Food was ordered at 4.15 pm 6 o’clock still hasn’t arrived, rude person on the phone trying to say they delivered then went back on the statement food 1 hour 45 minutes late so I had to cancel as I was starving and was mocked for saying I’m hungry… terrible service. Never again I live a 10 minute drive from the restaurant

Worse I've had from here, pizza cremated at the bottom, nan was like a tough wrap, kebab meat dry and hard. Not good at all went in the bin!

Ordered a mixed kebab on Nan, barley any meat in it. Terrible service ever sence it’s been took over.

They promised to return and give ac testing because the food was inedible. They didn’t return and we didn’t get fed

Food was cold!! Sort your portion sizes out absolute joke of a kebab felt like I was just chewing naan bread

Sadly not the same chicken on chips as they use to do is more chicken chopped up on chips sorry but was better when the chicken was done as shawarma

The food was awful. Soggy chips, skinny fries that weren't cooked right. Chilli sauce was terrible.

Food came early and was hot but the kebab was miserable for £7.00 and there was 3 pieces of chicken pakora in portion. Food was nice enough but would expect more for the price that was paid.

I did not receive it after waiting over 2 hours its past 1am in the morning I ordered the food yesterday. Absolutely ridiculous do they expect you to miss work? Or deliver it for breakfast

The food came luke warm, i ordered onion bhaji's at a cost of 2.20 sent onion rings which cost 1.50 and never received my 2 drinks that were paid for,

Food cold and late delivery also had no gravy which we ordered

Food ignored me placing the order for 10 delivered it before 9. Was very lucky I was actually in the house at the time. Food itself was grand, just be sure to reiterate for delivery instructions the food requested delivery time.

Food was freezing and payed for 1.5 coke and only got 500ml

Placed order at 9:00 Estimated delivery 10:00 - 10:20 Order came at 11:15 Was completely freezing, no food ate except pizza, only because we don’t mind cold pizza. Wouldnt use again

Never received the food, ordered at 1:50 ish and they confirmed, said would deliver by 2:30-2:50 It's 2:51 now still no food and I've been calling the last 10 mins but no answer and now just eat is saying the restaurant is closed?! Unacceptable.

Must be this places best customer, wouldn't eat kebabs from anywhere else. Foods always beautiful, delivery is always early and the driver is so friendly!

Mixed meat on chips best in Belfast

Ordered from here last night I got a mixed kebab on naan with chilli sause and salad separate and I have to say this was by far the best kebab and best chilli sause I have had up here would definitely recommend

Man over charged me for my kebab and didn’t give me the right change

Pizza arrived under cooked and freezing rang shop and palmed it of that it was drivers fault promised to call me back to resolve issue still waiting on call, kebab was great but rreally poor customer service

Food was cold but tasted good, would get here again but would definitely pick up instead of delivery.

Chicken was greasy and gritty, chips were good.

Doner had to be laying in the b/b for a couple hours before serving would much prefer fresh cut. Very very little sauce on the kebab and the onions weren’t cut up and a lot of root core amoung it

45 minutes late after there expected time. And still not arrived. No txt no email nothing and the best thing about it is there are just 10 minutes walk away from me

Food was lovely for all I could eat of it but really need to pay attention to what's wrote on the order docket, I asked for chilli on the kebab and ordered a tub of garlic, kebab came smotherd in garlic with an extra tub, I get the garlic in a tub because I only like a small amount on it so couldn't rewlly eat much of the food.

Really tasty, chips are great, sauce is fantastic, orders are always quick & staff are friendly!

One of the nicest kebabs I have had plenty of meat and the chips were lovely also

Ordered a double pepperoni pizza and they had sent out the wrong one due to the just eat app but didn’t send a replacement pizza, couldn’t eat it as I’m allergic to jalapeños

Food was ordered around 2am. Order was accepted and said it was on its way. Its now 3.30 and the food still isn't here. Don't accept an order if you have no intention of delivering it. Or at least ring to let the person know.

Great food as usual. Only small complaint was the sauce container was much smaller than usual

The chicken goujans were soggy and tasteless. The chicken burger you could have lobbed at peelers and started a riot. The chicken wings were abit over cooked (alot over cooked). Not the nicest like but thanks anways...

Didn't put cheese on my order little mayo food was cold had to throw it in the bin and when I phoned up about my order being late some Scottish woman told me the driver was busy and hung the phone up on me no respect for the customers I will make sure everyone I know don't order from this place it's a disgrace!!! And I've picture of the food and the wrapping it came in I'm posting it over social media!

Chicken was lovely and moist. Fish was not fresh, more a cheap freezer cabinet purchase. My dog had his chicken and enjoyed, my fish and chips went into recycle bin bag.

Bit of a nightmare trying to figure out when the order was going to arrive, already late after the expected time and being told on the app the order was already delivered... The Just Eat customer help managed to finally get through to the restaurant after a few attempts. Would have appreciated the restaurant contacting me to let me know in advance if there was going to be an issue. Food on arrival was cold and unedable.

Food was decent enough (not finished). Staff begging for a good review obviously. Sorry, can't give it... donner was too greasy. IT WAS RATHER TASTY THOUGH!!!
