Lovely, friendly staff. Especially the young brunette girl, very smiley and friendly! Food was great and quick service. Would 100% come back!!

Awful. Paid 1.69 for tap water and was told they had to charge if I wanted it "in a cup". The staff were rude and unhelpful.

I asked if I could have a meal without the drink and could i have 2 hot wings instead (i have had this many times) and was told that if i did not have the drink OR the fries then i could have 2 hot wings instead. The person who served me was very rude and arrogant.

Went 4 times this week for vegan burger which you can get at any other KFC. Once again they didn't have any. Offered me chicken!!! Then a rude young man said ,,,,'we don't cook them at this time', it was just after 7.30pm. False advertising on their web site as nothing to suggest they cook any vegan at all in this KFC.

Rude workers, terrible waiting time when not even busy, food was cold. Owner has been working there for over a decade and yet is still awful. Staff were arguing and forgetting which order was which. No organisation. Worst KFC i've been to. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Terrible customer service very rude owner who just ties to rush you...and once again gravy missing from order when i got home, ended up making some thick bisto...much better anyway!!

The slowest serving time ever experienced in a KFC and followed up by a complete disregard for social distancing. The eldest of the females serving has a horrendous attitude. There is one serving till and one collection point less than 2 meters apart. A couple were stood at the collection point and I was at the pay point. The woman said “ move over to collection!” I said I couldn’t do that because someone was there and I’d be too close. She responded “ Yes you will because I’m serving next customer!” And she served him, forcing me to move. Absolute disregard for anyone or their safety If that is how she runs things I doubt there are any steps taken behind the scenes regarding hygiene Avoid

All the food was cold (chicken, gravy, chips) this is because they cook a lot of beforehand rather than in small batches, the chips not only were cold but had a burnt after taste because again large volumes of these had been cooked & had been re- fried on a number of occasions. Absolutely horrible, if I was allowed to eat in the restaurant I would have sent the food back & complained.

Like KFC, but could at least get the order right!!!.. Went in store, ordered 4 zinger tower burger box meals, 3with Pepsi max, 1 with tango! Waited in car till food was ready, which was 10minutes longer than they said, got home, started eating only to realise we had been given 4 zinger stacker meals instead(hence no hash brown!!) and 3 tangos and 1pepsi max!... Its a shame the order we got wasn't what we ordered, speciallyy since it was ordered over the counter!!.. Better luck next time!!

It’s certainly finger licking good,,sometimes the staff struggle to understand you only on certain occasions..but food is to the kfc standard

If I had gone to the toilets before I would not have eaten there, place was disgusting, safe to say I won’t be back !!

This is a fast food place that does what it says on the tin not high quality - cheap and cheerful and if it pleases kids so be it. Personally I would not eat here or in a MacDonald's but that is everyone's choice. Avoid the drive through, quicker to order in and take away.

We called into kfc on sun 20th oct for some tea, we ordered and ate, I then used the mens toilets, they were disgusting urine all over the floor kfc in the urinals. I then went to report it. The manager asked what's matter , I told him and he walked away without saying thankyou or anything . He got the mop from the kitchen and walked into the toilets 2mins later he came out with the mop and started to mop the floor in the restaurant, I couldnt believe what I was seeing, he then took the mop into the kitchen and stood it with the other cleaning equipment. There was no health and hygiene system followed. Totally discusting. Do not eat there. Be warned.

A man came to ask for my order and as soon as I began talking he turned his back and walked away from me. On returning he was very rude on several occasions whilst beginning my order, and then actually shouted at me to read the menu board when I asked what wraps they served. I pointed out that only the small wraps were on there, so he pointed to a window advertisement and huffed that there was a wrap right there! Out of sheer embarrassment I just said that i would have that one. The service didn’t get any better after I’d placed my order. I definitely won’t be returning there again.

