Absolutely the best restaurant in the area. The food far exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding and it was a pleasure to meet such a lovely owner. We would definitely come again and highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a must stop if you haven’t’t already.

Not good, I hate resturants that people walk into for takaway while we are dining, tried to go off menu and ask for extra spice but the same boring standard meal arrived, not bad food but not great. Got drinks order wrong so wife ended up with a large bottle of beer ?

Have always enjoyed eating here, maybe once a month. Was always an affordable treat in my local village. Service has always been exemplary and quality of food has been top notch. That hasn't changed. However, I've just found the price has now crept up considerably based on previous, similar visits. I realise it takes a lot of money to keep a restaurant open with their rent and overheads, wages etc. But we paid just over £75 for two of us on Saturday night. We did each have a starter and a main with a naan bread each, as well as a bottle of Cobra each. We would usually pay around £50. We were charged extra for poppadoms and chutneys (I think about £5 for two) Maybe I'm just old school, but poppadoms (and prawn crackers in a Chinese restaurant) just come as part of your meal. It's a treat to eat out, but next time I'll just get a takeaway and save myself £40.

We took our team here tonight spent over £400 on our meals and was offered a Baileys and they tried to charge £25 for the shots!!! Told them to take them away. Money grabbing con artists!

This resterant was absolutely spot on. Ambiance was great, service with a lovely smile, polite and welcoming, food absolutely amazing and so much taste too. This was our very first visit and will definitely return without a doubt. Top class venue to eat .

The food was tasty, but the service was non existent. We waited so long to order we had to go to the bar and request serving on more than one occasion. There was only two other couples in the restaurant. Very disappointed, as always felt welcome in the past and found service very friendly and accommodating previously. Hopefully just an off day!

We ate at 6pm on a Saturday evening expecting the restaurant to be quiet. However, the restaurant was full by 6:30pm, with the unexpected benefit of this being a lively atmosphere. We enjoyed very good quality Indian food, although we felt rushed with food being served before we had finished our previous course. This was a shame as we would have only needed 5mins or so in between courses but it felt as if they needed our table for the next sitting ?!?! The only time we didn't feel rushed was when we were waiting for the bill - not sure why restaurants do this but happens a lot. When we're ready to go ....... we wanna go, not just sit around waiting to catch a member of staff's eye. All in all, a good meal but the service was a little too quick for our liking.

Never a bad meal, eat-in or takeaway. Really great service, always fantastic tasting food which is served quickly. Very accommodating for allergies or for those people that aren’t entirely sure which dish to have, they’ll happily go in to detail to ensure you have the best experience.

We only moved to Hoo in January but have had a couple of takeaways from here and last night we ate in the restaurant to celebrate my birthday. Food and service were excellent. Can thoroughly recommend.

This is my absolute favourite local restaurant. The food is delicious and the menu has so much variety. I tried the Dhansak last night and the blend of flavours was wonderful. I'm coeliac and the chefs were very careful not to cross contaminate the food. The delivery came within half an hour with a smile. A very happy customer thank you!

First visit here after a round of golf in Kent. What a find! Nice atmosphere, great service and even better food. Finished off with Irish coffees which were sensational as well. All in all a great evening. Thoroughly recommended

Last minute booking tonight, great decision. The service was great the waiters very friendly. But the food, it was superb. The starter was quick to arrive, beautifully presented and absolutely wonderful. Our main meal was succulent and well flavoured. Spicy and perfect. We look forward to returning soon. This was the best Indian I’ve had in so long, delivered 10 mins quicker than said and it was hot and fresh , 5* top nosh we can’t believe how good this meal was! Thank you pink paprika we will definitely be eating your wonderful food again .

Very rude the waiters would not pass Drink's or food directly to the women. But happy to take plates and cutlery once we had finished our meals from them. This is the UK. Should not have to put up with this behavior.

I have eaten in numerous Indian restaurants since the 1980's including an ndian restaurant which holds Michelin stars and I have to say this is a restaurant to visit and try their cuisines. The staff will order your meal to how you like it and to your specifications and the food is excellent. My compliments go to the chef and the staff. I have a special thanks to give to mintu who has been very attentive to our tastes.. Thank you all, brilliant food and service...👍 After giving a full stars review and praising the staff I have to eat my own words. I returned to the restaurant for a meal and a particular member of staff was totally NOT accommodating and rude. I haven't returned there since.

