I never received my oder from this take away, someone called and pretend he was coming and I stood outside for 30mins waiting not a single soul turn up to the location with my order. Deliveroo also contribute to the scam by collecting the money and saying they can’t do anything because the restaurant have their own delivery services, unbelievable

I never received my order, called up to enquire where it was and just got abuse. Don't order from here. The place needs closing down.

I called this establishment to enquire about their pizza as it was listed as spicy beef but yet contained pepperoni on the menu. The first member of staff didn't know what I was saying. The second member of staff who came onto the phone was rude and abrasive. He told me to go order it and call back. I said I am already calling now, can I give you the details of what I want on my pizza as I don't like peppers etc. He literally hung the phone up on me. Do not order from here. They are exceptionally rude and obviously haven't a clue what the words customer service mean.

So I ordered food via just eat at 00.26 and it never turned up and they're refusing to give my money back this is theft guess it's trading standards for u and the local paper as its bout time company is named and shamed

ordered through uber eats, rang restaurant several time after our order was delayed. no response. food never turned up and had zero communication from restaurant. uber arranged cancellation after two hours of waiting.

Without a doubt THE WORST takeaway I have ever had… Popcorn Chicken was barely edible - Bland, rubbery food would give zero stars if possible

Wouldn't eat from this takeaway even if you paid me I ordered a takeaway and estimated arrival time was 150 am takeaway didn't get here till after 3 a.m. and then the delivery driver tried swindell in £5 but then when I realised he was begging for a tip and most important thing of all bad customer service and my food got dropped all over the floor and the driver said it's ok

I ordered my food at 00:02 at the 6th of may and I rang them 3 times to ask where my food was and he kept on saying it’s not gonna be long I waited almost 3 hours and when he finally delivered it was cold worse takeaway in Britain

just simply didnt receive my order, rang up twice. the first time (which was half an hour after expected arrival) they said it would be five minutes away. The second time (over an hour after expected time of arrival) and the man said less than a minute away. It is now two and a half hours since i ordered and one hour and 15 minutes after ETA and the order says delivered, my food never arrived and now the resteraunt wont answer the phone. absolutely ridiculous.

Pizza never turned up after waiting hours, it now says delivered and still hasn't shown up please don't order from here as your order probably won't turn up literally tried ringing and they wouldn't even answer. Absolutely distgusting food. You get half a pot of food and the other half is oil. I feel physically sick. Got told next time I order I will get a discount; I will never eat here again so shove your discount. You need closing down!!!🤮

Made an order through Just Eat. These accepted the order on their side (NOM NOM KITCHEN). Been calling their takeaway for God knows how long and how many times (A bit too many) no answer. Have not received my takeaway!. Left hungry on my night shift in the hopes it will arrive but bloody NO! Disgraceful service!!!. Payments gone out so i will be requesting a refund!. Never again!!! Would give 0 stars if i could!!!. Bunch of bhen chods!!!. GUYS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST RESORT!!!

Very pathetic service been waiting for the food more than 1 hour 20 mins when i call back they said call back in 5 or 10 mins when i called they put me on hold for 10 mins no1s talking now when i finaly recieved it after 2 hours most of the stuff i ordered is not there no drink i ordered naan they gave me normal home made chapati food is cold as if its taken out of fridge please dont order from this place

Ordered from Uber eats, rang to get an update as it was past the time of delivery. They claimed they never received my order even though money have been taken from my account and the order was accepted from there end, horrible place and still trying to get my money back.. will never visit this place again

Horrible service and delivery Ordered a delivery of a pizza, charged me £12 but it never arrived. Got given multiple excuses (ie delivery driver phone switch off or not answering his phone or your food is on the way and will be with in the next 10 min...) If you value your time and money please stay away from this place

Do not bother ordering from this restaurant as your food will not turn up but they will take your money and refuse to speak to you the following day. Very disappointing service and theft

Nice food , shame i nearly choked to death on it. Piece of plastic hidden within the biryani i ordered. The customer service was poor. "The chef said he didnt put plastic in your meal". Well i didnt think he would have done it on purpose? Nor would i be ringing up to complain and be faking seriously choking on a foregein item. So this takeaway is great if you hate someone your eating with or if you want the banter of risking your life. On a side note i rang the takeaway just to merely inform them and to just emphasize that this situation could have been a 100x worse if it had been a child choking. Of course they werent arsed. Avoid with a barge pole!

DO NOT ORDER from here. This place is infested with RATS! Counted at least 10 rats running around outside in the rubble & garbage that is littered around this building.

Avoid this place at all cost. I rang to check where my food was after 35 minutes and been told it takes 45 minutes. Rang again after 55minutes to be told that “something” happened and it’s gojng to be 25 more minutes and I am still waiting after an hour an half. Wish there was a zero star to give them. Wont be ordering from here again charged 5.10 for burger meal didnt even get a drink and the burger was 3.20 alone pay less than 1.90 for a full box of chips what i was charged for the chips with the burger and was burnt !!

Paid 4.50 for enedible cookie dough. Paper completely stuck to the bottom...
