The £26 bucket meal was awful to the point of being almost inedible. I stripped the bones and gave the chicken to our dogs. Next day one dog was so constipated a trip to the vet was necessary. Was this because of the KFC? Only The Colonel can answer that question. Having complained to KFC I was offered a £10 voucher !!! Never again. I hope my dog's ring piece recovers.

It tastes soo good and the warps and popcorn chicken omg soo good

An impromptu visit and everything as expected, but, on this occasion, the 2 servers were both incredibly helpful and interested in engaging in conversation. I left with a big smile and feeling in a good mood. I'm sure, as a result, the food tasted better!

Salty as all get out, ordered a 12 piece boneless feast thing, no sauces provided and salty as all hell. The staff were polite.

First timebin a long time food was hot. Some positive changes. Keep it up.

Was in Armagh KFC tonight with my daughter and my two special needs grandsons and the abuse we got from the manager who I have since found out is named Paul was absolutely horrendous, we ordered our meal and sat down at a table and this man came flying out from the kitchen screaming at us that we could not sit in as they wanted the place cleared and cleaned for 9pm ,when I questioned what time it was he said 8.35pm and that it had been his policy for the 5 years he had been there to not let anyone be on premises after 8.30pm ,he absolutely terrified my two autistic grandsons plus there were two other girls sitting at a table beside us who were also upset ,when I question was this his own rules or company policy he just kept shouting at us to get out so we had to take our food of the plates try and get it all back into the bags and take it outside in the cold ,when I gathered my wits I went back inside to request his name and position he aggressively told me me he didn't have to tell me and stormed of into the kitchen again ,this man needs to be made accountable for his actions ,he was in that bad of a temper his face was purple and spit was flying from his mouth ,what was meant to be an enjoyable experience for my two grandson turned out a terrifying experience and we have been left trying to calm them down

Went for a fun Father’s Day meal with the family. As a kfc lover you’re expecting decent quality chicken and for the food to be hot. Unfortunately all of our meals came out practically ice cold. I wasn’t that surprised as they came out 30 seconds after ordering so clearly the food had been sitting out for a while. When ordering our meal I took great care in making sure everything was correct. When the meals came there was a portion of chips missing. When I went up to ask for the chips I was quickly challenged by the staff. In fact, I’ve never been spoken to this badly before. Even over heard a staff member saying “f£&@ sake just give him it” Needless to say we were very disappointed by this visit and will more than likely not be back anytime soon.

Went with friends the girl at the till didn't have time to check your order, food wasn't great,

I knew standards, portion sizes and service has slipped drastically at local KFC branches. But I took a chance as every now and then you get a decent meal. Went to counter where a boy, possibly from Sudan had little grasp of English yet was trying to take orders. I asked for the Colonel 3 piece meal. He asked what side I wanted. Now I know it only comes with chips but I was assured I could have another to which I ordered sweet corn on cob. He then asked for £7.99 but the menu clearly said £7.49. I just could not get through to him and pointed it out on screen. A local girl worker came along and sorted it out but gave no explanation other than he is new. Then they lost the meal. And had to redo it. Then they had no breasts so I settled for two thighs and a fillet. I Some ten minutes later I got the meal with a large cherry Pepsi. The Pepsi overflowed and wet all round it. I only ordered a regular. The three pieces of chicken would not amount to one piece size wise. For 50 pence extra I could have had a decent Chinese meal. What a rip off it has become. Extortionate really. The chicken was nice and crispy and not greasy. But everything else was a let down.

PAUL SO MEAN. we went ti get 3 crushemes!! and asked to pay separately. they told us “no” I was confronted at the window by a woman who was very mean, then she called for 2 overally large men who approached us and SLAPPED the car window and spat out the window at us. The hygiene policy should really be reviewed as he then dipped his finger into our order and said “this is my crusheme now” and SLURRPED it in our faces, then continued to choke on it. they then said they were ringing police and the tow company! i am in tears. We then got told we are barred from kfc and wouldn’t serve us.

Came here for a treat with friends. Was appalled with the service . I was greeted by an English lady who was rude, then Paul was called in for backup he came out with a mouth full of food and greasy fingers. Starts spitting his food at the window and banging my car to move on as I was not to be served after asking for the manger. He then began eating my order with his greasy fingers laughing at us. Honestly I felt a bit sick seeing the lack of personal Hygiene from the staff that were to prepare my food. This place needs investigated it’s disgusting.

Not the best KFC for food but not the worst either. Food did not seem freshly cooked any the fries tasted as if the oil was stale.

