It has to be one of the worst kfc I have ever eaten in. I'm not a bit fast food fan and had a few hours to kill in Leeds centre. Food arrived promptly but did not resemble the pictures on the wall by any shape. The wings were the greasiest I have had the displeasure to eat, the chips, what were there, dry and spotted with black. My chicken burger with a bit of flacid salad was at best average. The chef de partie came out front to empty bins. No doubt in appreciation of his loving clientele. I hope he washed his hands afterwards. Not a cheap experience nor one I shall be repeating.

Popped in here after a show. Only after ordering did we notice how dirty the place was. Other peoples cartons just left on tables with half eaten food on the floor and table areas. We got our food EVERYTHING was cold, the chicken was dry, rolls stale and felt like it was cooked hours ago and dumped on the side. We would have complained but the fact there were 4 young girls on the front who looked like they were just old enough to work and the queue we ended up binning £20 of food and left. Utter shambles

Got Uber eats from this KFC, came cold and they forgot our gravy that was part of the meal. Rang both Uber driver and KFC to get our gravy both ignored the calls. Refuse to eat this cold dry kfc without the gravy night ruined

I called into KFC to order a WOW Box. On giving my order, the rude young girl automatically used the 'card only' till despite me holding the cash in my hand. She then told me it was 'card only' at which point I stated I was paying by cash. She never at any time asked 'cash or card'? Another member of staff got involved at which point I paid. I waited for my order only to discovere that it had been placed on ther counter without my being informed. Eventually I was told 'that's yours'. This KFC needs avoiding until staff are taught customer service.

I visited on the 12th of December around 5:20pm to grab some dinner after work before heading home as I found a deal on studentbeans for KFC. I stood in the queue to order and noticed that the girl at the till was slouching, rolling her eyes and yawning repeatedly in customer’s faces I understand being tired but when u have a job you have to just deal with it, I’ve worked in fast food full time before at McDonalds, I understand the stress and tiredness that can be caused from working nonstop all day but she needs to stop the attitude and at least try to pretend, her tone was very rude when speaking to the customers in front of me, despite their politeness and when I tried to ask her for help with the discount on my KFC app she looked me right in the eye and the only word I got out was “how” before she turned to her employees and said “I’m going to the toilet thanks” and I stood at the counter for a while waiting to receive help from any other worker but nobody bothered, a very disappointing and embarrassing experience the food was fine they didn’t have milkshakes and one of the worker’s made me an ice cream in replacement she seemed lovely and helpful but that’s about the only positive I have to say

Served by a very rude trainee member of staff. She was arguing with her seniors in front of customers. She has a serious attitude problem. If she is going to be front of house after her training wait for the complaints. What an awful girl she is. The food was served by a different member of staff who was lovely and so was the food. this is what trip advisor is about. No complaints apart from her the food was well enjoyed.

Pub hopping around this part of town my twin brother Stephen and I thought it prudent to get some food in us to soak up the beer and so we dropped into this KFC. Typical KFC, neat and tidy, light and airy and plenty of seating options. We ordered a chicken burger and fries ,service was quick and the staff surprisingly pleasant, we munched on our burger and fries which to be honest were really good, tasty,filling and green value for money, all in all a very positive visit to this KFC outlet which is easy to locate along Merrion Street. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in need of a quick munch on a sneaky burger meal 😋

It was a cool, frosty day. The air cold on my lungs.I entered the establishment. It was filled with the screams of horrified cocks and hens. Chickens being slaughtered alive, the drains gurgling with blood. I selected my prey, a big cock named Arnold. He looked tender, I yearned for him.They snapped his neck, ripped his guts out and grilled him. His skin fried, and it fried good. What a succulent meal.Me and the lads are coming back for more.

I was ill and was craving boneless chicken and so visited KFC. I nearly bought the family bucket just for myself but went for a more reasonable size portion as I didn't want to make it look like I was trying to food binge but what I got to eat was just wicked.

WE ENTERED AT 1.00a few in front,when it got to our turn we had our money taken,and were then asked if we minded waiting 10 minutes,to witch my fiance said we've paid.after keeping not just the customers waiting but the delivery man the same. When food eventually came there was no here's a drink as an apology,or a extra piece of chicken for your long wait.To add insult to injury the food was leaking oil ,we had to squeeze the oil out into the bucket,and dry with serviette,The chips were dry,and like shards.we were both angry,and thoroughly unfulfilled.tell your kitchen staff to get there act together,and recognize the flow, and times of custom. Purchased a couple of large chicken buckets and whilst the young girl was in the middle of serving us (and during her trying to ask us particulars of our order and during payment) another male assistant was flirting outrageously with her and distracting her, making her giggle and hindering her taking our order which took far longer to complete that normal. I did not look amused throughout and think I said "Shall I come back later when you're both done?" so she tried to stay on task but he was ignorant and kept asking her personal questions, making physical contact when she tried to ignore him whilst serving but he kept up with the advances and kept nudging her until she turned round to tell him to pack it in (and starting to look annoyed). He was idle throughout, not even pretending to be working and was obviously much older than the girl so should know better! My son went back up to get a couple of Krushems and was met with the same as well as being overcharged for the drinks which was on offer but she did not apply the offer which we didn't realise until he noticed it on his account). Needless to say, we have not been back since!

