Pizza Time in Scarborough

Would give no stars of possible. Left us an hour and a half waiting dor food then cancelled the order. Disgusting service.

Placed order, got cancelled with no explanation, tried phoning to ask why and twice it got redirected..won't be using again

Excellent food and excellent service

Waited over 2 hours for my order when it said 30-60 minutes!! When I called a rude man answered and I was told that the food is on the way, but I’m still waiting! At this point I don’t care about the food. STICK TO YOU DAMN DELIVERY TIMES because lying about them makes people mad.

Best pizza in the town I think, for a local shop the pizza and food is extremely nice, I don’t come up often but when I do, I go here at least once, four cheese pizzas are so good, first time I had a chicken parmasans today and it was very good, chips perfectly cook and crispy aswell, wish I took a photo, the owner actually cares, which is so important when making food. Had to change my review, after ordering recently, ingredients missing from pizza, no sauce on £3 portion of chips? Come on guys. Your food is good, but the sauce is what makes it really good, refusing to squirt a bit of sauce on chips and missing out on pizza toppings is just lazy, I really hope it’s just changed hands and it’s not the same staff as what I thought once actually cared.

I ordered a takeaway to my door but it never came to my door I had to go and collect it. Surely if you pay for delivery it needs to come to your door

I ordered a doner kebab wrap which was soggy, partially filled with tasteless kebab meat and wet salad. The margarita was also horrid and it all went in the bin. Only ordered here by a miss click. Avoid at all costs.

Did a online order over £40.one item missing once arrived, got replacement and item was burnt out and a hair onit. Not going to be ordering from here ever again. Total reined everning.

Attention! Colleagues charge more on the receipt than the offer. We were charged a pound. The offer was 8.50 and the store was 9.50. I do not recommend

The burger was a bit salty to my liking, however, was a tasty burger and the best one l have had in Scarborough. will have again as a treat. The driver was pleasant and friendly too.

Iv come to visit Scarborough and been charged £24 for a pizza and a portion of Donna The food ain't bad but they didn't listen to my order probably so one of us went hungry

We ordered last night and the food come quickly and was hot it was delicious highly recommended definitely will return everything was fresh and the delivery driver was very friendly 👌

Awesome halal food, very delicious burgers. Piping hot food given and was a delight to eat. We got their chicken fillet burgers, very well seasoned and good spice. Chips are on point too, crispy and cooked to perfection. Their pasta is also superb, a great mix of veg and chicken. Popcorn chicken for my daughter was brilliant too, she loved it. Highly recommend this place, will definitely be going again.

Bolognese burger VERY spicy. Doesn’t state on the menu that it has chilli seeds in the bolognese. 4 slices of mushroom in the table spoon full of bolognese on the burger. The cheesecake wasn’t cheesecake it was a gateau like cake which could have had nuts in it but nobody said anything about nuts but I am allergic so could have been disasterous should it have had nuts in. Burger and cake went in the bin, handful of chips was my tea. Driver had a cigarette in his mouth when he delivering my tea

Mushrooms paid for as extra on one pizza which were not on it. Apart from that, everything good and nice to see a proper pizza base for a change

Lovely food as always. Friendly service. Was delivered within the delivery time stated so can’t complain, but it did take a while for a Thursday night. But at the end of the day was worth the wait. Portion sizes were generous!

Well cooked pizza with ideal amount of topping. Chicken in the kebab was moist and flavourful, bread was different to what I expected but not bad. Will order from here again.

Had better from yourselves. Used to be one of the best places for bolognese at a decent price too! It was penne and sauce mainly and whatever meat was in that was chewy and disgusting to be honest. Won’t be visiting again unfortunately

Everything was cold, kebab meat was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Seemed more cereal based than actual meat.

Best place I’ve found in town that does delivery. Good hand stretched dough, well portioned and well prepared. Highly recommend.

No herbs that I paid for on the pizza or garlic butter not to keen on the pizza tomato base anymore it doesn’t taste the same think some ingredients have been changed

The mixed special kebab was supposed to come with mushrooms, peppers and onions and two pitta bread. There was only one pitta and not a single bit of the veg as stated. There was two chewy inedible pieces of chicken and the lamb kebab (kofte) looked like half of a chopped up lamb burger. Totally not worth the money, highly disappointed.