Everytime I go to it through the drive threw there is ALWAYS something missing. Some of the staff are great

I am aware KFC in general all over Northern Ireland has let portion sizes and quality slip. And it is hit and miss. But this time for sit in on Sunday night at 7.45(they close sit in at 8pm) it was quick and the food was dry and crispy and tasty. I had a mighty bucket for one at the app special price of £5.99. Although my two pieces were drum sticks instead of breast and thigh But it was OK and my cat loves the bones. Will go back sometime.

4/2/2023 and nothing has changed we went to the drive through and it was a challenge even trying to place the order and when we got home no surprise to find it was wrong, the chicken was swimming in grease the fries were cold and some of the order was missing. The manager of this KFC needs sacked as another review says "its the worst KFC they have ever been to" and I agree please take my advise avoid this place it sucks.

They must be making 4 chicken burgers out of each fillet, the bin was over flowing and there was questionable bits in the wings, very pink and squidgy doubtful if it was fully cooked

The staff was very rude and unpleasant not friendly at all not even the manager wanted to help me order food as the machines weren’t work when you ask to order food they give up attitude they couldn’t even take my cash and card machines didn’t work they where very unhappy with there life clearly as they won’t happy at all to see any customers also yesterday I ordered from them of Uber eats and waited to hours for my food but it didn’t come so I called them up and said they didn’t get my order but my money was took of my account after waiting two hours I just cancelled my order in my opinion the kfc in Armagh should be closed or all new staff hired as it is not a nice experience to even go near the place

Standard KFC. Food was prepared quickly. Tried to use table service, but this was ignored and we were called for collection. One of the members of staff was very helpful though, getting the stuff that was not originally supplied (missing drink and milk for tea). The car park is free. There is a drive thru, and toilets on site. There was a group of youths congregated outside that kept coming in to use the toilets ahead of the customers.

Service was great by Shania, made sure everything was ok and was catered to. Got a family bargain bucket and the chicken and more so the batter was done to perfection.

Hard to hear the guy on the drive through. Food seemed decent enough thou.

Got my food alright. popcorn chicken had mold on it, service terrible, very unclean and i’ve been a regular customer for a while now very disappointed but i’d think twice coming here for food

2nd time i have visited armagh KFC in the last 2 months and disappointed on both occasions. Food order wrong 2day, missing items, chicken burnt and cold and no sides given. The place is dirty, really run down, understaffed and needs sorted ASAP.

Ordered two Boneless Banquets. Staff member not rude, but certainly unsmiling and unwelcoming. Food arrived fairly quickly. Everything cold apart from my baked beans and my wife's gravy. Cutlery had to be requested, even though we had ordered Spicy Bites which you need cutlery to eat. (They were cold too). Horrible meal. And the air-conditioning was turned up to the max! On wuiteca chilly day! It was icy in there! No wonder the food was cold! Only our second visit to a KFC in Northern Ireland - the last one (Lisburn) was a disaster too. We won't be returning to Arnagh anytime soon

For about six weeks they didn’t have enough chicken…. Twice I queued up only to be told they weren’t selling the boneless feast meals because there wasn’t enough chicken…. When I even asked for five boneless meals for our family of five I was told I could only order two…. Absolutely crazy and embarrassing for KFC…..

3 times we have visited to get the triple Xmas bucket and again no chicken but they could do it with hot wings lol 😂 really again at tea time this KFC ARMAGH is getting so run down bins overflowing and run by kids not that it’s there fault, fault of owner so disappointing again zero rating where is the area manager

Stopped off on Saturday past for some food with 3 family members, we ordered 3 boneless meals with a side of Gravy, A Trilogy meal and 2 portions of spicy wings. Whilst ordering food we noticed that the "Kids" running the store where having a great time singing songs and discussing tracks from "The Greatest Showman" in the cooking area, and the young lady taking the orders was soo shy and timid as if she was embarrassed. Anyway our food arrived 20 mins later missing the fries from the boneless meals and the 2 extra portions of wings, when I informed the young lady taking the orders she told me that we had "swaped" the fries for gravy??? (its a meal ie Fries, Chicken, & Drink with additional Gravy) so I then had to pay for the fries as an extra and wait another 10 mins on them to cook the fries and chicken wings. The lady serving front of house is very very shy and made me feel awkward trying to rectify my order, I don't know who runs this particular store but improvements needed.

Only Pepsi available now is chemical sweetened Pepsi , I understand the need to try and be healthy, but you don't go to a fast food restaurant to get a healthy meal and I certainly don't want chemically sweetened drinks. Plus the fillets in the chicken burgers are not much bigger than a mini fillet. Really gone downhill imo

Needed something so I popped in. I have the KFC app on my phone and they are very generous with meal offers and freebies. If I only use it a couple of times I get something.