Vine aquí después del trabajo y llevé la comida a casa, cuando volví me di cuenta de que habían pedido mal y volví a la tienda. En lugar de disculparme, trataron de echarme la culpa a mí mismo, y les expliqué que solo quería reemplazar la comida. El supervisor bajó y dijo que podía reemplazar, cuando llegué a comerlo, estaba INCORRECTO de nuevo. Ojalá hubiera tomado una foto de cómo era la comida porque no hubo ningún esfuerzo y no es exactamente barata.

We only have ourselves to blame!! The service was unfriendly and incredibly slow. The food was bland and badly cooked... and certainly no happiness in the experience. Don't bother!!

Fuimos a la estación de Leeds KFC el 3 de octubre, qué error, ordenamos un cubo mixto con trozos de pollo, tiras y alas, en primer lugar, no sé qué tipo de pollo usan, pero he visto más carne en una Paloma, las costillas servían como trozos de pollo, 2 piezas eran un ala con tal vez un 10 ° pecho pegado, las alas picantes estaban poco cocidas y las tiras sabían como si hubieran estado afuera por horas, y la mejor parte es que he tenido dolores de estómago y sentí que lo haré desde entonces. Necesitaba un almuerzo rápido para alimentar al bebé. Que a la puerta, pero bajó bastante rápido. El personal es muy amable. Decepcionado con el tamaño de la hamburguesa zinger ya que parece ser de menor tamaño. Definitivamente necesitan mejorar la zona de asientos, inicialmente pasamos el restaurante 3 veces esperando una mesa. Finalmente logramos obtener una mesa, pero no fue

visité este lugar el 15/07/2017 alrededor de las 11 pm por la noche después de viajar todo el día pedí 2 filetes y volví al hotel situado a 2 minutos de distancia. La comida estaba fría como la piedra y no había bollos de lechuga como los de cartón. ahora llovía con lluvia envió 2 correos electrónicos de queja pidiendo que le devolvieran el dinero pero me dijeron que no la política de la compañía a menos que regresara a la tienda pero se disculpó y dijo que el personal recibiría los comentarios lo siento pero que no fue lo suficientemente bueno

Pedimos una comida de 3 piezas y como se puede ver en las fotos que me dieron una pieza en bruto, la tienda era desordenada, pollo en el piso, etc.

Good food, if you want a snack, there is indoor seating if you want to rest your legs. This is a very busy outlet, serves was pretty good.

Visité aquí para una hamburguesa de pollo y fue una experiencia horrible en todos los aspectos. Al intentar pagar con mi tarjeta de crédito, solicite un recibo de la tarjeta 4 veces y se negaron a darme uno - diciendo que no sabían cómo utilizamos la máquina! Cuando llegamos, la hamburguesa de mi pollo era horrible y acabé poniendo más de lo mal que estaba. No visitar aquí!

Visitamos este KFC con mi pareja y nuestra hija de 2 años, que tenía su hijo con ella. Las mesas estaban llenas de bandejas de comida parcialmente comido y bandejas. El personal del mostrador era una mujer preguntó si 1. Botella 5 l de Pepsi llegaron con una comida que ella dijo sí cubo. Después de un largo extrae experiencia pedir la comida debido a su falta de inglés no teníamos Pepsi. Al preguntar ella cambió su mente y dijo que no es un tema aparte del pago. Pagamos £1. 19 y otro miembro del personal dijo no manager en y señaló información inútil en la pared para enviar los comentarios. Después de todo el jaleo como los armarios enfriador no tienen yogur en ellos para la comida para niños, tuvimos que volver por salsa de tomate nos gustaría pedir. Las patatas estaban frías. Habitación de los hombres, que no tenían jabón suave resto o papel higiénico. Mi consejo es ir a alguien que habla inglés básico y llegar a llevar. O quizás vaya a otro lugar. En una nota, el pollo estaba bueno!

I think it is testament to how terrible this place is, that I've made an account here purely to write this review. If i could give it a -5 rating I would...Waited 35 minutes for the food I had paid for, they wouldn't change it so I could get out quicker. The staff couldn't care less, one woman was walking around eating a wrap whilst handling chicken and I saw some of it drop in food ready to be served. A gentleman who was waiting asked a question and was a member of staff made a racist remark about him under her breath!!!Needless to say I wasn't happy when I did get my food - only to find out when I got in the car half of it was missing and it was also cold. I didn't even want to go back in that place to get the stuff I had paid for, or even change it for a hot meal.Absolute disgrace, I've never ever experienced anything like it. I hope this place gets shut down because it needs to!!!

