Nipped in for a pint or two while filming some Youtube content in the area. Nice little pub, great for a relaxing beer after walking around the area on a hot day.

Lovely local pub, as an 'outsider' it was our first time there, 2 bikers turned up and the landlady welcomed us and chatted to us, just my type of pub, hopefully we'll be back ☺️

We booked a table for 10 for my mums birthday we decided to go for the banquet special at £15 there was so much variety the food was delicious and the service was excellent.

They do great breakfasts here and provide good, honest, value for money food. The staff are pleasant too.

We’ve been, as a couple, most weeks for around 6 months. The breakfasts are great, we’ve tried most of the options between us. The fried eggs are sometimes a little overdone. We’ve not had other complaints though. The staff are always really great. Last week we turned up as a group of 7 (family visiting), they got everything cooked great, no problems making the various changes our fussy family wanted. All came out together. We regularly buy their home cooked pies, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, etc for a quick tea in the week and they are always lovely.

I never leave reviews but this was worth it. The food was perfect, arrived on time, piping hot and fresh. Really delicious. The first time I’ve had take out food and not felt like I shouldn’t have bothered after 😂 it was perfect - thank you!

Good food but delivery times are appalling. Ordered at 5.50pm & the food arrived after 9pm with no apology. Had paid online which was a mistake or I would have asked them to take it back.
