Domino's Pizza in Armagh

Bathroom dirty, was parched and tried to buy a bottle of water, guess what? Card machine was broken. Bathroom dirty, lock was jammed, almost got stuck in the bathroom. AVOID!!!

After 5 minutes someone made it to the counter..asked if I was ordering I said yes ...he shouted another person so waited some more, she came over they spoke in their own language between themselves and someone at the back of the shop, she then asked didni want to order again said . Yes ...she then messed about with papers and was looking at the counter so when my grandson finished in the toilet I left....with no food ..won't be back

Pizza came half cooked hardly any toppings

I don't know this place is good when you first eat there but all the rest boring the food is soo boring I can it it but you get bored of it very fast and 30 minutes time for every costumers Every if your the only one in the place

When food finally arrived was cold with items missing, called and was informed missing items would be resent, never arrived and refused to answer phone

Ordered mega fries. The service was extremely slow. The chips were hard (not cooked thru) & barely warm. Very little cheese. Also disappointed in the portion size for £5.99. The portion was not piled high as in the ad. In fact it wasn't piled at all but flat on the bottom of the box. I know I'll never order it again - waste of time and money. In my eyes it was daylight robbery.

Just dropped in on my way past for two garlic bread. Uncooked and totally disgusting. I immediately ran where I was cut of 5 times then put on to a manager who could not understand me for some reason. Not resolved as I was cut of again.

This pizza took 4.5 hours to arrive and it was all raw my bowels erupted and had to buy a new toilet that broke straight away thanks to another pizza would recommend Pizza Hut and 5 guys to be a better option bye guys slay

Why did I get the wrong order and why did yous say I don't care when I was asking why I didn't get the right order and yous have cheeky drivers too

I ordered a pizza from dominoes Armagh last night and when I went in to collect my pizza it was like a stampede, there was no queue and no one could get to the desk to collect there order there needs to be some kind of formation especially for a Saturday night when it is hectic. When we finally got to the desk 20 minutes later the woman at the desk was extremely ignorant we told her our order name and she shouted “Finally”. Then I asked for three tins of Fanta so which I was told you’re going to have to come back and order it which I thought was outrageous as there was no way or ordering with the stampede. Not to mention the food was cold and the garlic bread pizza had tomato base on it ? I understand it can be busy at times but there is no need to be rude and if you can’t control your emotions you should not be working in a customer service job . I got a voucher to make up for this and it doesn’t even work. I rang to use the voucher and they told me It can't be redeemed over the phone so I tried on the app and it didn't work. I rang them again and I was told I can't use the voucher, I then asked to speak to the manager he said his name is victor. I am absolutely appalled by the way I was spoken to it's a shame that I have to email again. He said I need to come in and try to redeem it I said I can't that's why I'm ordering over the phone he then started to raise his voice at me saying that I have to come in which I said I don’t know what the difference is with coming in and ordering over the phone as it’s the same voucher code. He then started to shout at me over the phone which all I heard was laughing in the background whilst he was screaming down the phone. You seriously need to consider who you hire and who you promote to manager.

It's not often that I order pizza by phone BUT tonight i did . The young gentleman answering the phone needs a coarse on how to answer the phone . I didnt get a HELLO , But more to the point I didnt get a Thank you either . It doesn't take much to say think you for your order , instead of getting the phone slammed down... 😡

I have just received my order from dominos and not only were they cheeky to to me they got my order wrong they put bacon and cheese in the dough balls as I am a vegetarian it has upset me and I went on the phone to the staff about it and they jus laughed at me and my pizza was also cold do not recommend ordering from dominos armagh

Pizza, chicken strips only half cooked

They don't listen. They mumble. They take ages. And to add to this, their indoor dining area is shut. Staff argue about who is on counter duty. This is textbook bad service. And the staff appear to be in a continuous state of looking dazed. Extremely disappointed.

Great for personal pizza! Under £3 and you wont go hungry!

Ordered £75 worth is pizza = 2 large and 1 small , wedges and garlic pizza bread … No discount because we had a gift voucher … pizza arrived and mediocre amount of meat on them pizzas … absolutely ridiculous … and they wonder why people are going elsewhere , manager informed me that only one piece of meat per slice so one meatball per slice one bit of bacon per slice …, £20 a pizza for a 1 piece meat ratio …. Will not be ordering again ….

15 minutes on hold after speaking to a member of staff about a pizza/wrap sent wrong. Only to call back and get no answer. Not gd enough service from this company.

Ordered Pizza At 5:55pm for Collection at 6:30pm and eventually got it at 6:56pm

Food is good but aggravated with how often mistakes are made when getting our food delivered. This might sound silly but every time I order cinni dippers there’s never icing with it and my boyfriend often orders the franks red hot wings and there have been several occasions where no sauce came with it and when sauce does come with it it’s almost always expired.

