Ordered from here last night first time ordering as we was at a friends all I can say is spot on beautiful food hopefully these deliver to ls13 would deffo recommend and would also use again

Fantastic local takeaway. Really lovely food at a great price. Drivers always drop food off with a smile. They even sorter my order out after I accidentally ordered it twice with no questions just super helpful and kind. I love this place! 10/10!🙂Keep up the good work guys.

Absolutely love this place Never had a issue, always comes piping hot and fresh, tasty and delicious, very reasonable pricing, we are regulars, order least once a week, when we have company over from other cities we order from here and they always love the food, we always try and boost this place when people ask for recommendations, only fault is would love a loyalty card or sumit lol but can live without it with the pricing been so good 😊

Nasty cheap flavourless food. Ordered a Gyros wrap, the wrap was filled with very salty chips, I opened it to take them out leaving hardly no meat at all. No lettuce had to add my own. Then the whole wrap was just salt, salt and more salt. Not sure if this was salt from the added chips or the meat itself. They clearly only add chips to the wrap so they don't use as much meat. The wrap is advertised as a burst of flavours in your mouth, not advertised with chips at all. Absolutely rubbish

Shocking behaviour from a person called Mike. I had waited over 70 minutes for my delivery. I called to see where it was. I was screamed at by a very abusive Mike who yelled he was cancelling my order, which then turned up 1hr40mins after order which I was told had be cancelled by the charming Mike so was refused and returned.We have spent £100's here. Never ever again disgusting customer service. I will be stopping my card payment . Avoid this rude aggressive man.

Food is good.but park your car at own risk as there drivers will try to get out of paying for damages when there rear end your car. Update: we did speak about the incident a while ago. If you remember I decided to not bother with the insurance and then took my car to a body shop which cost £50, your driver agreed to pay me back which he still hasn’t. This bares the question “what if the shoe was on the other foot”. I have learnt an important lesson from this.

Tea sorted, couldnt decide between hot dog or pizza but gone for pizza and am not disappointed, gorgeous!

The last 10 years I have used si sis on a regular basis, the standard of the food and service has got to a all time low, you do not need to tell me to go anywhere else as I will be doing that anyway so u don't need to tell me.

Food took 1.5 hours to arrive and was freezing cold when it did. Paid £3 for delivery and driver still asked for £2 more. Won’t be returning here

This is not the first time I have made a comment about the wine they sell. Tonight I ordered wine with my food and specifically asked in the comment section not to send a particular brand . What turned up? the wine I asked not to come with my order. When I phoned to try and explain that the wine was not what I wanted, the response was "we don't read the comments". So I have paid for 2 x bottles of unpalatable red wine. The food is good, the delivery is good, the wine is terrible and customer service needs a little more training..

Tried Sisi pizza for the first time, got the curry deal and one best I've had from a takeaway. From the time of order was at my door within in 30 mins, definitely recommend Sisi pizza

Twice we have ordered food and both times the food was warm but last night we also found a hair on one of the pizzas. After spending over £40 one would expect better service. We called to complain and explained we aren't after any free food. We were told they would speak to the manager. It's a shame as we used to love Si Si but we won't be ordering anymore food from them...

I ordered 2 pizzas tonight and I was impressed,very tasty ,fresh ingredients and a crusty base.

Ordered and payed online for my food and delivery. When the driver got to my door he demanded another £2 for delivery. Made me feel a little intimated being a woman in the house by myself. I stated I had already paid for delivery online which I checked and I did and he stated it wasn’t enough. So £23 all together luckily I had some change. The prawns were ok, batter crispy but the prawns were overcooked and mushy inside. The gyros was rank. It was all cold chips undone and the chicken was greasy and inedible. The salad on it was old and limp. I felt sick instantly after eating. Milkshake was the only thing that was nice. Would not recommend again.

Food arrived cold and when called to complain was told the food was cold because "it is cold outside!" . They graciously offered a 10% discount on my next order, meaning I'd have to spend more money on cold food to be compensated. Only when I said this wasn't good enough was I offered a replacement that I'd probably have to wait another 45 minutes for! Good job I like airfried reheated food!! **Retracted as even air fried this was barely edible!** UPDATED 6th Dec in reply to the diabolic response from the "owner"! It was NOT 20% offered, it was indeed 10% and I dont appreciate being called a liar. The fact I hung up after saying "I won't be ordering from you again" and without you having to actually provide me with a fresh order or taking any "future" discount is clear testament I was not "out for a free meal", as you so claim. I WAS a genuine paying customer and have been for a number of years but will not be anymore and I will make this to known to anyone I know uses your services!! Your reply to not just mine, but other customer reviews is deplorable and as the "owner" should probably be ashamed of your clear lack of customer service skills! Happily taking my business elsewhere!

