Feedo's in Leeds

We ordered various items and on their website stated dietary requirements. The items arrived normally, with both cheese and mayo included.. which we specifically requested to be excluded. When we spoke to the shop to get the items replaced.. they denied there was a problem, then they blamed their website, then blamed us for not ordering correctly. The patronising way he spoke to us was out of order, We won’t be ordering from them again.

Such a tale of deception. The starters I ordered were lovely. It I ordered popadoms. I paid for popadoms... when I picked my order up the guy said "the popadoms are in the bag" after opening it up the bag there were no popadoms... so I phoned up and the guy just said "we don't do popadoms, we can give you discount next time"... how much money do they make from people who forget about the 60p or don't care... absolute fraud!

After a few months ago of them taking 2.5 hours to get a pizza delivered and being blatantly lied to about delivery we haven’t returned. So tonight we thought we’d give it a go thinking they’d had a bad day but I will never be returning again … staff are Rude and aggressive and swearing in front of customers. Got our order totally wrong and telling us we lied about our order! We went across the road and got the same for cheaper and better quality and actually what we ordered!!

We’ve been having feeds since they opened but after tonight’s performance never ever again will I order food from them . Ordered food at around 18:30 eventually turned up at 20:00 food was cold curry tasted awful not the usual standard rang them to complain all we got was the manager is not in ring back tomorrow

Will not be ordering from here again lack of respect for customers driver was rude am arrogant and swore ! 😠

Absolutely appalling customer service. I will never use them again. To be fair their food is good but as a man of principle they have lost my custom for life. Got my order wrong and unwilling to put it right as in their words we are too busy. Bad customer service is remembered long after good customer service is forgotten.

First time I’ve ordered from here, and it won’t be the last! The food is absolutely amazing, delivery was quick and the food was hot! I’ve recommended to all my friends and will definitely be eating here again!