Can not fault the food or the table service, however we booked a table for 12 three weeks prior to the Saturday, even had a phone call to confirm the booking on the day before which was understandable as it’s such a large booking. However on arrival at the restaurant it turns out our table had been given to some other people! We were seated after the confusion but a little disappointed we had this issue especially as we had booked in advance.

Used to love this place and go/ order frequently. Made an order on the 31st December for £40.30 and was rung to say they couldn't do the order as distance was too far. Have not had a refund 17days later. Emailed management but still being ignored. Really saddened as we loved this place so much. 4 Months later and still no refund :(

I will always recommend Pink Paprika. The food is always great. The service is phenomenal. We asked Pink Paprika if they would take quite a large booking for a meal after our wedding ceremony - they said no problem at all! Naz was incredibly helpful in explaining the logistics of this and was extremely accommodating to a seating plan. I would like to thank the entire team at Pink Paprika for their hard work, service and skills.

We come here regularly, as a family group, romantic meals for two, large groups etc, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming, the food is always very well cooked and presented. We have tried lots of other restaurants, none measure up in terms of quality of food and service.

We have used this Indian restaurant in the past. But we are very disappointed with the meal we have just had. The lamb dishes were tough on complaining about it and saying they were more like mutton. We were told that is what they use. So why advertise lamb. One of the starters was sent back because we asked for king prawns and got normal size. But none of our meals were as good as in the past, plus they were Luke warm. On complaining about the food we were told it was the chefs night off. They didn’t even have an Indian chef. We was a party of seven, and none of us will go back to this restaurant again.

I have eaten here in the past and it was good but tonight it was the worst Indian food i have ever tasted . When I complained I was told it was the chefs night off. Who they had cooking I do not know maybe the milkman. The lamb tasted like old mutton and when I mentioned this to the waiter he said yes that is what they use. They should be done under the trade description act. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

Last four times we’ve ordered from here it’s been bad, used to be excellent but I don’t know if they have changed the chefs or the ingredients but the only reason we have kept ordering for so long is because my dad likes the curry dishes (I can’t eat them because they are so oily they give me a bad stomach) and the onion bahjees but tonight even they were all soft. My chicken shaslick was like leather tonight and the mango chutney was like water, food was hot so it can only be bad ingredients or badly cooked. It takes an hour and half to get delivered to st Mary’s island and costs over £30 but I struggled with the shaslick and only managed to eat 2 small bits! My dad is 70 and will eat anything so I said that’s it for me I’m not ordering from them again to throw mine in the bin, if he wants to order for himself he can but never again for me. Really is a shame because it used to be so good

Seriously disappointing Don’t believe all the positive reviews as if you use the app you have a 10 loyalty point encouragement. 1 point per £1 spend worth 2pence that is 2% discount for good customers? We ordered two different dishes what we received was rather disappointing. Both dishes had the SAME overwhelming SWEET goop the meat was swimming in. My guess many of the dishes are prepared from a small handful of stock sauces. The meat was okay however overcooked. Certainly not (slow) cooked in the sauce it came in. The only difference was the lamb dish had lychees in it. Cooked with fresh fruit? Fresh out of a can perhaps! Our chicken dish was supposed to be covered in crushed cashews. If this was the case they were so obliterated it melded with the rest of the goop. My best description of the goop is a sweet butternut soup. The samosas tasted like they were bought in frozen from a wholesaler not tasty. “Authentic Indian” I wonder! You could get a better tasting meal from a supermarket. Our delivery contained one little plastic packet of salad and one tub of green stuff. Both we were not sure what to do with this. Or what was supposed to go together. Will we order again? Well we will try the other two curry houses in same street first. We only hope that it is not all the same.

Visited Pink Paprika on a Monday night. The standard of food and service was very high. Friendly staff, delicious food. Have visited a few times and it is reliably good every time. Have had takeaway delivered too and that has been of the same high standard. Will definitely be going there again.

Our family of 6 ate one of the best meals for years this evening in a local restaurant. All the food was yummy and extreamly well cooked. We will return for our next celebration.

There were four of us who went there on Friday evening. The food was first class and the service was first class too. Ours friends live in Hoo but we travelled there from Essex. Have been there many times with our friends and always go to the Pink Paprika as it is always great food.

We had a amazing time. Fabulous food. Very clean restaurant. Staff service was brilliant. We will be in again soon.

gone down hill since doing takeaway from back door just delivered 2 meals that was the lowest grade of food a lamb tikka balti that has 1/2 inch of yellow oil and a cold sweaty garlic nan total waste of money.