Food is passable but the restaurant itself is definitely not sanitary. The fact that your feet stick to the floor and the table legs are encrusted in grease does not inspire confidence. We didn't dare try the toilets.

Absolutely horrendous service from start to finish, dirty filthy horrible restaurant, customer service non existent, order wrong 3 times, couldn’t get anyone to clean a table for us, had to go sit in the car, very very greasy for a kfc, worst I’ve ever been in, will never be back and will be taking this further, environmental health need called to this dive!!!!!!

As with all my local KFC's, standard seems to be continually improving with the best chips/fries currently from a global chain. Keep up the good work!

I have rated terrible as the experience was terrible. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all but we waited quite a while for food. When it was ready we didn’t get any straws for the drinks and as I had ordered two mini chicken meals for the children i only received one meal. Long story short I politely asked for the other meal to be told no it had been given. I asked Nicola to come down to the table to look. She refused. I waited a few minutes and I requested the food again. Finally I received the other mini fillet to basically be told I had revived it originally. Very very poor customer service. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!

Quick service, friendly service, great food. We came by the drive in and got some nice food, would recommend.

The restaurant is on the main street , with a handy roadside sign that is bigger than most of the surrounding buildings. The carpark was clan but also suspiciously empty, as well as the restaurant inside , this should have been a sign of things to come. However unperturbed in my quest for food we carried on regardless. We ordered two meals and were instructed to only use one half of the restaurant as the other half was closed ( I assume for cleaning) , bear in mind thought the restaurant was empty & it was only about 6.60pm , not like they were getting ready to close. The chips were cold and the Zinger Burger just did not taste up to the usual standard .... however both drinks were flat .... we took the drink back 3 times to get a replacement and to explain why, and the girl couldn’t get her head around the fact that we weren’t accepting a flat carbonated drink, we were made to feel that we were being awkward, in the end I insisted on a refund for the drinks as they obviously were unable to figure out that the machine needed the gas canister changing. Although the manager was there as the girl kept going back to ask her what to do, she refused to come out and deal with the situation herself. Poor staff , poor food …. Didn’t return for the duration of the holiday.

Fast food not at it's best. Rather grubby, indifferent staff, wished I hadn't bothered going in. Very quiet and dirty tables, a member of staff eventually came round to wipe the tables but did not bother to sweep up all the food on floor. Poor.

Great food to be had here, although portions seem to be getting smaller. Great coffee as well, but sadly machine not working on my last two visits. Most staff very friendly.

Sólo había otros dos en el tiempo, así que sin prisas fuera de sus pies. Cuando ella estaba lista para tomar la orden, ella miraron, desde dos cajas abajo, (debemos haber elegido mal hasta sin decir nada), pero nos dio el aspecto como si ella no podía ser molestado. Snack bar caja sólo medio lleno de patatas fritas, con cuatro piezas de pollo con palomitas de maíz. No hay necesidad de decir, sería nuestra última visita a KFC en Armagh. No es la primera vez, hemos tenido un mal servicio en allí, pero no será la última.

I visited for first time KFC in Armagh and I will never come back. The chicken was not enough hot and taste like rubber. Staff is very rude and inexperienced. This is the worst KFC ever I've been!!!

As a treat for my grandchildren I decided to visit KFC's drive thru and this was a nightmare, the young man couldn't understand the order so had to go to the window, granddaughter give him the order and he finished up omitting a drink and giving one granddaughter the wrong snack box she asked could she get another and we where told we would have to drive around again which I was surprised as the food is already cooked, at this stage we give up. The grandchildren enjoyed the food and said it was tasty and also their drinks, it was a pity about the order.

Okay! KFC in Armagh is quite nice not that I like KFC food I just go for the milkshake but anyways it's always quite and your never waiting to long on food, the staff are friendly and very well mannered it's a pleasure to speak to them none of them seem "miserable" isn't workplace and there's always a joyful face in the place.

Now and again I go here for the drive thru and I get the boneless dips meal. The food is served super fast and is always cooked perfectly. Would recommend this place to anyone

Stopped here in Armagh for lunch. The food here was very filling, the chicken was juicy and full of taste. Main floors of KFC were clean although the toilets could be cleaner. Overall all good, would return again.

Got stuck as it was late on our return but needed a bite. Not as good as KFC in US but when you're hungry. They did have free wifi but we were promptly told to leave after we ordered as they were doing take out only and didn't want us to dirty up the place.

We went to this restaurant a week ago and had some fantastic southern fried chicken. The staff were very friendly and were very willing to help with what we required. I will be returning again.

Stopped here today, the food was good and had great tastes but the staff seemed to look flabbergasted. The staff also didn't seem interested in the service they were there to provide the customer. This KFC location was still very clean and tidy.