This used to be a great Dominos, but has gone downhill. Last 2 orders have been completely wrong. Last time i rang up to complain, they wants photo evidence, and then they would remake the pizza, and collect the old one, leaving 2 of us starving while the rest of the family ate theirs. Tonight, the same thing again, only i couldn't be bothered to ring and complain. Won't be back!!!!

ordered pizza and few sides and a drink after working 12hr shift ordered at 11pm pizza arrived at 1.10am stone cold and uneatable so went straight into the bin, complained they gave me a £7 voucher wont be back

Using the app it said my order was ready to collect, when I arrived they told me they couldn't find my order so I had to wait over half an hour before they located it. Got the festive special but it was missing half the stuff and one of the wrapz was wrong. After complaining about it they said that they couldn't do anything if I didn't ring the store myself. I had already wasted enough time in store I wasn't going to waste anymore on phoning them. Will be avoiding in the future.

Review based only on Domino’s Gluten Free Pizza. Because everything was closed, me and my wife ended up having our date night at Domino’s in an attempt to save the night. She only eats GF given to health issues and the store had a gluten free crust. However, the pizza lacked tastiness and it was super dry. Felt disappointed because we ate Domino’s GF in the US and it was better than this.

Mostly overpriced, it's best to only eat when there are good deals like 2 for 1 Tuesday

This was a deal for a Large Pizza for £12. I usually order Vegi Supreme but today I fancied something different, so I ordered a half & half. It was more 3/4 & 1/4 , but it was delicious and hot and that's the main thing. 👍🏼

Disgusting. Went to eat inside and the place was a mess. Litter all over the place and all the tables were dirty. I’ve never seen anything like it. The staff should be ashamed. The pizzas took over 20 minutes because they’d been sat there for a while and the staff didn’t let us know they were ready. The meat didn’t seem cooked properly. My dad woke up the next day feeing ill.

Would give no Stars if I could it took over 50 minutes to arrive, I only live 2 minutes drive away from dominos. I phoned to say it was cold and I want my money back that guy of the phone said no and hung up the phone. I won't order from here again.

Will be using more regularly after apache pizza where not only rude to me but also didn't deliver my food a week before hand. Dominoes armagh have used for over two years never had a problem. Management are very professional and take pride in their work. Rang to change an order where so helpful. First class guys

I used them every weekend for the past few years as a family night. This past few weeks has been awful. Last week and this week they havent answered the phone I trying for 45 min maybe they just don't need customer's

Pure rubbish home delivery, forgot four drinks, Dessert wasn’t complete missing cinnamon & dip, pizza wasn’t cut but hacked!! Phoned in……..’we are busy’ Must be embarrassing to work or own!!

Of the 4 pizza places I can think of in Armagh, this ranks dead last. I don't know if this applies to all dominos or just this one, but the pizzas are half cooked at best. Still half doughy in the middle with nearly melted cheese. You'll not find a toasted spot on your cheese here. They also seem to believe a large stuffed crust only needs the same cooking as a standard medium, and on that occasion I finished the job for them. A liability of a store for such a big chain in my opinion. And how in the name of god do peppers and red onions still be crunchy? Was going to give it 2 stars because I like the cookies, but it doesnt save it enough.

I cancelled my order twice because the pizza was terrible and chicken nuggets also. very unprofessional staff run this place and this is the result a lot of unhappy customers there is no Domino's standard in Armagh store. I'm not recommended Domino's Armagh.

Ordered food online for home delivery on Sunday 3rd January 2021 when food arrived I put a bit of their poppin chicken in my mouth only to find it was raw upon further inspection alot of other bits were the same, when I phoned the store I informed them and asked for a new batch to be delivered only to be told no but I could have a voucher.. they just didnt care or see how serious this was.

Waited 45 minutes at a shop where I was collecting from the delivery driver. When I rang dominos to complaint, they told me they tried to ring us (never got a missed call), the driver was there 10 minutes ago (no dominos vehicle was visible !!!) and they cancelled our order no apology. Regular customer but over priced anyway so won’t be going back.

Initial service poor but improved with apologies and free drink. But pizza over priced no flavour from meat chosen and covered in a greasy sauce. Only good thing was the stuffed crust pizza.

Great service and food is amazing Natalia the lovely girl took care of my order. She made my day with her great customer service definitely will be back soon.

It is a piece of dough with your choice of toppings. Over priced yet surprisingly popular and unlikely to be less so because of my opinion.

You don't have to wait long for it to be done. You can get it at the place or get it arrived to Ur house. It's no cheap and it's not too dear

Just phoned to ask about delivery to markethill, yes I know it has snowed, and the main roads are now clear, when I pointed this fact out to the young girl who answered the phone she "stated and I quote, "if your going to give me that attitude don't phone back" I politely told her, I wasn't giving attitude, I was stating a fact, I just hung up as I wasn't going to argue with an youngster