I have been a couple of times and they have got my order wrong both times, they weren’t busy so no excuse. I believe it is because they employe people who don’t speak English well and who struggle to take orders The food takes ages to come out, both times we have had to wait for about 10 minutes, the second time we were the only people in there so no excuse for the slowness The food itself was okay, as this is not my local KFC I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back

I’ve probably been this KFC twice now and both times the staff have been really rude. I gave the place the benefit of the doubt after the first time as the food was OK however this time I was served by a guy who spoke very bad English and had a problem with the fact that I was only ordering one thing. I said that I didn’t want anything else. This is not an opportunity to try and badly recite the entire menu. I’ve already said NO! Man then came back with my order and then persisted to ask if I wanted anything else and started listing more items on the menu. Again I said NO THANKS. He then angrily asked me WHY?! ... erm... What does it have to do with you?! Surely he could recognise that he was being annoying! Doesn’t take a genius to work that out!

Disfruté mi almuerzo aquí hoy. No uso KFC a menudo porque el de Keighley donde vivo es Halal y creo que la calidad de la gallina no es tan buena, y tampoco puedo conseguir una gran comida de papás, que es mi comida favorita. También la última vez que comí de Keighley me enfermé.De todos modos, hoy pensé que le daría una oportunidad a Guiseley KFC, aunque es un poco lento que la sirvan, la comida era perfecta y realmente disfruté de mi gran comida de papi con tocino. Y el trozo de pollo era encantador.

Went for a quick snack with my grandchildren. Waited a long time to be served. The chips were old, dry ,cold and not edible. Told the man who served us, his response was 'I only cooked them 3 minutes ago'. We had been sat there with our food for15 mins so don't know how he worked that timing out. No offer of a refund, threw the food in the bin. Won't be going there again !

Omg, no sé por dónde empezar, ¡pidió un té rápido para los niños! ¡Entré a varias personas que esperaban para recoger sus pedidos! Permaneció allí durante aproximadamente 10 minutos, tiempo en el que absolutamente NADA sucedió, ¡excepto que se vació un contenedor!

Después de visitar este KFC en numerosas ocasiones, después del trabajo de hoy, mi compañero y un niño de 2 años lo visitaron.

Despite being a lover of chicken and KFC I've got to say the service was appalling, dirty toilets, staff are rude and don't listen properly to your order.

Dreadful service with no attention to little details like actually giving us the items we ordered even after we made a point of saying our order was incorrect last time. Never going back again.

Called for takeout for kids got home about 5 minutes later to cold chips and missing corn on cob, guy in front of us was eating in and they missed stuff off his order. Rubbish staff equals rubbish takeout.

The staff in this place are beyond rude. There is some clear misogyny from one employee in particular. They have no respect. Avoid.

Un endroit tout à fait commun qui propose un menu standard. J'y allais pour manger du poulet et du pain au maïs comme aux US mais pas de pain ici. Les quantités sont très généreuses comme dans les KFC en général.

Chips were a bit cold and my partners boneless chicken was a bit dry. Mine was good though. I had a 3 piece variety meal Allways very quiet

Llamado justo antes de que estaban cerrando y que hicieron de pollo fresco con patatas calientes rojo en nuestra petición. También eliminado alas cuando les pregunté a hacerlo. También tenían no col así compensaba por darnos frijoles de cortesía y la salsa. También había acabado de Pepsi, así que nos vendió una botella de Pepsi Max de 99 p en lugar del precio habitual. Se desvivieron para ayudarnos. Volvería de nuevo.

El servicio fue bueno, la chica que realmente no sonrisa. Cuando finalmente nos sentamos a comer el almuerzo el pollo estaba un poco seco y duro las patatas fritas estaban bien. Mi novio tenía el mega fuerte con un pollo de pollo deshuesada drumstick y una pieza de pollo, su drumstick estaba quemada y no estaba preparado dentro y el resto de las otras cosas de pollo estaban secos. Pedimos salsa y un oreo krushems ir con nuestra comida, una salsa oscura gloop era como gruesas y el otro todavía estaba oscuro pero líquido que sabía muy bien que aún la tenía. El oreo krushems sabía a que había sido hecha con ido helado tenía un dulce gusto. soury Después de todo esto, fue una pérdida de 10 libras y no volveré a este KFC nuevo. fue asqueroso! ! !

Es lo que más hay KFC a decir, yo tratar tres o cuatro veces al año. Cubo deshuesados siempre es una buena opción. Disfrute

1 Persona que sirve en un sábado por la noche igual servicio lento. Frío por patatas fritas hechas, órdenes incorrectas y seco de pollo. El personal habla en un idioma extranjero entre sí. Este es mi local KFC, pero no volveremos.

