Disgusting. Chicken filet overcooked and overheated and rock hard dried beyond belief. Donor kebab meat tastes like dried wood shavings. The most awful meal of my family life , which we all binned.

Always good friendly staff , food quick ordering and kebabs great .been going there some time now and good family run business.

was in on Sunday past. Went in to get kebab meat on chips. Never seen so bad food hygiene practice's. Cutting cooked kebab meat and then placing it into an ole mayo bucket then sealing it with the lid and placing it under the Grill with no proper storage. That meat will fester with in that bucket. And for the cook dirty tea towel over shoulder rubbing his brow and then cleaning work surfaces with the tea towel. The salad counter was not clean ice berg lettuce was orange and dripping with water the onions looked like they were cut with a hatchet. Only that i had paid up front for my kebab i would of walked when i seen it prepared. The kebab itself was rotten very salty not something for Consumption. The kebab came out of a bann marie and then onto a griddle plate and chop up with two paint scrappers. Barge pole stay away not good .

ordered a delivery for my starving friend, she was very hungry and on the verge of passing out from hunger. Poyras stupidly gave my order to someone else after i waited for an hour and had to phone them to ask where my order was, only to discover that they had ridiculously gave my order to someone else and refused to replace my order as they were now closed!! absolutely terrible customer service. will not b eating again and do not reccomend!! like srsly ppl don’t waste ur money this restaurant is an ABSOLUTE calamity!!!!!!!

The place where I usually get a kebab in Dromore was closed so I went to Poyraz. It is down a small street across from the square,as I call it. I know the Turkish owner so we had a wee chat jn turkish. I ordered a doner kebab. The meat was reheated on the hot plate,a bit disappointing. The salad of onion and iceberg lettuce is very plain. Kebab sauce topped by a bit of hot chilli sauce gives it a kick. There was plenty of doner meat ant at just over four pounds is fair priced. I was hungry and eat it,without being wowed. Still the place is clean and friendly. They have been there a while and do a lot of deliveries., I will pop in again some time.
