Was quiet when we went, food served quick and fresh, 1st time we have called at this one but will return

I go KFC Thornbury in Bradford I Oder zinger stacker meal I pay £9.49 my Burger is very cold I go tell , team leader my burger is cold he give me new burger but Burger is our cooked I eat, but I go again teamly tell team leader Burger is our cooked so he says no problem you say it’s cold that’s why I put oil in oil again

Ordered on just eat, decent delivery time but the food was clap cold, Ordered 2pc chicken and chips, chicken skin which is the best part was over cooked and burnt, and I received 2 pieces that were dry breasts no leg, very disappointed

delivery driver didn't follow instructions to walk up my drive but was helping another resident get in the building so my food was nearly cold

A pretty good kfc compared to some I visited recently. Piping hot and not over cooked.

Missing items on order. Judging by other reviews, this must be the worst KFC in the country. It is about time Just Eat took this restaurant off its account.

£42 on a party bucket,food cold ,forgot the large popcorn chicken and two large gravy was two smal gravy ..after coming home from holiday I couldn't be bothered to chase it up...I didn't even eat it I went to bed

This kfc needs closing down they have give kfc a bad name the food was disgusting Iv just spent £35 my box meal was diabolical the burger was a mess the chicken was the smallest piece in the world plus under cooked the chips was like they been sat there for weeks and the corn on the cob was the worst ever therefore i don’t eat anything I would not be going anywhere near this place ever im a loyal customer at kfc and now it’s totally put me off for life close this place asap Iv tried to ring them and tell them they don’t answer the phone who ever is the manager needs sacking they no cut out for the job and give kfc a bad name

Thank you for a lovely meal. I received exactly what I ordered and paid for within the estimated time. Also didn’t need to chase the delivery guy to the house across the street because the driver today actually read the house number they needed to deliver at. All good!

Just been in and ordered food, brought it home and the chicken in the burger had started to go mouldy, hot wings looked like they were days old all dried up and black

not amused, 1 large popcorn chicken was missing and you took the money for it straight away but doesn't refund it back straight away how convenient.

Ridiculous the chicken in the party bucket were all squashed together and the chips were missing from the order tried to call the restaurant multiple times but there was no answer.

Food came early, but arrived freezing and also there was less food. im very unhappy! £30 worth of food gone to waste.

Burger, Chips & Rice were All Cold by the time it was delivered.

Not sure how food can be cold and burnt at the same time. Chicken was so burnt I chipped a tooth. Chips were basically still frozen and there wasn’t any sauce on the burgers. This was my daughter’s birthday dinner, kids crying now, cheers.

Ordered food at 4:55pm and wasn’t delivered until 6:40pm. Restaurant didn’t answer the phone. All of the food arrived cold.

Arrived over 2 hours late, we cancelled the order after 1.5 hours. It did finally arrive and was the wrong order and also only luke warm. Sent straight back, still awaiting refund

My order was incorrect and while I’m expected to wait for someone to get back to me so I can be refunded we now have nothing to eat. I don’t want kids meals! So then I’m expected to order and pay again while you still have my money for food I didn’t get . I should be able to take the food to the shop and get my order replaced!

i made a request for a chicken burger to be plain which was accommodated - however i ordered sweet chilli chicken bites which were completely forgot off of the order!

Undercooked, slimy, inedible garbage. Why can't they ever get it right? Its not just this place, its most Kfc's but this is one of the worst I've had. Just ate the skin and binned the vile almost raw chicken. If the worlds largest chicken chain can't cook it properly, who can? Its not friggin rocket science.!

The very worst of toilets and they don't bring the food to the table.

Lovely food, but pricey, it states they deliver between 15-30 minutes which isn’t the case, so maybe they could do with updating that. Also not sure why they have removed chips as an option to order from the extra section, especially when the majority of the items are what no one even likes, it would be ideal to add more options. However Excellent service.

Always something missing. I only ordered this particular bucket for the mini fillets and they are missing with them. No one answers the phone, and the bag was open when we received it. This should not be happening.

Food arrived in a right state. the entire contents of the gravy had spilled in the box. won't be ordering from here or using Justeat in the future.

The food was absolutely disgusting they gave me dried out chicken only 6 pieces instead of 8 out of all the chicken only one drumstick was freshly prepared. No chicken popcorn for my kids just loads of chips. When I called thornbury kfc no one answered the phone. Never ordering from there again am surprised with food like that they are still in business.

Every time I order at this branch, i am gauranteed to have at least one item missing. Horrible service and the food standard is not consistant. The management is a joke and the staff are dyslexic.

Visited here on a lunch break and highly unlikely that I will be returning. The food is okay, but not great. Non-existent customer service with rude staff. Staff behind the counter constantly talking to the staff cooking the food. Once the food is ready they simply push it at you across the counter, with no comments or pleasantries (or looking at you).

Rude staff. Left me standing for a good 3-4 minutes. Clearly there conversation is more important than the customers. Also served me my food in a bag with no box…. Yes I’m being serious. This was on Thursday 14/3/24

Food tasted stale. In my meal a piece of chicken was missing, an extra chicken wing was thrown in. Food was all mixed up in different boxes. Chips were not seasoned, mis leading marketing. Food did not sit well, tummy cramps straight after eating! I would not order from this branch again, Horsforth seems better quality and fresher. . Go there.