Realmente bonito, tuberías calientes (en realidad se quemó al final de mi lengua jajaja lo hambriento que estaba realmente muy grandes pero cola sirvieron un poco rápidamente aunque la gente puede empujar con cómo se forma. No hay mucho descanso. Nadie limpiar las mesas. Muy apretado y el wc - wow, no creo que podría matar una ronda rata en nunca la mente de un gato y no había papel higiénico, así que no podía usar el baño. Magnífica comida, así que ¿por qué tienes un 4 estrellas pero realmente - dar algunos de los millones de desempleados un trabajo y quizás buenas clasificaciones fluya!!

The place is filthy and service is non-existent. Unhealthy food served in an unhealthy environment by people who couldn't care less.

I love KFC but this place lacks service. You are always waiting around for your food and twice I have taken my orders home where I have had items missing. There are far better other restaurants around the same vicinity and much better quality.

Let me begin by saying this KFC was the one in the Leeds city centre next to the merrion centre. The address is 76-78 merrion street.I went into this shoddy KFC on the 18th of June, its run by rude Asians. You'd mistake this dive for a crummy cheap and nasty takeaway, full of litter all over the tables and urine all over the toilet floor.I asked for a super charger (sub) meal as per the photo above the tills. I also asked for a Pepsi with no ice. What I ended up with wasn't a sub in any way shape or form, it was a single circular bun with one piece of sorry looking chicken in it. The chips were also well done and looked like they'd been reheated for 5 hours.I went back to the till and advised the Asian guy that served me that I had asked for a super charger meal, he said thats what I got.Rather than him even bother to open the box he decided to argue with me and said that they nolonger do the subs. If its advertised as a sub I expect it to at least have length to it, what I got was circular. Are they seriously having a laugh?The guy serving me asked if I wanted something else instead so I suggested a zinger tower burger. After I'd heard the Asian KFC staff slagging me off in the kitchen, saying how I'd come back again and ask for something else regardless and hearing one of them shout "the customer is always right" I eventually got what can only be described as absolute garbage. I've taken a photo of it so you can decide for yourselves if what I got was a zinger tower meal worth £5.I didn't get any kind of apology and I don't appreciate their lousy staff treating paying customers like they're scum of the earth. They didn't bother giving me a receipt so I getting get the guys name that served me.I wont be coming back here again and I'll be telling my staff not to come here again either, there are plenty of other awful grotty takeaways in leeds to choose from. The staff are rude and the whole place lacks any kind of authority, there doesn't appear to ever be a boss in there that cares about the p1ss poor customer service snd that state if the tables covered in litter, absolutely disgusting place and staff.

this place was a dump and loos had urine on the floor. they was sauce all over the tables. squashed food on the floor. 9 out 10 vacant tables where full of rubbish and nothing was cleaned when we there staff just stood around looking the filth hole!

I had a hankering for KFC after a long day at work. However this place was so disgusting that I would not even enter through the doors!! There was food on the floor, trash all over, and people waking out saying they need to clean up!! If this kFC cleans up their act the food would be acceptable.

I have avoided KFC for a while having had a poor experience at one previously. The friends I was with insisted on the basis of convenience, and I reluctantly agreed to go in for a belly filler.I was surprised to admit that the chicken pieces I was quickly served with were moist, tasty and "moreish" - so much so that I ordered another 3 pieces and "pigged out".Quality control seems to have improved since my previous experience I am pleased to say, and I wo't be a reluctant to go in one, as previously.

Small restaurant. Not many places to sit in and eat. Food hot as always. I believe this KFC also deliver through an outside company which is great news. Gets very busy on a weekend though.

It was a very disgusting service made by the KFC I paid the bill for the jumbo chicken pack with some fries and coke and I paid the bill after 10 min I have got my ordered stuff.

For first of all I had to clean my own table before I sat down.Few hours after having a meal in this place, I start having a bad headache and funny feeling in my stomach.Same night I couldn't sleep because I spent all night in a toilet being sick.

I can't believe that this establishment hasn't received any more reviews because i personally would want the knowledge to know that i shouldn't go to this KFC. It is absolutely atrocious and an abomination to KFC's worldwide! Me and my girlfriend love KFC and this one severely dented our impressions of the chain. Upon arrival we were served by a foreign woman who had no manners what so ever and had no patience for me, the customer, when i tried to emphasise i wanted an 'original toasted twister' not the 'pulled chicken twister with cheese' she kept repeating. She kept speaking to us in a foreign language after we politely asked her "could you repeat that please?" when she asked us a question, i still don't know what she asked...she just walked away and tended to our order. The order was correct but the food was awful. The fries were soggy and the usual dark brown gravy was light in colour, smelt rotten and had pieces of chicken inside. I opened my cold toasted twister not only to find un-fresh salad but also to find that the two chicken breast fillets you're promised with this wrap was actually ONE chicken breast fillet clearly cut in half by a knife. I mean, the audacity right?! Me and my girlfriend laughed and promised never to return to that KFC. Instead the following day we had a Nando's which was much better! Oh well, at least the drinks were ok!

The facilities were unclean, others left overs left on tables, the bins full to overfull! The food was piping hot. On my second visit, the facilities were half closed off, staff didnt want me to eat in, Did'nt expect KFC in Leeds to be any different from London, both visits unsatifactory! BOO
