Starbucks in Belfast

Arrived at Boucher road came on for a hot drink there was 1 tea 1 black coffee and a caramel latte and too tray bakes the bill was £16.95 . My experience wasn't what I would like liked the tea was really weak and cold and the place was very noisy cold not comfortable or very inviting to say it

The barrista with brown hair and glasses needs a serious attitude adjustment, I could not believe how rude she was. Snappy and aggressive no please or thankyou just rudeness. Not the type of service that we expect from Starbucks. People like this should not work in customer facing roles.

The restaurant / seating area is okay and the latte was good... However the toilet was stinking, the area is filthy. It was 8:15 am so no excuse that it was cleaned the evening before. Very, very strong smell of stale urine. Place need a good scrubbing. I mentioned it to them again today as I did the last time I was in because it was so bad.. Not a good look at all Starbucks... Need to clean it up properly.

Large leak at the till had to stand in water getting my coffee. Workers with long hair serving food. Toilets absolutely disgusting. Dirty tables. No atmosphere at all won't be back!!

It was two firsts for me today. I ordered using their app. There was a queue so I sat in my air conditioned car and just pushed buttons. Being a dinosaur I surprised meself. As it was a hot day and they aren’t particularly common in these parts I did something I’ve never done before and I ordered iced coffee. A latte with carmel in it. When I went in it was just about ready too. It was very tasty but more like a dessert. I’m glad I tried the iced variety once. I’ll stay a dinosaur and return to the safety of hot flat whites thanks very much. While the app is useful to order it does almost fully remove any genuine interaction with the other humans serving you. Not my idea of our future. Oh well what do I know.

The most loveliest thing happened to us this evening ! I am currently a long stay patient at the Royal Victoria Hospital as I am having complications with my pregnancy . I have been here 7 weeks with still another month to do . Tonight my husband and I decided to purchase some drinks and have them delivered . To our surprise a lovely note was sent to us with 4 little treats free of charge . They will have no idea how much this little gesture means to us and to whoever decided to do this or collectively as a team deserves recognition ❤️Thank you so much

What ever happened to customer service?! Went to this starbucks and was absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. Arrived with no queue in front of me - two staff members - one of which was called Caoimhne continued on talking to each other. Caoimhne then spotting I was there, turned to me and said I'll be with you in a moment. She and the colleague continued on chatting (not about any particular work related issue/training) but innane conversation. She kept me waiting for close to 3 mins, at this stage when three further people arrived in the queue it was only then she chose to serve me. I will never frequent this place again - management seriously need to sort it out.

Today I visited thus starbucks. Firstly after waiting 10 minutes and watching people served after me getting their drinks I asked where my drink was to be told they didn't have my order and would remake it. In their defence it was very busy. After finishing my drink I visited the toilet which was disgusting. There were brown smears on the floor, and a couple of pieces of something that should have been flushed in the toilet and never been on the floor. A member of staff had been and used the toilet very shortly before me. So there is absolutely no excuse. If he seen it in that condition he should not have left it like that under any circumstances.

Got a takeaway coffee and went home. Nearly had it all finished when I tasted what could only be described as gunk. Opened the lid to find a large piece of plastic in my cup full of gunk and limescale. Rotten.

Bought an iced caramel macchiato with almond milk. The almond milk has to be off as it’s completely separated and is lying in bits at the bottom of the cup and I’ve never experienced this with almond milk before. Really disappointing

I was at Starbucks at Boucher on Saturday and my son went in to purchase a brownie as he loves these. When purchased he mannerly asked where the toilets were and the assistant was so ignorant in telling him he was not allowed to use the toilets. My son was so upset about the whole experience and I can assure you I won’t be back at Starbucks . Maybe they’re such a big company that they don’t need to bother with providing customer service. As we left the premises a lady was in the queue with her disabled daughter and asked to use the bathroom for her daughter but was abruptly told she couldn’t and was quite distraught as a result of this. Why are there no toilets in the cafe? So disappointed in a company that is a major worldwide brand but seems to treat its customers as second class citizens. Such a disappointing experience and I can see from quite a few of the other reviews that bad management appears to play a major part in this !

This place needs to buck up their ideas, service was terrible. The place wasn’t even busy. Toilets were closed. In no way should they be closed for a business serving food and drink. They need to have a cleaning routine atspecific times that would allow for customers to access to use the facilities .

No toilet facilities! Is this legal in a business serving food and drinks? Covid 19 is not an excuse just clean more often!

Another day another absolute shame the filter coffee isn't made for the doors opening. Management really need to wise up and ensure the filter coffee is brewed and ready for purchase. The amount of people wanting filter coffee in this location every morning justifies having it ready. Sort yourself out and get it done. This isn't the only location with this issue which would indicate that it's a management problem.

Nothing about the Starbucks brand made me think this was going to be a good place to bring my 88 year old Mum, but it was the most convenient coffee shop to Cotswolds. My first impressions of the premises affirmed this and I observed much of what has been commented on before. HOWEVER the consideration, patience and kindness of the ‘coffee maker’ (young man) towards my mother’s needs was such that any other issue disappeared. A big THANKYOU I suppose it’s relationships that really matter.

This is one of my favourite Starbucks. It’s very spacious and has a great layout. I love going down here to do some work on my laptop - very welcoming and don’t try and rush you out. Beware if you stay over 4 hours, you end up with a fine for overstaying in the free Carpark.