Service was average. The chicken was so dry it was barely edible. We had Zinger burgers, Original fillet burger and a lunch box meal. In each meal the chicken was overdone and both the chicken and the fries were luke warm. The meals looked like they were thrown together. Would not recommend!

Great quick service, always nice hot food, very friendly staff, it is always very busy on an evening, only one problem did not serve bottles of water as an option with the children meal or they were not in stock

Almost a surreal experience on visiting KFC on this occasion. The food was fine although the chips were a little cold. The staff were something else!!Friendly but confusing. The three guys seemed to be doing some sort of panto act without actually realising it. They were friendly to customers, but the team work was just weird! Not bad, just weird!If you want the usual KFC food and interesting service pop in for a visit

Kids liked it but service wasn't great and big queues waiting for service ....has been decorated since the last time I came .

The food here is good but service is so slow! How it can be called fast food is a mystery as placed our order at 6.45pm on a Monday evening in June and finally received it 7pm!! There was only 2 staff and 1 was cooking. Place was clean and there are 3 large bins outside for rubbish. Really needs to sort out service.

Good food at reasonable prices to eat in or takeaway, as I did. Plenty of free parking outside. Only downside is very slow service no matter how many people are in the venue. Really needs to speed up.

I wouldn't usually rate a fast food chain but after today's visit I feel like I need to!We visited here on a Sunday at around 2pm to be greeted by such a lovely server who totally loved his job, (unfortunately we didn't get his name) this is such a rarity. We were served quickly and the tables and surrounding areas were clean and litter free - another rarity in a fast food chain! Food was hot and of a good standard, other KFC's should take note!

Where to start on this place .when they worked out what they had for sale sorted out our order was cold gravy was slime . Staff under trained would advise to keep driving don't stop for the love of god don't stop !!!!

Standard kfc food. Place seems to have been refurbished since our last visit. Staff seemed quick and were friendly. Easy to park as lots of free spaces .

Just visited for a quick snack while shopping..clean..good service..food piping hot..worth the money..will be going back..very tasty food...

KFC is located in the Guiseley retail park and offers fast food in a relaxed and clean atmosphere which has just has a refit. Free parking available within the retail park.

Always thought that KFC would be amazing as the ads look always so tasty. However, big disapointment. Very greasy and tasteless food. Would not recommend it

Good value fast food as always. used a 20% off voucher which made it even cheaper.Did see an employee go into the toilets with a sweeping brush and emerge a few moments later. She put the brush down and went directly to filling bags with chips! Makes you reflect on how many times this sort of thing happens when you DON'T see it!

Staff ignored me when I first walked in (there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time). When I eventually got his attention and the guy took my order he was rude and dismissive. I felt as though it was a major inconvenience to him that I was trying to place an order. He made various grunts and used dismissive body language. If it wasn't for the fact I had already handed over my money I would have walked out then and there. The food then took ages to come, and was thrust across the counter towards me. When I asked for a cup holder the young pleb that was serving me gave me a look which I can only compare to that of a baboon which has its finger stuck up its backside while picking for little brown lumps of treasure.... Which coincidentally is exactly where by food looked like it had come from. At first I thought he hadn't understood me, so I asked again.... After he grunted again he reached over and slapped one down on the counter then turned and walked off. He reminded me of Harry Enfields 'Kevin', but his behaviour wasn't corrected by other members of staff.Bad service aside, the place was disgusting. I was actually that appalled with this place I wrote a complaint to KFC which a month later I still await a reply from. I will never eat at this cesspool again for fear of catching some third world disease or sexually transmitted infection.

The food was good but I had to queue for about 10/15mins!! Very little English spoken by the staff though which makes it quite difficult when your trying to order your meal.

Not too much in the way of English spoken by any of the staff. The place looks like it needs closing down and a deep clean done. Near the toilets didn't smell very nice I wouldn't let my son go to the toilet we went to the near by supermarket. The food was as normal for KFC but won't go back unless they give it a d3ep clean and get staff that can speak and understand English.

Place a bit dirty and in need of a clean. The staff were being shouted at in a foreign language which is not good, not only to display aggression in front of customers but to do so in a language not native to the country is terrible- speak English if you wish to live and work in our country please.The gravy pots had also decreased in size.Not very fast service considering we were the only people in but OK food
