recent visit to this establishment, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. service was poor. in fact to the point of rudeness, woman behind counter rejected the qr code I presented in such a condescending manner, she even asked had someone sent it to me, with the suggestion I had somehow hacked it stolen it I embarrassed, in front of my friends by this action, paid for all our orders. this was not an insubstantial sum for what turned out to be colder than expected beverages, and dry cake, we questioned the cleanliness of the cups presented s the outside appeared smeared. This has been a singular disappointing experience, other franchises in this chain having been delightful, but we shall never use this particular outlet again and I strongly advise other patrons to think twice.

I have visited here several times as it’s the closest place to get coffee in the centre of armagh, the coffee is pretty good but that’s where it ends !! The place is always upside down litter and spilt food on the floor empty tables not cleaned or cleared!! I was here today and 2 staff one the young male standing behind the counter on his phone and the place upside down , Is there no manager? has the Nero franchise company no input or do they carry out visits? it certainly reflects bad on them as a brand to allow a franchise to operate in this manner, I’m sure there is also a food health and safety issue here if the front of house is anything to go by ! Anyway won’t be back if you had clean clothes on don’t sit in this restaurant. Will be interested to see what if there actually is a managers response??

Armagh has not much going for it. Caffee Nero is a is open a wee bit later. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate is good if more expensive but it opens later and is dog friendly. And a seat to rest is nice. So recommended.
