2cans missing from order 1 coke 1 lemon Fanta

order was over an hour late. delivery was attempted exactly 2 hours after the order was placed but we refused it at point of delivery and the delivery driver took it back. so we didn't receive the order at all. we paid over £30 for the order and I have just received a message to say that they will refund £7. at time of order the delivery time was 35-40 mins. over 300 attempts to call the restaurant which was engaged the whole time.

After waiting two and a half hours for home delivery food was disappointing and just warm ..chicken on pizza was a battered chicken sliced ..not good

I ordered at 16.30 and was sent a message to say my order was ready at 17.45 as arranged. When I went in at 17.45 to collect my order it was not ready, I was told it would be in 10 minutes. People where coming in and ordering and leaving before me, I asked after 30 minutes if

paid for two ice-cream a never received them . I requested refund and was not given one. Not good for service especially when your a regular customer

Cafollas are amazing, staff great, brilliant food and always friendly greet. 10/10 from us. Thanks for being a great for ABL.

Fish was dry, didn't get the coleslaw I ordered and the sugar doughnut was instead a stale glazed. Wont be ordering from here ever again!

firstly the food arrived late. the food was cold. the order was wrong. I had asked for the burger to be plain but they decided to prepare everything plain. there was no sauce or dressing on my chicken supper. this used to be a great place for food with fast delivery and accuracy with orders. this is the third time I've received this rubbish service and I won't be back. absolutely terrible which is a shame due to the lack of businesses on just eat in armagh.

Tried ringing from 2 kins after delivery, hotdog missing.. no mayo on double burger which was paid x2, no extra gravy on chip like asked n paid also fanta orange missing from boneless meal deal.

Ordered slice chicken supper with sauce got no sauce and food cold!

This is the second time in a week I have had my just eat order cancelled. Should not be advertising or affiliated with just eat if they can’t fulfil their obligations. If they are closed or not taking any more orders, tell just eat!

Delivery time kept changing through out, waiting over an hour and 30 mins from time of order, finally decided to ring as I noticed the order had been marked as delivered when in fact it hadn’t, rang and queried this to be told it was going to be another 15 mins, wouldn’t be in a rush to use again

My order has still not arrived!!! I placed my order at 4.14, it is now 5.35!! And i am still waiting. No doubt the food will be cold or wrong when it arrives as it always is! Always having problems with this place. Disgrace.

It went in the bin.. genuinely the worst pizza I have ever had. I can’t even describe the base, it was like something you make as a child in school. Beef burger was frozen, unseasoned, dry.. really bad. Waste of £25!

Absolute disgrace. Ordered delivery online and received confirmation. An hour and half later i phoned to see why it was 25 minutes late only to be told sorry the computer didn't print out your order. Joke of a system. Worse I was told its been happening alot as an excuse. Luckily Armagh isnt short of chips shops.

my food never showed up!! ordered at 5. got an alert to say the food had left at 535. waited to 620 still no food. tried phoning and no answer. got through at 640 and was told the food had just left, I told them I didn't want it and to reject the order. I got informed it was now with the driver and they couldn't reach him and i had to tell him to take the food back. an hour later still no food or driver. service here had been getting worse over-the last few weeks. definitely not impressed

Rang the restaurant they said they burnt the pizza in the order and had to remake it, this left the other food cold

Food was a bit late, but was good nonetheless, only gave one drinks can when they specified that there were to be 2. Missing drinks is a common issue with Cafollas.

No vanilla for milkshakes wanted only strawberry. No super sauce on battered sausage supper. Annoyed I cldnt have what I actually ordered. All other foods perfect.

Ordered 3 chicken burgers with trimmings the trimmings were lying at the bottom of the bag like roadkill. Food was freezing. Cowboy supper was mush. Ordered from here for years . Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this past while . The food was handed to me at the front door like it was a bag of shopping. Really sorry to say I won’t order again. Gutted

Delivery time needs a lot of work. A busy Chinese in town can be at your door in 45 mins but it takes 1hr 40 mins for you. Also missing items on order, not for the first time either. Have stopped going to other places because of this same problem, get home to find some items missing and no point in going back again.

Waited from 7:30pm until 9.40 pm for food to arrive. When the food got here, it all tasted terrible and was cold. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with here. Waiting 2 hours for food is not acceptable. Would not recommend.

Ordered a battered sausage supper with cheese and super sauce, didn’t get the super sauce, also in the same order was a double decker cheese burger, what was sent was a plain chicken burger… only thing that was actually correct was the scotch egg

Wasted £33 very disappointed and cud not get through on fone muliple times ringing approx 24 times m, fone was off the hook so couldn't get help. Not good service or helpful

The chicken in the chicken burger was pink in one part, it could have been more but I didn't realise until I was almost finished it but besides that the rest was good

Delivery time over an hour. Food wasn't warm when it did arrive. No gravy on the sliced chicken supper which I had ordered. Disappointing.

The chips are delicious and the family bucket is a great price to feed a family of four.

This takeaway has an extensive menu that has something for everyone. The Southern Fried Chicken is crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, as it should be. The sliced chicken supoer supper with sauce is also delicious. The items on the menu are priced at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend this outlet without hesitation. If you are in Armagh and fancy a reasonably priced tasty meal, this is the place for you.

I've only eaten it a handful of times now. When it's busy and you enter it's hard to know if there is a queue, staff don't acknowledge your presence until it suits them but try not to stress you will get your order taken eventually. In saying that it's the best chippy in armagh in my opinion. I'm getting used to their way of working and have less stress with walking in to order. Good portion sizes, tasty food, decent prices

Ordered a nugget meal and a chicken burger meal and the amount of salt on it made it inedible. The chicken is rubbery and full of fat none of it was eaten.

The Food is very good when you Want something different

I mostly use Cafollas on a Sunday night run home from the gig or a wee midweek tea cos I’m working in the area. Always very friendly, efficient and tasty - I can’t fault their food or their service

Always got pretty decent food until I was served up a battered cod which can only be described as a disgrace. It resembled something that was kicked around the floor for a few days, deep fried several times before being dished out. It was burnt to a crisp although still part of the batter was mushy and disgusting. How anyone could seriously put that in a bag and serve that up is beyond words. Of the other things within the order, the Onion rings were pretty nice and the chips were decent, but I had to go make myself a sandwich as the fish had to be binned.

The food arrived early and when I opened the food i was shocked.. I go to this restaurant a lot and I am a good customer. Tonight the food was shocking. Chips were like bricks, goujons were cardboard and the fish was utterly tastless. I also received half a gravy chip... was barely there! I want something done about this.
