McDonalds in Banbridge

This is my local McDonald’s and every time I chose to go here I think it would’ve just been quicker to go to sprucefield. Whether you sit in or go through the drive thru expect to wait at least 30 minutes. It’s painfully slow and always has some sort of issue with the order. Can’t think what the reason would be for this other than terrible management because every other McDonald’s manages to do it better than this one. Save your time and go to kfc or sprucefield instead. (I never give places bad reviews but this is based on multiple experiences)

This is our local McDonalds but whenever it is busy this place falls apart badly, food isnt nice, tea is cold, the service especially is awful. I am at McDonalds right now and the amount of complaints I can hear is shocking. No one will go to the till to take orders at all They need the staff to do better or have more staff

Disgusting.. I have been for the last time.. Food is always cold.. They never have a full menu or mc flurries and today the coke tasted like perfume.. Wont be back

The fries are usually cold here and the burgers lukewarm. Really excelled on this visit, though. Even the tea was stone cold. Has deteriorated more and more. The young staff are pleasant but the management standards are appalling. I suspect returned or rejected or not collected items are kept and handed out in the hope that customers will not complain. The male toilet was smelly. I cannot recommend this venue. Shocking drop in standards lately.

The most disorganised McDonald’s I have ever been at. Placed my order & paid at the self serve orders. Wouldn’t print ticket. Went up to try & report. Didn’t seem like anyone was in charge. Eventually given a ticket no. Then they started calling numbers after mine & another random worker just cleared the number of those waiting. Yet more waiting to try & get someone’s attention. Eventually got my meal. They seem to do table service but it’s all over the place. Avoid!!!

My meal was ordered from McDonald's site online for delivery. The chips were cold and limp. The burger seemed to have imploded and fell apart in transit and it was barely warm to the touch. The tea wasn't warm at all. Maybe McDonald's need to store ordered foods better and maybe couriers need to deliver fewer addresses that adds to the time. So unimpressed it went in the bin.

At ten past nine am on the 14th of March I called into McDonald’s at the outlet Banbridge . Having ordered a bacon roll meal with extra hash browns,large Diet Coke and large cappuccino I paid and proceeded to the pick up window of the drive through. On being handed my order I noticed the Diet Coke was missing and drew this to the attention of the staff member. I was informed very abruptly that the Diet Coke wasn’t on my order and was shown a copy of the order to confirm this. She then walked away without another word and continued with her duties. I sat in my car thinking she was organising the Diet Coke and I prepared to pay for the missing part of my order when she suddenly appeared at the widow and again informed me rather rudely that the Diet Coke was not on my order, I hadn’t paid for it and that as she had no way of processing a payment my only options were to either come into the restaurant or drive back round and reorder it. She then quickly left without so much as a basic sorry for your inconvenience. Now anyone can make a mistake when taking an order but this staff member who I think was some kind of supervisor made me feel that I was trying to con the restaurant out of a large Diet Coke and offered me no alternative except to leave my car or drive round again and reorder. She was very unhelpful and bordering on passive aggressive in her manner. I think she missed the day they did customer service training because normally I find the staff really pleasant and helpful.

Staff at counter were extremely helpful Howe shortly after placing tge order the lady came down to my table to inform me “the team were being strange and would not add the requested sauce” When the meal arrived the chips were less than 1/2 full and no sauce had been asked as I had requested. I was between business meetings and didn’t have the time or the patience to complain or request to speak with management. Shocking attitude from the staff making the burgers. Recommend eating at an alternative McDonald’s restaurant such as in Newry or use any of the other eatery’s at The Boulevard in Banbridge. Proof of purchase will be uploaded.

Went to drive through purchased 2 wrap meals no mayo on either. Recipe stated no mayo on either opened them to eat and found both were covered in mayo. Drove back to drive through and complained was given 2 more after a long wait. Was hammering rain outside so got a good soaking for my trouble. Anyway got back to car and both wraps freezing cold went back and asked for manager who was trying to avoid me. Was told they were fresh and didn't see a problem. Told her I didn't want another one would go to kentucky instead. She agreed to refund me didn't give me a receipt said it was refunded still haven't seen it hit my bank account. Ive got to say this is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. They just don't care I won't be back ever again.

Managed to take the wrong drink order and gave me the wrong burger. Sat for 20 minutes in the drive thru queue before making it to the order point (only 3 cars in front of me. They had loads of staff that seemed totally clueless as to what they were doing. Consistently crap

This McDonald's is consistently quick, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the place is always clean.

I was here today can not believe how terrible it is food all stone cold returned given back wrong order. Next family members order plant burger was given a chicken burger when returned didn't even seem surprised by there mistake. I don't like to give a bad review but this was so shocking for food and staff attitude.

Ordered a coffee and a double cheeseburger on the app at a click and Serve spot. Waited near twenty minutes. I only received a half filled cup of coffee and an absolutely stone cold burger. Tried drive through next time only to end up sitting behind a customer waiting on her large ice-cream for almost 10 minutes at counter window. Again I left the place with a stone cold big Mac 😡

1 hour 40 minutes after ordering they canceled the order but not right away kept saying 10 more minutes for the entire 1 hour 40 mins why not just cancel right away

Ordered at the drive through. Paid at the window and asked the staff member to make sure my order was correct as the last 2 times they made it wrong. And of course my order was wrong again. Thank you mcdonalds Banbridge

It's a Mcdonalds so it's pretty terrible, i went in for breakfast only one guy in there, wen't up placed my order via the display. Got my order....it was wrong. HOW DO YOU GET AN ORDER THAT IS WRITTEN DOWN WRONG??? On top of that it's the worst breakfast i've ever had. One bite and i was like nope, i ate the bun and took the drink and left. Never been back, never will. I enjoy living, if you eat that food on the regular it was nice knowing you. If you bring your kids there, you're a disgusting parent.

