McDonald's in Leeds

Really really unhappy my drinks was spilled all over literally nothing left when he passed me the dripping wet bag. It went all over the McFlurry and all the food was so cold to even touch. And when I sent proof and asked for a refund it got refused and there is no number to ring or another way to talk to someone so not ordering from just eat again. Shocking!!!

Absaloutley bad services been stood wisting to pay for a hour almost just for them to keep ignoring me the worst maccies ever! Just came back on 4/10/24 would give this 0 HORRIBLE got shouted at as I pressed wrong thing and asked for them to switch they blame dme for my learning difficulties and said my dusky and slammed food down lots people noticed it and wasn’t impressed worst place don’t waste your time there horiblw specialy the worker adrianna making me pay for my meal again cause th ey carnt get it right never go there

Courier had been to the wrong address items,were all old. The coke had spilt and gone all over the ice creams

Missing items, especially sauce, had to eat dry nuggets, staff picking up after a few calls, to findout that nothing can be done, thank you

It’s says my delivery was ordered and I didn’t receive anything!! £30 order I want my money back you have delivered it to someone else!!

Ordered Breakfast wrap with No Egg as I’m Allergic. It came with 2 Eggs inside. Yet the label on the wrap clearly states No Egg

Food was cold and just eat refused any compensation again! Doesn't help when they send it on a push bike.

Flat cold hard chips cold nuggets took ages to get here

delivery driver dropped all my food on arrival due to not caring what was in his bag. also took the reciept to stop me getting a refund.

was late didn’t have a clue about anything the driver i could hardly understand he couldn’t speak a word of english barley foods basically cold and soggy missing straws and missing a drink

Ordered sauces didn’t get delivered

Chips were hot. Burgers were cold. 1 x small sauce & not 2 large sauces as ordered with chicken selects - at least this time came as chicken selects and not mozzarella strips. Small mercies l guess.

Fabulous burgers!! Delivered on time. Sent mozzarella dips instead of chicken selects, their salads are really good value.

Happy with the early arrival but then disappointed as there was no cheeseburger in the cheeseburger happy meal. Not great! Luckily said child was happy with some replacement nuggets, phew! Panic over. Still owed a cheeseburger tho please!! Send voucher when possible thanks xx Zara

Delivery time wasn’t that bad but he failed to read the instructions I requested to specifically not knock on the door

Yet again an order has not been received despite being marked delivered on the app. Thought the whole idea of presenting delivery drivers with a code would remove this issue and yet it still appears to happen. When this happened previously (prior to the code requirement) Just Eat sided with the dishonest driver and didn’t refund. Let’s see how this complaint is dealt with when no code has been provided.

Drive through service could have been better to say service with the right attitude was missing service wasn't good .

I order mc Donald's yesterday night and the Uber delivery guy went to the wrong address when I put the correct one in and when he finally arrived the food was cold and the drinks were flat

Gets busy on match days but food is still served relatively quickly. Occasional mistakes on orders but are rectified quickly.

food must have bee prepared as soon as order went in then sat waiting the HOUR for the courier to arrive! every single item off food was freezing cold. The ice in the drinks had even melted because of how long they had been sat waiting. absolutely disgusting. food should be prepared as the courier gets there, not before!! nobody wants to pay £40 for freezing cold and stale food!

Forgot chicken nuggets of the order

Seems like the team at Elland Road have got a little slack recently. We place the same order every Monday and a few weeks ago we received no fries for both meals. Last week a burger was missing and this week it's the mayo chicken and 2 dips.

Very polite staff but not enough tables clean and rubbish left on tables. A lot of staff behind counter but no cleaning staff.

Very friendly staff,i use table service as i have a disability which makes standing a while painful.My coffee comes often with a smile.Very clean restaurant.

It's McDonald's. What more is there to say? The service was quick and efficient.
