The best restaurants in Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

Asked for no onions but gave us onions so my partner could not eat the calzone. Pizza was awful cheese just did not taste of cheese. Left us spending £20 on food for none of us to eat any of it thank you!!!!!!!

Really really unhappy my drinks was spilled all over literally nothing left when he passed me the dripping wet bag. It went all over the McFlurry and all the food was so cold to even touch. And when I sent proof and asked for a refund it got refused and there is no number to ring or another way to talk to someone so not ordering from just eat again. Shocking!!!

Really really lovely stay, the receptionist( was a trainee, can't remember your name sorry! Lovely man) was absolutely lovely and accomodated to all my needs, understood my train was at 3pm so extended my room check out to a further time! 🥰 would really reccomend the service here and the atmosphere is quite quaint. Looking forward to when renovations finish

A quiet Thursday lunchtime and only a few customers so atmosphere doesn't really count, though music was a bit loud it was turned down for us. The food was very good with the fish and chips, houlumi burger and beef burger all getting a thumbs up. Desserts equally good. Service with a smile, so all good on this visit

Every thing is good food and services

Digusting place is the cafe .. one never know a single handed women to serve queues and serve the food in a asda cafe before .. very mucky needs a major clean.. cutlery all mucky and water marked looks awful no little spoons for hot drinks at all.. coffee is terrible like water no butter on breadcakes or given the choice. Cups coffee stains on them menu not in site to be honest it's in need of management to get this mucky place cleaned and sort everything out

Depressing, poorly stocked, surrounded by beggars and now you can't even take baskets out of the shop - I'd give it a miss if there was a genuine alternative, welcome to the 15 minute city...

Food was spot on and delicious. Then a dog arrived and was immediately petted by at least three members of staff. No hand sanitation or washing . Glasses of water and food served . A big no no . Such a shame after the good standard of food but we will not be returning. J

Food takes about 6 years to come

Slightly disappointed today because the black pudding was missing from my monster breakfast (my fav), I also ordered an Apple Juice which was switched for an orange juice due to you running out, would’ve preferred a call to pick an alternative. Rest of the food was spot on though & sausages are always the best from here.

I go KFC Thornbury in Bradford I Oder zinger stacker meal I pay £9.49 my Burger is very cold I go tell , team leader my burger is cold he give me new burger but Burger is our cooked I eat, but I go again teamly tell team leader Burger is our cooked so he says no problem you say it’s cold that’s why I put oil in oil again
