but the attitude of the staff is one of extremely poor customer service and that they couldn’t care, it’s as if whoever owns this specific one is never there and this is made painfully obvious by lack of respect given by staff

Ordering system is a piece of rubbish , you nearly have to put your finger threw the screen, Staff are still very unhelpful and have that couldn't be bothered look. The refit hasn't done it much good , it's worse than before, no space for waiting on your order to take away

apparently the store will be closed until end of June, no signs, no warning, no info on the website. I showed up with a number of other people to all be turned away. Builders advised they have been left to turn everyone away this morning as nobody was aware. shocking.

Don't go to this place they always leave out food on purpose and pretend they didn't know avoid at all cost or prepare to loose out in money and food then have staff make you out that your crazy when you go back. So either staff are taking money and pretending to take your order or the blind leads the blind in that place.

Food didn't arrive, spoke to the manager who sneered, was aggressive and incredibly rude, he didn't even realise food could be ordered via McDonald's app Avoid at all costs
