The best restaurants in Castle Scarborough Yorkshire and The Humber

Visited Orchard Cafe with my sister for lunch on Saturday 21st March and could no believe what we where served. We both asked for a Tuna Melt which we have had on several occasions at Cooplands and has always been good. When it came it was just HALF a sandwich just 1 slice of bread with salad and crisps. We could not believe it. We have never been served half a sandwich before at any cafe. No wonder the place was virtually empty with only a few tables taken. This was a Saturday at 1.30. and should have bee very busy.

Why does my order get rejected everytime. I've not had a successful order since March is it me ? Have I done anything wrong. ? It takes me all the time to get the energy to go to out of my door due to severe anxiety and depression. All I want is to be able to buy one of your tasty spicy hotdogs(best hotdogs in town when you can get one) and a good chicken tikki wrap( best in town when you can get one) seriously tho this isn't doing my mental health any good Stephen

Decepcionado, estábamos deseando visitar sus lugares fue a wykeham primero muy poco allí y todo el pan en la parte posterior de la zona de mostrador de los pasteles de frutas estaban casi quemados, así que se fue a Scarborough, donde están todos los pasteles y horneados encantadores que muestra en línea no en este lugar y tartas de natillas portuguesas están por encima de cualquier precio que he visto incluso más barato en Londres. Pensé que podríamos tener algunas quiches y pedacitos de Navidad sin posibilidad.

Nice little cafe however could do with providing some sort of wheelchair access to get inside, maybe a suitcase ramp that is small and portable and that can just be lifted out when needed like a lot of places have now.

No se puede ir a Scarborough sin tener un helado. Como estábamos paseando a lo largo del frente del puerto cada tienda de helados estaba lleno o tenía una larga cola de gente esperando para ser servido. Esta pequeña puestos de helados está pegado a una tienda típica de la costa, y es por desgracia (pero por suerte para nosotros) escondido por otras cosas a la venta. 6 libras por un jacuzzi una cucharada de helados, una pequeña waffle Cone y un cono muy grande de gofres. Así que era muy razonable en cuanto a precio va. El personal era muy rápido y eficiente, y el helado probado encantador, con la ventaja añadida de un banco fuera para sentarse y comer. Recomiendo encarecidamente.

Well, finding the right words is not easy, however, even if this is used improperly by other people to raise the quality, in this case it is the right word that best describes a dinner at Giorgio: culinary experience!!!!! Moncalvese d.o.c. brings the essence and quality of Piedmontese and Italian cuisine to the dishes of his Scarborough restaurant. Excellent quality of raw materials, first-rate service and if you want to see the chef at work in the dining room, order the zabaglione with Casale Monferrato scabs and you will be fascinated by the mastery of the dessert preparation. Enough words, it's time to book a dinner.

Very typical Wetherspoons. Cheap but very standard Fayre.

We came in for lunchtime scampi chips and curry sauce and chips and gravy. Service was prompt & polite & dog-friendly. I had a very nice bottle of 6% IPA which set me up for the afternoon. Curry sauce was tasty and the scampi numerous. Remember to bring a bit of cash to tip with if you are going to pay by card.

Lovely traditional, little pub. Good range of drinks. Good service.

Visitamos con la esperanza de conseguir una mesa, pero no había reservado y nos recibió el personal sonriente. Se ofreció una mesa en un rincón tranquilo con el que estábamos contentos. Nos dieron tiempo suficiente para leer el menú y decidimos por pizzas de nuevo la camarera era rápido, eficiente y feliz de tomar la orden. Las pizzas llenaban el plato y eran excelentes. Un gran bien hecho al personal

Ordered pizza and chicken and chips while staying in Scarborough hotel ! Absolutely disgusting food I wouldn’t have fed it to my dog

Llamamos por un par de bebidas y tomamos una taza de té y café. Cobraba £ 8 , cuando llegaron las bebidas el café era un simple café instantáneo. Personalmente no me gusta el café instantáneo y no podía beberlo, cuando hablaba con la persona. Shins el bar era un caso de pena todas las bebidas calientes son £ 4. Mucho más caro y más barato en Costa, donde se obtiene un café molido recién molido. En otro lugar más tarde ese día el café y el té eran más baratos y de mejor calidad. Si bien aprecio que los costos en todas las áreas de negocio hayan aumentado, desde tarifas, salarios de alquiler, etc. Siento que simplemente cobrando más, está cobrando precios demasiado altos y perderá clientes repetidos. Los precios competitivos conseguirán repetir el negocio y a largo plazo generarán más ingresos. Personalmente no volveremos a visitar este negocio.

Brillante idea para una cafetería en este original ascensor de tranvía. Aperitivos y bebidas a precios razonables. Preciosa ubicación y vistas. Prueba los pasteles caseros😋