I don't understand how they forget a garlic sauce but when u order a kebab with sauce and no sauce makes the deal a disaster also to put some food in a box that sticks to box when open and half of cheese on box is not good

Really good food and not bad priced

The thing they call burrito isn’t a burrito. My colleague recommended this place and said the burrito was nice but it only had chicken and rice, I looked up the dish so I am not making a mistake saying It probably should have included fresh lettuce, tomatoes, beans or anything that is vegetable and crunchy and brings more texture to the burrito. The loaded fries were really nice though. I am not quite sure I will order again.

Just one word can describe my pizza 'AMAZING'

Used to be a go to place. But as of late prices have shot up and rightfully so but toppings or / fillings are poor. More mushrooms and cheese as apossed to salami pepperoni etc. You get my drift# sort it si si.

Mine and my daughter's new favourite takeaway! Extremely satisfied with the food and service. Highly recommend

I have just placed an order and paid for it online and had the delivery driver woman ask me at the door for more money saying I didn't pay for the delivery fee when I did online and she was like if I don't get another £1.50 I've to take the food back when I paid online and then gave her £1 and I'm disgusted yes the food I can't fault but the delivery driver needs sacking,I knw she probs wanted a tip cos she probs don't get paid much for delivering the food but due to this I won't be ordering from yous again

Hey just ordered here - feeling rubbish tbh heard nothing but good stuff about this place I asked for a well done pepperoni deep pan pizza -I got this -having to stick In the oven to cook it a little bit more -very greasy and my chips were really hard and scraggy ones feeling let down just cost me £20 for a pizza and fries not happy Tried to ring but can't get through tried 6 x

Just avoid this place. Every time we order something they always make mistake, always something missing. Quite often they will forget yours chips. Your burger will be cold. Sometimes we order only because delivery is fast, going that this time everything will be fine and we are always disappointed. Tonight was the last time. There is so many better takeaways in the area. Avoid this one!

Ordered a takeaway from Sisi Pizza last night for family while I was away. Shockingly bad service! Will never use them again!! Order went in 7pm and I paid by card. I called them at 8.30pm because the food hasn’t arrived and I was told they were busy and it was on its way. By 9.30pm they said the card was declined. I explained the money had come out of my bank?! Then they said the money would go back in today - contradicting the earlier statement of it being declined?! They wouldn’t listen, tried to make me pay again then said the order was cancelled. My husband gave up on it and home cooked something instead. At 11pm there was a knock on the door and they gave him the order - this was wasted as my daughter had gone to bed. I spoke to the manager today and he was shouting over me and very rude! He said you got your food so that’s it! Wow - never heard of anything like it!

We ordered this evening. The food came hot and quickly which was great however the halloumi fries really didn’t taste like halloumi. They were definitely cheesy but not the squeaky texture expected. The burger was ok and the curry were tasty (according to my partner).

I have never eaten here but the response to the zero stars are immaculate and entertained me for a good 30 minutes. Anyway, can you pick up coz you keep not answering and I wanna try your scran. Thanks lad.

Been ordering from Sisi for years the food is absolutely amazing! Staff are so lovely and welcoming! You honestly can’t get the food guilty and service from any other takeaway!

If I could give zero stars for the shocking customer service I have just experienced from one male in the shop I would. Sisi is always our go to takeaway and order from them regularly but tonight will definitely be the last. Whilst trying to order food my card declined so we tried again and nothing was said and this one male answered the phone to take another order so me and my partner sat down waiting for food, 15-20 mins later the same male asked if we wanted to try again. We assumed the order had gone through after not being asked to try again. Whilst most members of staff was standing rounding eating and another male picking cheese from the side with his bare hands and putting it back into the pot which is not hygienic at all! The attitude received from the same male after my partner had asked why we had just been sat after not being told that the card had declined again was shocking. Abuse was made towards us by this male and was so impolite. Just disgraceful after using the takeaway for many many years.