Been a couple of times and although only drive thru now it was fast and efficient. First time I wanted country crispy meal which they did not have so took chicken legend meal. Very nice. Next time I got the Bbq smoke burger meal. Again service at drive thru was quick and efficient. The burger seemed to have ketchup instead bbq sauce and a plain bun compared to advert. But the battered chicken was nice. In fact both burgers are better than KFC offerings. I was surprised how quick it was. Lack od tissues and salt was also an issue. £6.00 is a bit dear but no option if you want fast food.

Definitely one of the best run McDonald’s I’ve been to! Service was quick via drive through and the staff were very friendly.

Not open for breakfast and staff don't know what time they will be open. 24hr ?????. McDonald's need to look at how this store is running

This McDonalds is really dirty and needs to be cleaned; the toilets, in particular, are really dirty- the manager needs to attend to this especially during a global health crisis.

Needed a quick sit down meal. Opted fur chicken legend meal at 5.50ish. The burger was nice. Chips are chips. It was quiet,so fast and efficient. Clean and easy accessible at the newly named Boulevard centre. I can recommend it.

Fast food at a good price Vegetarians catered for Coffee is really fantastic Happy meals with a drink are great idea

Ordered a double cheese burger and chicken mayo from the saver menu at the drive-thru. Was told by a member of staff to park in the waiting bay. No explanation given. At least 5 minutes and likely more passed. Several cars that were behind me were served before me. Some of them with considerable orders. Eventually, a young girl appeared at the serving window with my order, I asked what was the cause for the delay. I was informed by the member of staff as she was walking away that they were "waiting for my chicken mayo to cook". I've no problem with that but at least tell people. And to top it, my double cheese burger was lukewarm. It was obviously ready long before the chicken mayo. A bit of common sense on the part of the staff prepping orders would prevent this.Very poor. Won't be back.

This is a first - McDonalds that doesn't take cash, at least I couldn't figure out if they took cash. Most McDonalds now a days have the new style touch screens to order from and on checkout the option is usually Pay Now (Card) or Cash at the till. Had a small amount of change on me that I wanted to use up, got to the end of the order and it would only take card, so much for the loose change. Service was quick, didn't experience any issues, drive through was busy at the time.

Went for a takeaway breakfast completely wrong order bacon roll instead breakfast wrap cheese McMuffin instead of sausage & cheese McMuffin only thing they got right was the drinks phoned manager when got home and his response was did you not check the screen my reply was it wasn’t working really bad this place I won’t be back as you can see from reviews it’s really poor number 44 outta 49 restaurant in the local area

We thought we would get a quick meal to save us cooking when we got home. Unfortunately we had to listen to the staffs criticism of other customers in the restaurant. Not nice people at all and will never be back.

Visited the McDonald’s in the outlet on the way back from airport, Loads of staff standing around doing nothing except laughing amongst themselves. I had to go up to find out what had happened to our order after nearly 15 mins.I wouldn’t mind but the place was empty! I ordered Chicken select meal and I have never had such a bad meal from McDonald’s ever!!!!!!!!! The chicken was stone cold and the chips were like soooo salty they were inedible, it was as though they had been salted a dozen times. The lady who I assumed was in charge just kept glaring at me because I had complained. Never Never Again McDonald’s Banbridge.

Waited half an hour just to get to the window and hear the guy I we have to wait half hour coz system is offline. Waiting 1 hour 30 min n still no service.

Fabulous, fabulous staff. Shows great management. This outlet is fully computerised. Enter order on screen, pay, sit down and all is delivered to your table. The food .... standard McDo of course.

So McDonalds is... McDonalds as everyone knows - but I must commend and report back that the staff here this evening have been great.No table was left unclean for over a minute, staff asking us how our food was, the restaurant is modern and staff were actively ensuring our visit was positive - bravo guys!!!Only point for improvement - don’t run out of crayons again please guys!

Been tonight got home no burger or bacon in my big tasty my husband had to use a knife and fork to eat his chicken wrap no caramel in his mcflurry freezing cold chips but this is every time this will be the last time I step foot in there phoned up never even got a apologie

It's only a McDonald's, so don't expect anything special, Food was satisfactory and staff were friendly, however the tables could do with being cleaned far more often. As expected the food and drink was cheap enough. Overall 3.5/5

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Proceeded through the drive through option. Thought there may be a wait as it looked really busy but the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.

Called in for breakfast on way to Dublin airport. Restaurant was filthy - could hardly find a clean table. Waited over 10 minutes for 4 breakfast McMuffins. Plenty of staff working but all standing around chatting.

There’s not really a lot to say about Mc Donalds. Certainly not haute cuisine. It serves cheap food, relatively cheaply. Its not noted for paying living wages.

Car park very tricky to get into, food and service good ,not a bad place to eat. Staff were friendly and an overall good experience.

We came here last week on Tuesday for a dinner drive-thru. We ordered chicken nuggets, fillet-of-fish and fries. I also had the large diet coke. However it was far too big, I mean it was 0.5 litres. That's 1/4 of your daily water allowance. The food was standard if you're expecting the best meal of your life, you're not gonna get it!

The last visit was extremely poor.
