The best restaurants in Sheffield Yorkshire and The Humber

True gem of an Italian restaurant in the centre of Sheffield. Very good wine too.

I used to be a massive fan of Lucky Fox but the place has gone downhill since under new management. I've tried to get my hands on some of the famous fried chicken 4 times this year and it's always closed despite going when it should be open. The staff clearly don't care about opening times. And if the opening times have changed, management should update the sign on the door. Such a shame that a Sheffield establishment is being run into the ground.

Best choice and range of drinks in S2! Great to go back 't beer engine, and by the aromas of the food then that could well be top notch too? Back real soon for sour beers and merriment :o)

Outstanding food, always really good! Delivery was slightly later than initially told.

A faux version of Vietnamese food, the Beef Pho was watery and had no depth of flavour in the broth, the pho itself was served clumped together and the beef, instead of thinly sliced came in chunks. The banh mi came with too many choices of what you want in it. Ok give me a choice of what meat I should have in it, but the other flavours that make a banh mi should be included. Sometimes I feel giving the customer choice of what goes in something is not always great. I'm in there because I want to eat good Vietnamese food, and you are selling this to me so surely you as the restaurant should know what flavours work well together! However the staff were nice and as Vietnamese food is a little thin on the ground in Sheffield it's good to see that it's an option.

Went for an early dinner stay a long walk. The food is very nice and all the ingredients were very fresh.

Absolutely love it the food is amazing we came from Nottingham it was really worth it and very friendly customer service 10 of 10 definitely recommend it

Forth time for us , lovely place food first class in all respects. Staff very friendly without being intrusive. Just my sort of Italian restaurant well done.

Best chippy. Cod is my choice of fish and it's the only place you know its cod. Proper fish cakes that contains fish you can recognize as fish. Been going to this chippy for decades and it's never changed thank God. Always remember to take cash and to check opening times because if it ain't open you end up with a fish and chip dinner that's not as satisfying. Just wish it was closer.

Amazing Sunday dinner. We dropped by on a whim and didn’t have a booking yet they were still able to serve us. Food was hot, fresh and incredibly delicious. Desserts were lovely too. Can’t wait to come back!

Good quality food, well cooked, nicely served. Really good choice menu. Red wine served at the correct temperature. Would definately recommend.

It's a decent chippie, this. Old school. "Chip lollies" for the kids. Proper job.
