This was my first time ever having fish chips and I couldnt have chosen any other place to have fish and chips.From the largely proportioned fish which succulent and juicy to the generous amount of fresh home-made like chips.This place was nothing short of superb.I dare say if you haven't had fish and chips at atlantic fish bar,YOU haven't had it at all.

Great, place. Was in the area and fancied some food so found this place last minute. Food was lovely and the place was quirky.

Popped in here on a hot day for some ice-cream, they were sold out of a few flavours as it was a busy day so I didn't get my first choice, but the toffee popcorn ice-cream was amazing! Friendly staff and not a bad price for what you get.

Atmosphere was good. Nice music playing when we sat down to eat in. Very friendly staff/owners and very clean. Most of all, food was 10/10!! Flavours were on point!! Seriously the best Caribbean food I’ve tried yet! Oxtail stew was 10/10!

Recommended by a friend who raved about their mixed burger for good reason. The place itself looked looks really small from the outside. It's not until you walk in , do you realise there is additional seating upstairs (balcony). The decoration is basic but, don't let that put you off. Staff are really polite and friendly. If you like burgers, the mixed burger is highly recommended. I ordered it but had no real expectations, which made it so much better. A Very tasty burger. Both meat and chicken were cooked perfectly (a little spicy 🔥), just how I like it, with fresh salad. One of the best burgers I've had in a while. I'll definitely be back to try out some of the other food options

We held our engagement party at Mad Frans and it was the best evening ever! The staff were all super friendly and helpful with no request being too big. The food was so tasty, with multiple guests telling me how great the buffet was. The venue is a perfect layout for a private event and the night was everything I hoped for. 100% recommend Mad Frans if you’re looking for a venue to have a private event!

Beautiful traditional pub, friendly hosts and atmosphere, nice ale, pool table, darts board, would spend a lot of time here if this was local to us.