This remains one of the best KFC's in Northern Ireland. Today's experience of good quality food and clean environment slightly marred by depressed looking staff who were otherwise cooly efficient. Good catering staff can be hard to find but its a combination of training and feeling rewarded (not necessarily financially) that produces the best customer service. ALL KFC'S need to remember this.

Staff are truly awful, I made a complaint to manager regarding this and her attitude was equally as bad when it comes to their customers. At the drive through, I've had the bag of food thrown basically thrown into the car at me. They charge you for large portions, but hand you a regular side portion. Even when you're placing your order, you clearly stipulate that you DON'T want anything else yet they still insist on asking if you want hot wings or a gravy or a drink. I could go on all day, KFC Armagh is truly awful because of the staff!

Been a few times. KFC is KFC. This one doesn't stand out.I think it does a steady trade from nearby college and bus station. Hard to gloss up KFC food.

This kfc could be one of the best. The food is good. The cleanliness is grand but the toilets could be cleaner. Chips could be better tasting. Only major complaint is I went large but was just gave medium coke and fries

I have judged this branch within the class of KFC's and given it a deserved five star rating. Fast friendly and efficient service. Spartan but clean and spacious seating area. Special mention for Denice and her team who all appeared professional. Food freshly cooked and faultless. The other KFC's in Northern Ireland would do well to emulate the Armagh outlet.

Terrible attitude from staff! Tables dirty little cleaning in process! Starve babies!!! Disgusting for a so called family restaurant!! Walked out before we even ordered!

This place ranks as one of the poorest places to eat in Armagh. Tables cleanliness seems to be the last thing on the mind of the staff, I think what keeps this place going is school kids. If staff looked interested and looked after the place better then this could be a winner. Each time I visit here in a hurry I am reminded why I thought I will not be back last time.

today /4.01.2014/ i had dinner in KFC Armagh and staff was rude and dishonest and incorrect,tables were dirty and cleaned. I think that will not visit this place .

Have tried this place a few times as a "no one can be bothered to cook" evening. Every time the food disappoints. Wont be back.

Usual fast food place not much to get excited about food typical KFC staff bored and tired teenagers

Typical food you'd expect from a KFC although sometimes the chicken can be undercooked and some of the staff are quite rude on occasion.

As most of the "fast" food places in Northern Ireland, this KFC isn't so fast either. Especially if you are in any of the busy hours, it may really take your hours!!!

I had come here to do some work with a group of kids I had. We had got sat down and I was checking out what they wanted to eat. I asked one of the staff if she could clear the table and wipe it down as it was covered in last diners stuff. She was very curt and sharp in her reply so we decided to go elsewhere and ended up at the local hotel.

The chicken pieces were dry, tasteless and barely warm. French fries were fine. Overall, very poor value and ambience was dreary as opposed to cheery. Definitely won't be back.

I have given up going here, even though I would hot have frequented it very often. The last 3 times I have been they had no chicken wings, which was the reason I went in the first place.

the food in this kfc compared to the one in portadown is unbelievable its fresh an crispy and everything you expect a kfc to be.

The food here is no better or no worse than any other KFC. What does set it apart is the staff attitude and inability to count. As I am quite partial to fried chicken, I find myself going back here even though they have never once, literally not nce, got my take away order corect even though the highest number they would have had to count to is 8, as in 8 pieces of chicken. Seems simple right? Apparently not. COUNT OUT YOUR ODER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE TAKE-AWAY WINDOW!!!!!Last weekend, 25th August, I had a pitched battle with an obnoxious young female who was not only not apologetic for getting my order wrong, but was downright nasty and who refused to put the matter right as it was all my fault for changing one item on my order, a calculation that rendered her completely devoid of manners and thought for the customer. I knew there was going to be a problem when I heard her greeting over the intercom-I don't know what they train these people to say but, I'll wager that "Gwon ahead thur?!?" isn't it. At no point was there a please or thank you during our transaction and I have made the assumption that the obnoxious server must be re;ated at the franchisee as surely her attitude couldn't be that of somebody who really cared about their job. I have made a number of phone calls to the place over the years to complain about their orders being wrong and have never once had a satisfactory result. The best they can offer is that I go back, at cost to myself, to collect the restof my order, return home and eat cold chicken. Hardly an equitable result to my mind. I have resolved to never, ever darken their doors again and I strongly recommend that, unless you are eating in, don't bother as the stress and bad manners mean that you will not enjoy your meal. Shame on KFC and this particular franchisee as they simply don't live up to the expected standard. Not good enough in this dy and age.

Play-park outside for the five year old. Quick service and everything we needed on the tray. The kids loved it so much we visited it twice.