If i could give 0 stars then I would, placed a order didn't turn up, requested a refund this was over 2 weeks ago, still no refund 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Aviod at all costs, chicken tikka dry as a 'carrs water biscuit'🤣.... Naans are so dry it just crumbles on your lap, used to be a ok for kebabs, must have changed chefs 🤮

I can not believe tonight I ordered for a delivery im a non driver ap why on earth id order a collection is beyond me ! Was told 45 mins for delivery they knew my address to get called up to ask why I hadnt collected my order..urm because it was a delivery the new menu was delivered literally 2 days ago and I ended up paying more the food was lovely but the attitude wasn't looks like we arnt ordering again..the phone line when you call is absolutely shocking its so hard to hear but there's no way I said collection really not impressed

Ordered a turk mixed kebab. Woke up at 4am the following morning with severe food poisoning I'm still sick 2 days later. Won't be ordering again.

***Edit*** Hate to say this but the last few times we have ordered from here the chips have been disgusting, stank and tasted of old cooking oil, had to be thrown away both times. Still enjoy the wraps but having to throw half the meal away isn't ideal. Good variety on the menu with something for everyone. The food is always delivered in a timely manner and is always nice and warm when it arrives. The food always tastes great and is excellent value for money. Definitely recommended!

Orderd food tonight arrived flat cold burger was cold cheese on the chips wasnt even melted says it all and the Turkish kebab was very poor portion for the price customer service was very rude. Wouldnt exchange food or refund

Ordered burger and chips. The burger is fine, the chips however are not cooked and they say chips are seasoned but mine are plain and chewy

I ordered 3 burger and fries one of them was a chilli burger or supposed to have been but there was virtually no chilli on it , also all 3 lots of fries were disgusting like chewing rubber. Not impressed at all.

This takeaway used to be very nice as we used them all the time. Over 5 orders cinnamon was overpowering the flavour of the rice and the curries, I spoke to Mo the owner and gave him customer feedback but has fallen on deaf ears as to again I ordered a curry and was told by them that ALL THE MEAT is flavoured with cinnamon, I ordered a mince curry and it was fine, but the pillow rice was over powering with guess what? Yes cinnamon, it’s not authentic, also the Margarita pizza was dry. I’m afraid that was the last time we use them

Ordered for the first time in ages this evening. The food was lovely, tasted fresh and there was tons of it. The main reason I am posting this review is that my friend paid and hadn’t realised he’d given the guy twenty six pounds instead of sixteen. The delivery guy came back to the house to let him know. I’m really impressed with his honesty. Thank you mate, much appreciated. I’m not sure many would have done that. I wish I’d asked your name. Si Si Pizza, this young man is a brilliant employee.

I am Italian and very critical about food. Sisi Pizza is the best take away in Leeds. Always fresh food, fast and efficient. Drivers always polite. Strongly adviced. Chicken Ceaser Bacon top ok the list!!!

I have been using si si pizzas for over 2 years now and on a regular basis, sometimes 5 days a week because I work late. To my horror on the 9/4/2021 they brought out a new menu and the price of their burgers have gone up. My usual 1/2lb bacon cheese burger has gone from £4.40 to £6.10. I rang the shop to find out if this was correct and the girl who answered asked her manager if it was right. Her manager told her the cost of ingredients had gone up. Surely this is not right, a £1.70 increase is far too much. I told them they had lost a good customer because I am not paying them prices. They would have quite easily got a 4 or 5 star rating from me, but not now.

Best kebab I've found so far in leeds. I recommend the Turkish mixed kebab if you want to try abit of everything

Ordered Online for my food to be delivered. Rang back an hour and 20 minutes later enquiring where my food was to be told that I put it down for collection only and that it would cost an extra £1 for a driver to deliver it. First of all I never ordered for collection only, they checked on the system and said that I did indeed order for delivery but that I would still need to pay the extra £1. After me contesting this they was adamant I would still have to pay the extra £1 and apologised saying that this apparently happens all the time. So I paid the extra over the phone by card. 15 minutes later my food arrives with the driver demanding £1, I told him I had payed over the phone and he said he wasn't aware of this. So I then had to ring them back with the driver stood there just to confirm that I had payed, bearing in mind it took me 5 minutes to get through because the phone kept getting put down. Shocking customer service I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DISGRACE OF A TAKEAWAY AGAIN!!!
