Ordered for delivery, driver refused to drive down the track leading to our property which vehicles use all day long. Meaning that we never received our order and were simply told we'll be issued a refund.

We ordered various items and on their website stated dietary requirements. The items arrived normally, with both cheese and mayo included.. which we specifically requested to be excluded. When we spoke to the shop to get the items replaced.. they denied there was a problem, then they blamed their website, then blamed us for not ordering correctly. The patronising way he spoke to us was out of order, We won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered food that took an hour to leave the restaurant. Everything was soggy and the wrap was super spicy (not mentioned in the description) I also paid for whipped cream on my milkshake (didn't get my straws either) but I can't tell if it melted in since the milkshake was fully melted and the toppings were separated. I'll update if I actually get food poisoning

Just ordered some kebab and chips, and kebab was cut into small pieces? I’ve never seen that before, clearly they must re heat the food … after a 10 minute walk everything was cold also, I thought I’d give this place another go but not again now.

Properly worse service iv ever encountered

Only rated it 1 star so I could do a review. Spent more or less £50 for a meal and drinks. The big breakfast which I ordered came with the fries missing so had to ask for them. The mushrooms were black blobs. The tomato looked shrivelled and I know it was called an “all day” breakfast but I didn’t expect it to have been cooked and kept all day then served. The beans were room temperature. Bacon looked like a pigs ear I serve my dog. Bean juice on side of plate had solidified. I mentioned it to a waiter who took it away and returned within a couple of mins with fresh mushrooms but everything else was the same. What a waste of money. I managed to eat some as I was hungry but left the rest . When the plates were eventually removed I said it hadn’t been nice and was told it was fresh but it wasn’t and he said he’d speak to the manager which I saw him speak to someone but never heard anything. I don’t mind paying for decent meals but this wasn’t and would not recommend

I hope you read the reviews first because I didn't!!!! Absolutely shooking!!! Forget one of the curry sauces and the other sauce looks runny, watery and I've never tasted a horrible curry sauce before like this! and the food looked awful. After fidnign the reviews alone I really didn't want to eat it. So I put it straight in the bin!! The delivery driver didn't know where lived and took a long time to find my address telling me to walk the street for him! It's a takeaway for a reason you come to me! I've never done a review before for just eat but I have now!!! Do not order

Lovely, friendly staff. Especially the young brunette girl, very smiley and friendly! Food was great and quick service. Would 100% come back!!

It has to be one of the worst kfc I have ever eaten in. I'm not a bit fast food fan and had a few hours to kill in Leeds centre. Food arrived promptly but did not resemble the pictures on the wall by any shape. The wings were the greasiest I have had the displeasure to eat, the chips, what were there, dry and spotted with black. My chicken burger with a bit of flacid salad was at best average. The chef de partie came out front to empty bins. No doubt in appreciation of his loving clientele. I hope he washed his hands afterwards. Not a cheap experience nor one I shall be repeating.

We have ordered from here loads of times in the past, then the most recent time we ordered on their app, they immediately took the money but never confirmed the order. Neither number that they have online work, so I have been unable to contact them, and the food never turned up.

Muy grosero no tenía su placa de identificación puesta. Le pregunté por su nombre. Él no lo dio. Dije que puedo pedir esto. Él fue, tienes que hacerlo a través de la máquina. Ordered a chicken kebab on naan … never got the naan bread, all I got was a thick and dense pitta bread and not the light proper naan I was expecting. This isn’t the first time this has happened, should have thought better but gave them the benefit of the doubt … they either need to up their game or completely revamp their menu as I won’t be ordering from here again …. Very disappointed

An hour and half wait food came cold burger was raw in the middle only cooked on the outside chicken tikka was raw inside wrap full of oil chicken burger was hard never known it to be bad normally a great takeaway but not even cooking food properly and the wait is ridiculous very rude on the phone aswel definitely won’t be ordering again
