Big Bite in Leeds

Just ordered some kebab and chips, and kebab was cut into small pieces? I’ve never seen that before, clearly they must re heat the food … after a 10 minute walk everything was cold also, I thought I’d give this place another go but not again now.

Clueless staff, paid for sauce on my food, luckily staff handed me the boxes unwrapped and I checked, no sauce. Was asked if I wanted a pot of sauce, opened package when home and now sauces pot in package. Asked for an itemized bill for expenses, took 20+ attempts to print, still not correct, come to Leeds every 6 weeks, and now know where NOT to go. Chips under cooked, meat dry and overall a bad experience

Brought chilly bites came frozen sent back give us wrong item brought chicken meal asked for legs got breast and brought kebab dry as hell don't eat they very bad

Above average takeaway (pre frozen base but of more upmarket quality). Menu reflects the owners Islamic instincts (ham products replacedwith turkey) rather than the customers needs. Meal deal is £2 on top of pizza but realistically the pizza is pretty bare of toppings and needs that extra. I had mice as a topping - looked like rabbit droppings and not spicy at all. What really got to me is they have removed all the chairs?!

Had the doner box. The doner meat was decent but the chicken stripes were excellent and so were the fries

Very quick and simple: hot wings only mean they are TEMPERATURE hot NOT SPICY hot. And NO FLAVOR. I wish I had a chance to read the previous comments before. Major disappointment.

This is the first time it was good and I appreciate it just eat has finally given me a good experience and I will stay with it now and the food was alright wasn’t anything mouth watering could be warmer next time and cooked for longer as it seemed a bit undercooked and soggy but it did arrive early and the chicken was atrocious but great job to just eat restaurant can improve with the food quality

Just got 6 hot wings meal. There was no flavour and no spice. It was 6 bland wings with some bland chips. And a couple of the wings were too pink for my liking. Would not recommend

First I never received the order and then when it was delivered after I called the restaurant multiple times I was sent the wrong order meaning I wasent able to eat it and then when I tried to apply for a refund I was told I can't have it which I am very unsure why so I would highly recommend ordering from somewhere else

They took my order around 1:30am and i was still waiting for delivery at 3:30am! Didnt hear anything from the staff, had to contact justeat to get a response! Shocking service Will NEVER USE AGAIN!

food never even turned up. spent £23 to be fobbed off on the phone saying delivery driver will call and give him 5 mins. we gave him 45 minutes on top of the 45 minute original delivery time and still no delivery. app updated twice to say delivered until I called restaurant and they said driver must have done it by accident. absolute joke put in for a full refund

food was freezing not edible at all contacted restaurant to be told oh there is a glitch in the system to then be told it would be 25-30 mins longer and my food would be with me as it's already with the driver and had been since around 2am absolute joke

Southern fried chicken was without a shadow of doubt the worst I have tasted, even after a long wait. No flavour and greasy.

Absolutely disgusted, not only was it nearly 2 hours late they don't answer phone and ignore you they showed up at 5:10am and left all food and doorstep and I woke up to food all over my garden

not only was it over an hour late they have snuck in to garden left it outside on doorstep and now animals have ripped it open all over my garden this takeaway is an absolute disgrace.

I placed the order at 3.35am. order said itnwould arrive by 4.20am, after chasing it a few times and requesting order updates it finally arrived at 4.55am, the pizza was meant to be a stuffed crust but it was a normal base. the chicken tasted off. the poppers were rock hard and the chips were hard. the food was stone cold and we just couldn't eat it. £30 wasted. disgusting and horrible food. do not order from here!

Food was very late. When it finally arrived the bags were soaking wet and food stone cold. Food went into the bin. Don't think I'll use this app anymore

After a long time I’ve order from this place back when I used to order the food was always 10/10 . I was disappointed to be honest chicken karai was over cooked and the lasagna was keema with cheese smothered over it no lasagna sheets and wasn’t set should I have order keema and cheese. I don’t think il order again was looking forward to my food but felt disappointed

Awful - we were staying in the area and popped in for some food. We order simple, chicken kebab with all the sauce and portion of chips with garlic. The kebab meat looked like dog meat, square cubes of warm meat. The salad was a tiny bit of lettuce and a slice of onion. A soggy pitta bread and no sauce. The chips had no sauce. The food is terrible and clearly the reason there are no pictures of their food. Avoid and go somewhere else.

The waffle broke my tooth the middle of waffle was burnt to a crisp not nice at all, the rest was very good but the waffle was not

Large tasty portions. Had the mutton handi and it was excellent! Really enjoyed the tikka corma too. Thank you for adding rice as we forgot to order any

I am very upset with this place at the moment. Went in on new year's day and got harassed by two men who also managed to steal my phone. Wouldn't check CCTV footage as they said it's too busy, and told me to come back next day. I've now been back there 3 times to get the footage to the police and they have not been there. I was in a lot of distress that night and the staff didn't seem to care one bit. I have also called countless times and got no answer. I will continue to go back there until I sort this out! I doubt I'll get my phone back but I want to do all I can to get some justice for such disgusting people thinking they can get away with this.

Absolutely DISGUSTING experience with this place. Food was 2 hours late, arrived flat cold and given incorrect items. Contacted them via phone and was hung up on twice, requested a partial refund also and the restaurant declined and thought an apology amounted to the same as a “sorry”. I barely leave bad reviews, but I’m more than happy to do so for times like these. Honestly I’d save my money if I were you, but if you do decide to give them a chance, good luck to you👍🏻

So i ordered a burger and a garlic naan bread. The burger tasted great and so did the naan bread. The things that let it down was the chips which were actually fries were just chewy and rubbery and for some reason the sauce on the burger was only on like half of it. The half with the sauce tasted great the other half not so great. food was a late by 10 mins but still warm atleast.

I gave the Takeaway 36 Missed calls, to which no one ever answered. When i eventually gave up ringing, i decided to go to Sleep, as i thought the Takeaway had been Delievered to the Wrong Address. When it finally turned up, my Dessert was Cold & wasn't Edible anymore. My Milkshake was no good, it had all turned to Mush & tasted nothing like a Kinder Bueno. I just want a Refund, as nothing what i Ordered was Palatable. Really Diasppointed in this order, & definetely will not be Ordering from here again.

Found this place by accident on a night out - 1 word...AMAZING! The food is amazing, and the guy serving is faultless. Get treated like a friend and get fab food at amazing value - the boneless box is like nothing I've ever had before. So much chicken. Went out the next night and was just looking forward to going back here.... so we did. Such a lovely guy serving us. Love it and would recommend it to everyone. Best takeaway in Leeds, by far

I was only slightly annoyed at the delivery time of my food but what annoyed me most is how the food was poorly packaged and the garlic mushroom tray had split and leaked the oil all over the bag which was disgusting ripped and soggy all over the bottom. This in turn had leaked into the container with my chicken and overall made for a bad dining experience. I will not be ordering from this place again.
