The best restaurants in England

We called in for a late lunch and were lucky enough to get a table straight away. There was a warm welcoming atmosphere and staff were friendly and efficient. We ordered a selection of tapas which were all excellent and portion sizes were just right. Good value for money and would highly recommend.

Set in a farmhouse, this brilliant cafe is a must when in Northumberland for breakfast. We were pleased that the cafe was also dog friendly. The owners had a lovely manner with the dogs, and made us feel very welcome.

Booked and paid a £30 deposit for lunch on Easter Sunday only to turn up to find the restaurant closed with a closed until further notice sign on the door. No message from them to inform us. DO Not Book with this restaurant wherever they are now.

Amazing food and value for money as always. Scott was a shining star for us on the evening. Enthusiasm, passion, Attention to detail and an infectious vibe. Thank you for a great evening!

A lovely Sunday lunch for Mothers day. We've eaten here a few times before, the Sunday sharing platter is excellent, and our waiter Harry went out of his way to look after my 98 year old pescatarian mother. She thoroughly enjoyed the Sea Bass!

Just had to write one final review of this excellent restaurant which is now sadly closed. We were lucky enough to have our second (and now, final) chance to try their tasting menu, and every dish was a delight. Looking forward to seeing whether there will be a new place with Michelin stars to try soon!

Hay una gran variedad de chocolates, calientes y fríos. Probé un batido de chocolate y estaba exquisito, realmente vale la pena pasarse si estás por la zona. Delicioso!

We really enjoyed the tapas menu. There were small and large plates, great for sharing and all absolutely delicious. I had the monk fish and lentil daal which was wonderful, really tasty and well presented. We were amazed at the quality of all the food, including vegetarian options. Wine choice also very good. We had a fantastic evening and highly recommended.

We arrived too late for dinner, but the lady who greeted us could not have been more apologetic. As we were only in the area for two nights and we were already having dinner somewhere else the following evening we decided just to pop in for a drink, it was so welcoming and the food looked good we will definitely eat there the next time we are over there

Me and my wife always used to come here for a classic burger and chips and we absolutely loved it, best burger in Peterborough and the best chips also. We came back today after a long time not coming and nothing has changed apart from it being better than last time, fantastic service, atmosphere lovely and relaxing. We would highly recommend this place, best burger in Peterborough. Also massive shout out to 'Azair' for his 5 star service, what a great guy.

Visited this restaurant after drinks in Newcastle. It's a lovely place inside 😊 the staff are helpful and the food is great. Had the chicken, which was plentiful , lots of rice too.

Attended a tasting menu for valentines evening g . Food was lovely and the staff where very attentive but unfortunately although private dining there was another couple who was there and was very very loud and completely controlled the whole evening. Couldn't hear what the staff was telling us about the courses and didn't even have a conversation with my partner as i couldn't hear him. Considering the cost I would have thought the staff could gave told them to keep the noise down as other people in the joining resturant also mentioned the noise as this was also our 41st wedding g anniversary it totally spoil our evening I know it wasn't the resturant fault but I think the manager should have step in. Another couple who was there also didn't enjoy the experience either because of the same problem

Reservé un viaje a Bournemouth para el cumpleaños de mi esposa y al buscar restaurantes en la zona , me encontré con moose kitchen, siendo alguien que acostumbra a jugar hockey y ama Canadá, decidimos ir por este lugar para que pudiera tener una lager cabeza de alce , el lugar en sí es agradable y abierto muy acogedor y atento, la comida era increíble y las porciones era genial , yo y la señora realmente disfrutamos de este lugar y sin duda volveremos cuando sea el próximo en Bournemouth
