KFC Thornbury - Gallagher Leisure Pk in Leeds

chicken was pink in the middle of one of the burgers and fillet chicken burger was chewy.

Never had an issue ordering before, but my order was never delivered.

Food was lovely and hot, and the chicken pieces were a really good size.

Called in with the kids for a quick snack. The staff were very friendly and the food was fast.

They said 19.05 at the latest and it came at 19.40 and it was cold.

Didn’t recieve my delivery the driver must of delivered it to the wrong address

Although the staff seem very polite the food is poor I’m new to the area and have tried ordering from here on two occasions both times chickens barely warm cheese no even melted will be avoiding in future.

Kfc good. But too oily in UK. But dry and crispy in UAE.

driver went on a multi kilometer circuitous route, with multiple stops. when we're literally 2 minutes away. had items missing as well.

Everything was freezing cold and had to be reheated which then made it taste worse so got thrown away.

I’m disappointed food cold missing items an the chicken was so small an one peace was like a nugget peace the staff need to check all bags before sending out this because this isn’t the first time this happened in the past few weeks last time didn’t get chicken the time befor didn’t get my Pepsi and I had to ask the driver this time for the Pepsi it should all come correctly and I also never got a receipt on my bag. Somebody needs to be held accountable for not doing their job correctly.

Once again I ordered 7up and they sent Pepsi. At some point you have to wonder if they even look at the order. Imagine if the person ordering had any issues with either caffeine or sugar

They delivered a can of pop in the middle of my chicken bucket that I didn't ask for. This is in the middle of 3 of the last 4 orders giving me the wrong bottle of drink, as if it's hard for them to read English

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. The food quality was poor, the customer service was lacking, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming.

Took over 1.5hrs just to get KFC. Preparation time kept changing then delivery time kept changing. When collected by driver it took over 25 minutes to deliver when the restaurant is only 10 minutes away from my home. On arrival the food was flat cold. Not good. 2 hungry children upset. Never again.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but we rarely get KFC and for the two orders we have placed in the last fortnight to have items missing when delivered is extremely disappointing. The first time I brushed off as an honest mistake but we've just ordered again tonight and same exact thing. Placed orders (20/01) and (29/01), and both deliveries have had popcorn chicken missed from the order, the item specifically chosen for/by my young children. Children who don't cope well with any spice so both times now they've had to make do with chips and sweet corn

Having two access doors is unnecessary, as they are manually operated and not wheelchair-friendly. The doors often get stuck and make squeaky noises, making it difficult for my children to open them because they are so heavy. KFC could improve by installing sensor-operated automatic doors, which would enhance accessibility for wheelchair users and be more child-friendly.

You never seem to get your drinks or full meal ordered. I don’t understand how you can miss off chips and the chicken!!!!

Did not receive what we ordered, instead of 2 corn and 2 rice we received 4 gravy with our 10 piece chicken box. Which was also cold due to the late delivery, sweet chilli chicken was cold the 4 chicken strips was also cold. My wife order through the KFC app.

The food was very oily and extra salty, chip were really bad, was my 1st time there with my wife and kids, it will be the last also, will recommend my family and friends nothing to come here either, as it was my 1st time here, wasn't sure if the food is supposed to be like this, spoke to some people who have been here before and they said it shouldn't, if I had known, I wouldnt have come here or would have mentioned it to the staff for a refund or exchange for something else

Missing items so very unhappy with my order

I had a sudden urge for some crispy KFC, so off I went to this outlet. The staff were great but it's a bit of a soulless place. The chicken skin was soggy, so I was a bit deflated, not what I remembered or wanted. Shame

Unfortunately not too happy with my order today normally absolutely love this KFC , ordered extra sauces to get no dips at all and both our large mashes had barely anything in them at all to say we paid £35 for the boneless including delivery we should expect to get everything we have paid for. Sorry KFC :(

£26 for approx 20 fries for 2 people cold so thrown away burger and wrap warm and at best just acceptable.

I had a terrible experience at the KFC in Thornbury. My wrap was wrapped disgustingly, with everything spilling out, and to top it off, there was no chicken inside! It was an absolute mess, and the staff didn’t seem to care when I pointed it out. The service was slow, and I had to wait far too long for a simple fix. This location clearly needs to improve its attention to detail and customer service. Definitely not coming back. One particular staff member, a lady with hijab and glasses, was unprofessional and unhelpful.
