MOAN! - SCRAP MEMOSSA AND THEIR VILE STAFF! Ordered food tonight and was completely appalled by both quality of food and the attitude and lack of care from the staff, the delivery driver was forceful in trying to step in my home to check the food himself when I have 2 young children in the home, the staff upon calling to correct the order were dismissive, arrogant and overall disgusting. When asked to either correct the order or to sort a refund the staff member became even more so disgusting in attitude and simply wouldn't do anything at all, money right down the drain honestly, won't be ordering from these nightmarish people from now on! Ridiculous customer service, completely uncalled for infront of a new born child also! Even management could be quoted in saying "I won't sort their order" aswell as "our driver wouldn't do that." Completely disgraceful level of customer service and care.

I have ordered several meals in the last few weeks from here they have been lovely but I got one at the start of the week and got Food Poisoning from a chicken Parmesan me and my partner are still not wanting to eat it’s made us that sick I’m not sure I will order again but it may be a one off very upset about this

The boys at this spot are very friendly. Food is good if that's what you're after. No complaints, will use again. I second what I say, the young lads who work her, work hard.

Got X2 calzones from there just now couldn't eat the calzones so we're now left eating some chips that cost the price of the food as the calzones were totally unedibel and under cooked made my partner throw up after 1 bit

I asked for no Chip Spice/Seasoning on my meal as I'm allergic to the stuff and the woman proceeds to pour the stuff on. When I reminded her she rolled her eyes and still contaminated my food.

Usually great tbh. I work in a bar and finish late so order from here because they are usually good . Tonight my chips and cheese were awful, chips are rock hard like they already cooked them then re fried then. Cheese wasn't melted either. Really disappointed because we usually love this place

Found myself famished in the early hours of the morning in Scarborough which left me no option but to find me a greasy takeaway to source some scran to chow down on. I opted for a chicken wrap and a ham & pineapple pizza, because yes, pineapple can belong harmoniously on pizza. I ordered through Just Eat, with scope to walk down to Memossa, little did I know that when I arrived around 20/25 minutes later the two servers were only just putting the pineapple on my pizza! With no seating area, and knowing I’d be waiting a short while, I was left no option but to sit down on the kerbside. After finally getting my food, I dug straight into my chicken wrap. Sadly the photo doesn’t do the wrapping of the wrap (wrap-ception) justice, as it came in an around 2 inch thick assortment of paper! The chicken itself was rather tasty, with a nice toasting to the wrap, however the salad inside almost tasted rancid and put me firmly off the wrap after getting half way down. I will add though, the wrap was PACKED of ingredients and mainly chicken, so it filled me up rather quick. This left the pizza. Rubber, cardboard, tasteless. Simply put. I was looking forward to it, given the let down of the wrap.. however I can quite easily suggest not to get pizza from here unless you are wanting to feel like you are stuffing your mouth with pencil erasers (not that I have experience in this). 2/5.

Friendly staff and delicious fresh pizza with garlic oil on the crust. Yum! Proper chips too.

Hate to say this but the pizza we had tonight wer absolutely crammed with way too much cheese topping, thought we would give it one more try as we use this place most the time! Tasty tomato sauce base but that's basically it " hot shot" pizza👎

Didn't realise they had joined just eat, waited an hour and twenty minutes for cold and dry food, shame as there food has been good up to now, my food has definitely been rolling around the back of a car for 30 mins before making it to my door. Atleast the dog had something different tonight...

Bottle of gin in and in need of a takeaway. Wow. Delivery guy was lovely, didn't freak out when he found me dangling me head out of the front door waiting for him to bring me my food. Calzone was amazing, definitely hit the spot. Plus a free garlic bread, what's not to love??

The pizzas are fresh and lovely and we have ours delivered and they always are hot I would recommend people to go to memossa the best place for a pizza well done memossa I will always be a customer 👍

Best chicken kebab in town, the garlicbread with cheese and tomato,, put an old shirt, there's that much u end up covered, makes me feel like I'm a child;

Many fast-food shops I've tried in Scarborough and tbh this is the best one. Memossa is the only one that I have ordered from a few times, wish I found them sooner. Never had bad food once where as others I have, ill try any place twice just incase a bad night failed them first visit. Memossa as not yet failed. Plenty of meat packed pizza toppings and nice to eat enjoyed every time also friendly delivery driver. Worth the money, and I don't mind tipping when it's worth it, keep it up memossa. Stu..

Fabulous mixed kebab absolutely delicious . Garlic bread with cheese was great too. And they delivered out of the usual delivery area for us . Would defo recommend my new fave kebab shop

Absolutely appalled by this takeaway place.Ordered 2x chicken nugget kids meals,1 8 inch pizza,cheesy chips and a chilli burger for us to receive the food 10 minutes after the time to check the food to find 1x chicken nugget kids meal was missing,phoned up and they said they will send another batch out for nobody to show up an hour later when they said shall be 20 minutes,wont be using these again in a hurry
