The service was good, the food was lovely (my friend said it was the best burger he has had in ages), and the staff were very friendly.

On 4.02.2024 I ordered a dinner set. I indicated that I wanted it to be plaine. I waited 20 minutes for the order, during which time three attempts were made to execute the order. The first time our order was given to another person, then we got the wrong order twice. When I pointed out that I was ordering without any additions, I heard the answer to take it out.

The staff here are great. My son is vegetarian and fussy and they always go out of their way to help. Vegetarian breakfast is great value too. Also the bacon roll is very good value.

Love the coffee from here, always call before work, staff are so friendly and helpful - I always get served by Kasey, such a great member of staff

The potato lattices were like warm and not fully cooked. I had crispy chicken burger which was eatable my wife had the same... We had cappacino that was about the best outta the whole order... They should stick to coffees.. Food ain't there thing

Bought donuts today, at the shocking price of nearly £12.00 for six. Had they been fresh the still would have tasted terrible. This the second time I’ve been to the cookstown franchise and have to say both have been terrible experiences. The first time the food was all cold and they had messed up the entire order. Never again….

Restaurant was clean and tidy staff were pleasant, however their is something badly wrong with how this establishment is run. They seem unable to get an order correct. Even the most simple of orders, I've called in about ten times in the past year and half, every single time the order was wrong. Seriously staff, get a grip, read your customers order and put it on the tray, it's not hard. I've give this place every chance, but I won't be back, it's the staff continually getting every order wrong that's the problem.

It was poor! The ingredients they have are of good quality,how they put it together is shocking though. The chicken burger was over cooked and Luke warm. The lattice fries were not fresh and Luke warm also. The staff where courteous and polite!

ENECETERRIBLE in every sense of the word! THEY STILL WONT ACCEPT CASH!!! The lady in the car behind us came up to the window to see what the delay was. She agreed to use HER debit card to pay for MY order and I handed her cash and then when my order arrived it tasted like yesterdays warmed up garbage! Stay FAR FAR AWAY! Unless you actually LIKE eating garbage that tastes like it was warmed up leftovers from yesterday!

Unsure what the other reviews are talking about, doesn't match my experience at all. Went in for lunch after a long shift and found the staff polite and the food was quick and lovely. Rita, Dal & Taz are a dream team who went the extra mile

Rubbish. Don’t take cash!! Over priced. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Tim Hortons to anyone. Save your money and get proper food.

Waited over an hour for hot food, we got told to park around the corner, they forgot out order from the drivethru. 90mins later we recieved what can only be described as yesterdays leftovers, complained and asked for a refund, they apparently dont do a refund on anything.

Complete garbage, Don't take cash. food terrible, stale and over priced. Should of went to McDonald's. Forgot our dips even though we were the only car there.

Went today at 1pm, it was dead. The food was freezing and we ordered hot food. Tasted like it was warmed like a week prior and left sitting it was so stale. My daughter wanted a hot dog - it cost a fiver and genuinely tasted like the ones you buy in a jar for a £1.. the fact that it was so dead its like everyone knows to avoid it. The staff are actually so rude it's like they hire the stupidest people. I don't usually leave reviews but please avoid this place all together. I returned and asked for a refund and they looked so blank as if I was speaking another language and then they refused.. disgusting

so me and my wife pulled into the carpark on a saturday morning, to have noticed what appeared to be 6 members of staff standing at the back door smoking, which is extremely unprofessional, the food was absolutely terrible, it was almost as if it had been kept warm for the last 3 days waiting for someone to buy it, the donuts were terrible and sloppy looking and not to mention stale. the staff clearly don't care that everything about this store is terrible. the staff were so rude and standing on their phones, they were not helpful whatsover whenever i asked them a simply question about their productss. i can see why nobody goes here, it should just close.

I ordered a ham and cheese melt with coke, they didn't have ham and didn't have coke, gave me a cheese sandwich, I asked for my money back that the girl looked at me like she didn't know what money was. I don't live in the town but this was Saturday tea time and we were the only people in the place so I suspect the locals know to avoid this place. I suspect this place will be gone next time I drive past Worst tim hortons ever??????! I am still hungry but will sti at a garage for a sandwich