The BEST kebabs and cheesy chips in town. Hands down. 👏🏻

First time using this takeaway RECOMMENDED, I ordered 2 Chicken & Mushroom Pizza's and a Chicken Kebab Medium. 1 of the Pizza's for me and the second one was for my guest (extra Jalapeno's) and the chicken kebab was for the second guests. One of the best Pizza's I had, a very light Pizza Dough the tomato base was so tasty and fragrant with fresh basil + chicken breast pieces freshly cooked not frozen tasteless pieces none sense that makes the pizza soggy. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and managed to finish it, not even two slices for tomorrow as usual, it was to top restaurant level. The guests were so impressed and will put a review sometimes. I can blindly recommend this takeaway, customer service top level, very polite attentive to your order and the cooked food was to perfection (The pizza was goldenly cooked not one side cooked and the other half cooked and the other side anaemic and soggy)

Wasn't happy tonight to be told on phone when not wanting salt on kids food not ring up next time to order then when I spoke to the driver he said to phone cause they rather using phone instead of just eat orders I think is wrong if that's the cause take yourself of just eat and take phone calls and collection

I am a regular customer and have asked for a tomatoe garlic bread with the pizza deal the last two times and never got it even though they said they would send it right next time

No pitta bread with a kebab? Really not even a flat bread... literally a quater of a tortilla wrap instead! Go somewhere else that does peoper kebabs as people expect!

As expected the food was piping hot, tasty and full of flavour.

I was again supposed 2 get free garlic bread as I spent over £30 and again never got it

When my food arrived it was aired not hot as the delivery driver didn't even have it in a hot bag and the portion size of the chips was appalling, I have more fingers and toes to the portion that was there. When I phoned up they said all they can do is give me a free portion of chips next time I order (I'm never ordering from thier again) and refused to send a portion straight out

Great food, always lovely. we order most weeks. Although this time Never have I asked for pepperoni on my margarita with mixed peppers as I’m a veggie, I was disappointed they didn’t read the order properly, to find they was pepperoni meat in mine. I Managed to pick it out as we was all hungry. Hope next time it comes correctly. Apart from that we do love it there. 👍

Delivery driver ignored delivery instructions completely and left the food on the floor in a hallway of a building my flat does not have access to. Won't order from them again because the delivery driver didn't read instructions that were written out for him

Really enjoy food from here. Sadly this time though I received a standard large garlic bread instead of the special I ordered with Stilton and tomato. I didn’t let them know since I live a few miles from town and didn’t want to take up more of their time by having them deliver the right one. I’ll leave a note in the special instructions next time to ask them to check it’s the right one. 🙂

The pizza was lively, pasta great but the chicken I paid £8 was burnt to a crisp and looked dry and old . Really was awful and even with the other food tasting good I won't be ordering again .

One of the nicest looking and best cooked pizzas we’ve had for a while. The mushroom Parmesan chicken was flavourful and moist as were the 5 chicken strips.

Would have scored higher but garlic bread was overdone and very dry.

I normally review my takeaways. But! It was amazing 🤩 the chicken tikka was tasty as! The salad 🥗 and sauces were amazing! Loved it! First time ordering here. My only moan is the portions could be a bit bigger as when I order from my usual takeaway I can’t usually eat it all. I smashed this in no bother . Maybe it’s quality over quantity 🤷🏼‍♂️ and also you only get a small Turkish Bread compared to my usual. But like I said ! Was tasty 👅 and I would def order again . Also I’m used to getting lamb shish and donner . Trying to be a little healthier so ordered chicken tikka . Overall! Was a tasty takeaway 🥡 so still happy 😃

This place does a very good chicken kebab, first time trying and I was left very impressed. There's a lot of very nasty take away in Scarborough so this was a massive breath of fresh air. I would recommend this place 100% 👌🏽

Used to be a go to spot for burgers but not after tonight. Shocking. Stuffed burgers was a dry burger with a cheese slice on top and the other burger was missing cheese and relish. Chips looked like they pulled out of the bin and the portion size was awful.

Driver couldn't find us despite confirming the address over the phone many times. He then asked us to collect our order from where he was or alternatively from the shop!!! Finally received our food, 20 mins late & cold. Opened the pizza box to find barely any toppings. Disappointing!

Good food let down by poor delivery service. I spent over £100 I last month at this place. And every delivery was wrong. You would expect a bit of loyalty from a good customer. I will now consider a different takeaway. I pay good and let down from this takeaway. I pay a lot of money to this company. But I'm let down. I shall look elsewhere. They can have my money. .

Really poor delivery service I would not go bk I phoned at 10 and still waiting at 12. I phoned and it was told that there was something wrong with the computer witch did not make sense. The food was okay. If I could give no stars I would

Chanced upon this place looking for food after arriving late in Scarborough. The pizza and garlic bread we ordered was delicious, the staff was very friendly and funny. The price was very good, a fraction of the cost of Dominos up the road, and we didn't have to wait long at all for something freshly prepared and cooked in a traditional style. They have a good selection of soft drinks too.
