The best restaurants in Whitley Selby Yorkshire and The Humber

Would highly recommend! Recently had a group of 21, staff couldnt be more attentive, food was delicious, perfect evening!

My husband and i had a lovely lunch today and we were served by the very friendly Tania.just as i was ordering our food a man came in and said "are these tables free" Tania said "i won't be a minute i'm just serving this lady: and with that the man said " you're very rude" and stormed off.Tania was definitley not rude it was him.why do some people have no patience! They only do Sunday lunch. They have one high chair, but kids are welcome. No outdoor play area. Lunch was really nice, especially the lamb shank. Would recommend for more adult eating unless you are not staying long with a very young child.

Have been visiting the hidden tea rooms for the last 3 years since moving to knottingley, this really is a hidden gem, Edie and her team are really friendly and the food is fantastic, really tasty breakfast and lovely selection of cakes

We were staying in the village at an Air BNB we booked to go to the pub for our evening meal. Good friendly hospitality with good menu and reasonable priced food and wine . Service was good we enjoyed our food and we enjoyed the pub all locals having a good time .

After a nice walk around Brockerdale woods, this is the perfect pit stop. Great selection of beers, and the warm pork scratchings are really good.

What a great find! Perfect stop in our motorhome. Superb mixed grill and beautifully cooked medium rare steak for me. A chef who can actually cook as ordered. Homemade huge chunky chips and a side of onion rings. All very reasonably priced. 10oz of steak with no fat or chewy bits! Very friendly staff and super quick service even on a Friday night near Christmas. Will certainly keep note of this little gem for future travels in this area.

Never before have I seen such a large selection of plants and flowers and gardening equipment. Well worth a visit with a restaurant/cafe as well.

We were served by Oliver who was extremely polite and also very helpful. Nothing was too much for him and he really elevated our experience !!
